They said I needed a battery but didn t. Returned it. They kept $20 from the return because of a core fee . Asked what it was and they said you re returning it so you don t get a core fee back . Kept repeating core fee . Would not explain. Great way to lose my business, scammers.

The website said they were the only auto parts store in the region that either carried or had genuine Honda ATF in stock. After driving 40mins to the store I learned that it lied. There wasn't even a spot on the shelf for it. I've never liked Advanced Auto Parts and this sealed their fate with me as well as all other auto parts stores in general. As much as I hate to push people to Amazon, you're much better off going there because all auto parts stores have become a joke. They don't have parts in store, they cost more, the useful help and insight are a thing of the past. I can order what I need from Amazon and get it cheaper, quicker and with better understanding than I can from these type of stores. It's truly the end of an era.

Staff is derogatory to customers whom are part of the LGBTQ community. I was verbally told I m not welcome here and to never come back. I was chased out to the parking lot by assistant manager Zack. A corporate complaint has been filed. I hope the footage of the employee chest bumping me as a physical threat becomes public at some point.

Another nice Advance Auto Parts that I've been to over in Jeffersonville. Looks nice on the inside has some security cameras which makes me feel at ease.

The manager there on May 25th 2017 around 1:30 is the whole reason I'll never go to advanced auto again. She was very rude from the start would not help and just walked away. I understand if you're having a bad day but don't take it out on your paying customers.

Advanced auto parts was so helpful! They came out and looked at my car, helped me to diagnose it at a shop down the street(by recommendation). And then was able to come back to advance and get the parts I needed. They were VERY helpful!! Especially for someone who works on their cars themselves: this is the auto place to go!

Always have the right service parts in stock for my F-150. They even installed the wiper blades I purchased. Very nice and courteous employees.

I gave this place 4 stars instead of 5 because it has higher prices than its leading competitors. But the staff where eager to help and even though I did not buy anything the worker still printed me off price quotes for the parts to my car I was looking for.
