We called ahead to be sure they could check a tire that was covered under road hazard. The person who answered the phone in the service department said they would look at the tire. However, when we arrived the service tech would not even check the damage and was very rude. The gentleman that let us out of the service center door to where our vehicle was parked was very nice and apologetic. Just honor what you say. If your too busy I understand but we wasted our time driving here when we could have checked other service centers.

They do headlight restoration is there and do a great job. Nice courteous done in a reasonable fashion more time. Great customer service.

The Service manager has great customer service skills as well as majority of his staff. This would be a higher rating if it weren't for a few bad apples he has. A couple of them are just flat out rude when talking to women. I have seen on several occasions one particular employee display some of the rudest customer service I've ever seen. It's clear that he is unhappy and needs to be out of the customer service industry. I avoid getting any service done while he is working that day. If not for these 2 individuals this would be a 5 star rating.

Eric, the manager is very professional and helpful with your needs. He is running this shop at an outstanding level, service has always been great. Time is always good and his crew always do a good job. I recommend people to come here.

They took good care of my car, asked if I wanted the tires mounted and balanced, or just mounted. Swear to God, I said na, I enjoy the challenge of holding the wheel steady when I go into a hig speed wobble from unbalanced tires. Then asked if they were serious and that I was only joking. The worker told me yes , some folks only want to pay to mount. So this is literally and option. Odd, but the good thing in life is there are options. The restrooms were nice and clean. Would definitely recommend having a poo here.

The guys in the shop gave me the most helpful information about my tires and wheels out of every other shop around the Jasper Indiana area. They worked on my tires till they got them as good as they could with the condition of my car. Great shop. Very nice employees. I would never use walmart for auto care but the little girl from Texas was super fast and polite and knew what she was doing

Had to get 4 tires, told me it would be about an hour. When I went back in an hour nothing had been done. Girl said they had to go to lunch now had one car ahead of me. I will never buy tires at Walmart again, bad management. I have a bad back and waiting for 2 and a half hours is bad. Had they told me that at the beginning I would have come back another day. When you spend nearly $600.00 you need better customer service.

The guys working here are super nice and helpful but good grief! I've been here for 2 hours and am still waiting on them to install 4 new tires. There was one customer here when I arrived so it's not like there was a queue ahead of me or anything... I used to work in the tire industry, my car should've been in and out in 20 mins or less, this is rediculous!

Was told an hour to an hour and a half wait. 3 hours later and I finally had my tires. 3 guys were working but didnt seem to be in much of a hurry to do anything and was VERY scatter brained. Will stick to Big O tires from here on out.

I was struggling with mounting two standard-size tractor tires I'd purchased at the same store, so I figured I would bring them to a "professional". When I asked if they could do it, there was no hesitation. I was told it would be an hour and a half wait, which was fine- I got a phone call 45 minutes later (so I can't imagine they spent very long trying...) I was told "we can't mount them, these tires cannot be stretched to fit these rims" --despite the fact that these are the exact same dimensions as the old tires I removed at home with hand tools, not to mention I already had one side of one rim done when I brought them in... If they didn't want to mount them, I wish they would have told me that upfront and I wouldn't have wasted my time.

These guys at Walmart auto care service in Jasper Ind was great. I recommend them to anyone who needs oil change or tire repair.

The people here are fantastic. I rolled in with a flat tire and they came right out to my car in the lot. The tire's bolts were frozen in place. But they worked until they got it done. Very reasonably priced. These guys are great.

Three hours!!!!!! I came in early to get my tires changed. Three hours later it was done. Only one tech on the floor. He handled what we could do quickly first oil changes but three hours....

I took my truck in for an oil change and there was one car in front of me. First off they told me it would be 20min for the car that was in there and 30 min for mine, which I thought was extremely long to begin with. I came back after 50min and it still was not finished. It took another 40 min before my truck was finished, I advise anyone going to Walmart to get their oil change to go somewhere else.

Had our battery replaced in our Chrysler 200, which is behind the drivers front wheel. They did not charge extra for that. Also purchased some Goodyear Viva tires for my son's car- best price I could find in town.

Had them put a tire on and do an oil flush and change on 2 separate days and they're friendly and affordable. Would recommend them for the job!

I've been getting my oil changed here for years use to get good service !! ! Not any more always a two hour wait even if their is only a couple of cars .. Taking my business elsewhere

Manager over that area is bad. Everyone in the shop is nice though. The hours are wrong and are awful now. Cheap tires and services though

I took a tire in the be repaired. They worked for a hour and couldn't find it. Big O found it a week later in 10 minutes.

The shop is supposedly open until 6pm on Sunday. Arrived for an oil change right as they came back from lunch at 2. No cars in the shop, at all, and I was told they couldn t do it today. 4 hours isn t enough for an oil change? I won t be coming back.
