Took my 2013 maxima here a few years ago and the guy was really nice. Replaced my alternator,, but unfortunately the next day my car died as soon as i backed out of my driveway and pulled off so I had to ask a neighbor to help me push it back in my driveway. I called the mechanic and he came to my house which I thought was really nice. He took a reading and was getting a code he wasn't sure about but thought it might me electrical. He said he needed to go back to the shop to look into the code and he'd call me. I never received a call back or resolution to my car issue from this mechanic. Ended up taking it somewhere else and they said it just needed a new battery. Nice enough guys, but the ghosting was enough to make me not want to go back.

These guys do excellent work and at a VERY AFFORDABLE rate! They definitely beat the prices of their competitors as they gave me the best quote for the several things i needed done to my car. They are friendly and do quality work. My car is running better than it has been since i bought it! Thanks Bill Price! :)

I've brought my car here before for a oil change but this last week I took my car in for a starting issue and noises. Sure enough they found what was wrong and had it back to me shortly. I appreciated Bill's calls to update me on the issues and get my permission to continue the work. Overall I thought they were awesome and will use them again!

The guys at Bill Price Auto Service have always been very fair and honest. I've been taking my vehicle to them for years and always get the best service. They always call me and make sure I want them to do a service beforehand. Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

I take all my vehicles here and always receive excellent service! I find it hard to believe this customer below doesn't realize this is a common business practice at all auto shops, and if other problems with your vehicle need repairs...why wouldn't you want them repaired??!! I have sent many friends and family to Bill Price Auto and they also receive excellent service with their vehicles.

You must call these guys! A+ service and customer care!!!Bill and Billy Price took great care of me! I went in to have one tire replaced (but really needed all four!). They beat Wal-Mart, Ken Towery and a few other shops with their price of $60 per tire, so I went ahead and purchased 4. The old ones were dry-rotted and tread was falling off. The car was riding like a dump truck - extremely unpleasant...Not.any.more!I felt like I was cruising home in a brand new car today...and said to myself "this is like butter!"Billy could have pushed the more expensive $90 tire. But he wanted me to have the best tire for my needs without costing me a great deal of money. I never once felt as though (as many women do!) that they were trying to pull any wool over my eyes, overcharge me, etc. They were nothing but friendly and honestly they treated me like they had known me for years.I'll most definitely be back - especially for an oil change - which costs me over $90 at Valvoline (British car/synthetic oil)...considerably less at Bill's shop. I can't remember exactly what a regular oil change is, but I'm thinking it was around $22.They left a great impression on me and now they're stuck with me as a loyal customer. Thanks, Bill & Billy! Just moved to town and needed a truck. The one I bought needed more work than the previous owner had let on, and I knew I needed a mechanic. I called around to get prices, and found Bill Price to be the most reasonable, so I took my truck there, and the service was great, everyone was friendly, and the truck is in great shape. I ended up having to get more work done on it, Which they had notified me of, so we planned a time for me to drop the truck off. During the second excgange with the business, they had to go through another business (Tire Discounters) and they messed up my tires, and denied all charges. Billy took care of me, and made sure to go the extra mile. I definitely recommend them over others in the area!!

I m new to Jeffersonville and had no clue who to trust when my truck started making a crazy noise. Bill Price came highly recommended. I was very happy with the speed and quality of the repair. I was kept updated throughout the entire process and the price was extremely reasonable. I m glad I went there and would go again without hesitation.

I've never left a review on google before, but I had to for this business.Found these guys on my neighborhood facebook page... My car was shaking on the highway, and the breaks were making noise.Not only did they replace all four tires for half of what I was expecting to pay, they said my breaks were in great shape. They even dropped me off and picked me back up from home when my car was finished. My honda drives like new now, and the breaks are silent.They're so adorable and trustworthy! Plus, I love the fact that's it's family owned and operated. You can tell they genuinely care. I'm a girl with no knowledge of cars, so I've never had a good experience with car repair till now.I even sent my best friend and she said the same thing. They checked out her old car (even called in a relative to check out her transmission), told her it wasn't worth the repairs, and inspected the new car she bought for free!This place is a little gem in Jeffersonville. I highly recommend never taking your car to anyone else.

Just recently moved to Jeffersonville and have been looking all over for a shop for a long time. I ve gone all over both Indiana and Kentucky and found none that I would leave my car with.... after some frustration I broke down and asked around on my neighborhood Facebook page. Was given many recommendations by my neighbors in Crystal Springs Subdivision to go check them out. Decided to upgrade from rubber coolant hoses to silicone so I went to check them out and handed them the keys to my Charger within minutes. They were nice, extremely knowledgeable, and the mechanics were down right awesome. This is by far the best shop I ve come across in IN and KY. Soooooo If you do racecar things and need racecar surgery. Don t hesitate to give these guys a call. They are truly Amazing! They can do everything from the typical A to B car repair to supercharged/turbocharged applications. You won t be sorry.

Honest mechanic hard to find would recommend. Did what I asked car is fixed in and out and the time that I was quoted affordable prices. A good mechanic is hard to find if you have a car that is broken I would suggest Bill anytime

Has you sign a waiver upon dropping off your vehicle saying they can fix what they want without calling you which allows them to overcharge and you can't get your vehicle back until you pay their ridiculous amount.
