Stopped by to have my check engine light, as well as purchase a new battery. Staff were super friendly. Their prices aren't as low as I hoped but low enough to be competitive.

Dave is an outstanding employee, i had problems with my hose and he took the time out of his day to help me completely fix the problem on my hose and I m very thankful for him. Dave is a 5 star employee who should get a promotion and raise.

The guy at the Jeffersonville location was very helpful today when I was there with my motorcycle. He tested my battery and told me it was good. He also used a jumper box to jumpstart my motorcycle so I can make it back home since it wasn't the battery. Great job today I appreciate the customer service

Look I don't care what AutoZone you go into. The staff are always so, so helpful, and super friendly. They always have an answer to your questions, and they are very informative and enthusiastic. I would give any of them five stars most likely, due to the fact every one I've ever been to has been just as nice.

Came in today with some issues starting my car that resulted in me getting my battery replaced. Daniel, Monte, and Samuel were all extremely helpful and patient, and did an amazing job! Thanks again for the great experience.

Went to this autozone to buy spark plugs after being told in a different one that they have what I needed. The person at the counter gave me a different price. I told him that I was sent there from my local autozone. He told me if you don t like the price there was an O reilly close by . I did not appreciate that and I m sure neither the upper management. I told him to verify the information of the car. After correcting the trim the ones I wanted finally showed up. Nonetheless, I ll take the advice. Next time I ll go to Oreilly

It seems nearly impossible to get good customer service anymore at most places so when I do I want to give positive feedback. I wanted to replace the batteries on 2 vehicles. The batteries were over 5 years old and it was getting ready to turn bitter cold. Shane was incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. Even though they were busy he took the time to explain the differences in the batteries and help me choose the correct ones. I wanted to replace one of them while I was there. He loaned me the tools and when I had trouble getting it out he came out in the cold and helped me. He seemed very happy to help. I could not have been happier with his customer service. Thank you Shane, I really appreciate it.

Had an issue with a part that I had bought. Was defective. Jose at the New Albany store, put me in touch with Alan at the store and Jeff. Formally the manager in New Albany. Thanks to those two finally got the situation resolved. Although it took their district manager another day to call me to find out what was going on. District manager knew about the situation for several days had my name and my number and did not contact me. If it had not been for my perseverance and the help of Jose and Allen. I'm not sure if the problem would have been taken care of. Thank you again Alan and Jose.

I went in for a code reading. I was greeted well and help was extended right away. The gentleman read the code, advised of the failure, and recommended several parts to choose from to address the issue, if DIY. He gave me a printout of the code, the explanation, and the part needed. This is going to be my weekend project. Happy with service and recommend this Autozone. Thx.

We bought the most expensive wiper blades and we re struggling on our own putting them on. Then Nick rescued us and informed us we had the wrong one. He then gave a refund helped us get the right wipers (cheaper too!), and installed them for us. Thanks Nick! You saved us time and money!

We asked for help and dude didn't seem too keen on offering help. Shrug. Figure it out yourself here. These employees probably are not paid enough or treated well enough to care about your needs.

Rude rude rude from the moment I stepped in. They will never get a penny from me after the employee spoke to me. The other guys were nice but he was a Manger. Called me a lier. Faked called his boss. Didn't bother to think maybe I was a former employee who knew the policy's or sent in by someone higher up. He was incredibly rude from the first hello. If you hate your job that much find a different one cause you just cost your job the almost $400 sale that day plus my tire shop will no longer order parts from yall again. I know I'm one person and one business but my mouth is huge. Advance down the road was a little more expensive but so much nicer and I am going to give them my business. Treat all your customers like that and you'll be out of a job sooner than you think.

I unwillingly walked into the store today after a nightmare Monday (at the insistence of my wife). What could have SURELY added to the frustration of the day was quickly erased thanks to the help of Chris, he helped a visibly unfriendly customer (ME) and I left the store smiling and laughing. If I EVER run into him out and about, he's going to get a beer, burger or something. Awesome experience.

Wow I've never not been the reason for having checking out take so long. It was really not a big deal but the employees took forever due to not paying attention, but I get it, I'm tired n done w the day too. Nit a bad experience just took alot longer than necessary or Tham I planned.

Tonight our car battery died so we made a quick stop here. Both of the employees were very helpful and friendly and made sure we had the correct battery. I must admit that I know nothing about cars so it was a relief to have such good service.

Normally, I would give this store 5 stars. After what I went through yesterday when installing a new battery, I'd really like to give this store a ZERO. When my battery was replaced on a 2016 Mazda CX 5 Grand Touring, my turn signals, hazard lights and heat did not work. They claimed they didn't know what the issue was and told me to go to a mechanic to have a diagnostic taken. Seriously?? They didn't care that nothing worked after they replaced my battery, they just wanted me out of there.I went home, did a Google search, and immediately found the issue. I went back to the store and told them to disconnect my battery for 10 minutes -- yes, as simple as that, a reset -- and see if everything would work again. Sure enough, that was the fix.Instead of saying I needed to take my vehicle to a mechanic, why didn't they try the reset in the first place?!? Absolutely not satisfied with the customer service I received the first time I visited the store yesterday -- because the employee simply did not care.

My son in law was broke down and we called and a young man named Dave helped us get a battery paid for and he took it to our son and got him up and running. He was incredibly nice and respectful and went out of his way to help. Thanks so much Dave. Because of you we will be back.

These guys helped me out so freaking much last night, my battery was pretty much completely dead and I made it to their store. They got me a good, reliable battery and installed it, but then the car wouldn t start! They stood out in the rain with me, on the phone trying to figure it out- realized my starter was going out! Tap tap tap and away i went! They made it seem like no big deal but it was to me, thanks guys!
