Terrible service, the owner is rude and unprofessional. Quoted me $985 on a brake job, I already had the parts, and when I declined service and asked him to only fix my 02 sensor, cause I don t have 1k to drop on a 500 dollar car. He refused me service, didn t even offer an explanation or try to negotiate, as I still wanted to do business and get my car fixed, just dismissed me. Then he forced me to pay him 60 dollars for simply wasting his time. I d give no stars if it were possible. 0/10 experience

Excellent, honest and friendly staff!! They have done a tremendous amount of work for me to bring my 1999 Jeep Cherokee back to its best life! Very highly recommend!!!!

Small shop, but great for service.They do also offer local drop off and pick up for U-Haul. Only downside is if you pick up for local drive, you must drop off as local drop off at the same place here.But other than that they are super friendly and helpful

I went in with what I thought was a major issue, and they diagnosed that was was a front crank seal. Took it in the next day. 2 hours later I was back on the road and feeling confident about my Jeep again. Price was fair. I'll be going back

Did an excellent job diagnosing the problem with our 2017 Ford mustang. Since we are new to the area it is nice to know a shop close with reliable services.

Updating this review. As before I stated they're overpriced. I called to inquire about putting on rotors and brakes pads. I already have the parts and I was quoted 180! For something that can be done in 20 or 30 mins with power tools. They told me it'll take them 1hr 30mins to do that. I can literally do it myself in less time without power tools but I just had back injury.

My daughter and granddaughter and I came down from Minnesota for a basketball tournament. On the way down my passenger side wiper quit working. Not wanting to drive back up to Minnesota with only one wiper working I started calling around ti see if anybody to take a look at it. I called 15 places yes 15 places with no luck! All were booked solid and couldn t take a look. My 16th phone call was to Allison Lane Auto Care. I wished I would have called them first! They said stop in the next morning at 8:00 and we will take a look. It took them less than 5 minutes to diagnose and fix the wiper! I was on my way before 8 and they did this for no charge! If you need auto repairs done this is the place to go! They are a asset to your community! Thanks for taking care of us!

Three different times I had my battery checked because my car would not start. My battery was fully charged and tested good. The car not starting happened more frequently with no explanation. It was maddening. A friend recommended Allison Lane. The owner, Darrell Harris, said he would look at it and within 15 minutes he discovered the battery post connections were not well tightened! He did not charge me. It has been a week and my car has started every time! Huge relief!Service: Battery

Crooked people, fixed things that did not have nothing to do with my problem and remove my lift kit off my Jeep and kept it did not give it back stole it and charge me money for stealing it!! Very hard to find an honest mechanic. Will tell you exactly what s wrong to get your car back on the road and will not try to sell you anything extra! Friendly, honest and reasonably priced!

Had a coolant issue on my older vehicle and had it towed here. turned out to be just low on coolant and a busted radiator cap. fixed for under $50! Wonderful people and very nice!

Small family owned light auto repair shop. If you need an u-haul they can help. They haven't sold me a winning lottery ticket yet but this end of town goes there because they treat customers like family

I have gone to Allison Lane Auto Care twice for two separate mechanical issues that a repair shop such as this one can work on and the owner refuses to work on my car ... he has stated to me " I don't do those..". I am extremely suspicious and will not recommend my family and friends to this shop.

Does ok work but was backing my van out of the garage hit my passenger mirror on a pole an shattered it. Just swept up the mess, handed me my keys an walked back inside
