I rented a car for 2 days.. took it back after 1 day and they promptly refunded money to my card the next day. Sean was very friendly and easy to talk to. I get nervous doing these things but he made everything easy. Highly recommend.

We bought our new Rav4 from Jud. He did a wonderful job making sure we were comfortable with all of the new features. Jeanie was also a pleasure to work with, great at her job, going over all of the paperwork with us. We would definitely recommend Uebelhor for purchasing new cars or any service that you need. Everyone is friendly and make you feel at home.

I had an oil change tire rotation scheduled for my wife's 2017 camry for 1pm on 06-01-2023. I drove 45.mintues from home to make the appointment. I arrived at 1230 and dropped the car off. The place is nice enough to give me a loaner to run errands while they serviced mine. I did need my license and insurance to complete the forms for the loaner. For some reason I have always kept a service book on our car and I keep and document everything done. Because of this I have always used the Toyota dealership. I left the dealership in the loaner but returned about an hour and 15 minutes later to find my car had not even been looked at. I waited and waited at the dealership. I ate some free popcorn and checked out the lot twice. At 215 I told my wife I wasn't waiting any more. My intentions were to go get my car and leave. While walking to where my car was parked the service tech barely beat me to it so I let it go and didn't say anything. They had the car in the garage for about 25 minutes. One of the managers brought me the cabin and engine air filter and asked if I wanted them replaced which is a good thing. Finally at 255pm the car was finished and I went to the counter to pay the 140ish dollars. The bill is with a 10 percent discount since I work at a local business. I know stuff happens and the techs have to take a lunch but my time is just as valuable as anyone elses and I personally feel it shouldn't take 2.5 hours for an oil change and tire rotation. I will say I have had our car serviced here in the past and my experiences have always been better. I will more than likely give them another chance to redeem themselves but if I have another experience like this I will go elsewhere.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Brakes, Oil change

I did a lot of research to find a good dealership to purchase a new vehicle from and I feel very fortunate to have found Uebelhor and sons. Great people and great service, they made everything very fast and easy! Austin was a great sales rep and I look forward to working with him again on my next vehicle purchase!

This is the second truck I've bought from Uebelhor. Both times I've dealt with Jud Goodness, who's went above and beyond to do everything he could to make it a pleasant experience rather than a money grabbing hassle like most dealerships do. I would and have recommended Jud to everyone I know who might be interested in purchasing a vehicle and have every intention of dealing with him again when the time comes. Their sales department overall has been excellent and I have no complaints whatsoever.Now to the service department. I originally went in to have my truck worked on, not to buy one. I fell in love with a particular truck while I was waiting for the truck I was having worked on to be fixed. I had made an appointment, was quoted a price on a specific set of parts along with a labor cost after having a professional determine what parts were needed, which were dealer only parts, then waited over two weeks for the appointment. After being told I could drive it home the same day of the appointment, I waited 7.5 hrs only to be told the part never got ordered, the price was misquoted and raised over a thousand dollars, and when the service manager called me, I was talked to like I was trash. Literally 5 straight minutes of basically being called a liar and an idiot. I'm very laid back, but if he had talked to me like that to my face, I would've knocked him out. To say it was disrespectful would be a massive understatement to say the least. Even if I was wrong, which I wasn't and had witnesses to prove it, it was still so unprofessional that I'm still stunned that he is actually the manager of the service department.I highly recommend Jud and their sales department, but if you schedule anything in the service department, you better record the conversation or prepare for an absolute nightmare.

I have purchased vehicles from this dealer since 1991 when a new s-10 was $5900. Always had a good experience and pricing was usually the best around. Very pleased with my most recent purchase of a used vehicle.

I purchased a work vehicle, to replace my previous 2007 Camry totaled, no fault of my own. Cory and Danny were very easy to work with. They were very professional, the pricewas right and the new 2007 Camry I purchased was a great value. Gennie was easy to work with on the finance side and all in all my experience was very pleasant. I would recommend them to anyone looking to buy a new or used car or truck. Thanks Uebelhor and Sons.

Bought a 2 year 5 vehicle service agreement, which states vehicle service as oil, filter changes and tire rotations, got oil change once, back after 5000 miles, can't get oil change " just tire rotation" when advertising sign still in lobby states 5 vehicle services as oil, filter change and tire rotation.Service: TiresService: Tires

We bought a 2013 Traverse from Uebelhor. Jud was a great salesman, very friendly and informative. He made sure we were happy with the vehicle. Any questions, like on the recalls Traverse had, he was happy to find the answer. Buying from Uebelhor was a nice experience. You salesman,Jud, is a keeper.

All I can say, is if you are looking to buy a new Toyota, Uebelhor is the place to go. Austin, online sales, found exactly what I wanted in very short order. Given the new car shortage I would put his efforts as phenomenal. He had passed the responsibility of finance on to Shirley, finance department, who followed suit by doing a tremendous job getting me the best APR and term possible. She had everything ready by my arrival and the whole process took less than 30 minutes. Each were an extreme pleasure to work with.

Very professional and I would consider buying from them again. If I could give them 3 1/2 stars I would. My only complaint is we drove seven hours to purchase his car. Prior to driving out to the vehicle the salesman nor the listing mentioned that the car was owned by a smoker. There are several very small burns on the carpet and headliner and the steering wheel. Fortunately, the smell was not to the point where we walked away. I do feel that the salesman should have offered a reduction in price, but he knew he had buyers that like this vehicle from out of state and have driven a long way. Also the tires were borderline. When we had it checked out by our local mechanic everything checked out except the tires are causing a severe vibration. Once the new tires were on it drives well. The part that matters is how the car operates mechanically and mechanically it is sound. Aside from the aforementioned issues cosmetically it looks great.Service: Brakes

Purchased 2021 Tacoma 4x4 Limited Double Cab. Excellent service. Repeat customer several times. Never disappointed. Excellent dealership in every aspect. Sales representative was Nick Trevino. Definitely will return for future Toyota vehicle purchase. Well worth the drive from Evansville area without question.

We recently purchased our second vehicle from Uebelhor Toyota. Our first vehicle was a used Toyota 4Runner TRD Pro and our most recent purchase was a used Lexus GX 460. Both vehicles were in great condition and priced well. Both were considered a good or great deal by CarGurus and priced below retail through both NADA and KBB.The atmosphere at the dealership was very nice during both purchases. Each sales person has their own office and we did not feel like they were hounding over us or other customers. With that said, we knew which vehicles we were interested in before we arrived at the dealership. On both occasions, we felt the vehicles were priced well and they offered fair money for our trades. We did not feel like they were trying to rip us off and there was not much need to haggle. We really appreciated this.Our experience with the staff was a pleasure on both occasions. We interacted with Jud Goodness during our first purchase and he was a pleasure to deal with. He was very laid back and down-to-earth . Jud made the purchase a breeze.A few years later, we were excited to learn Jud was still in sales when we decided to make our second purchase and asked to deal with him. Jud made the vehicle available and was a pleasure to deal with. Same guy with the same demeanor and attitude.The business / finance manager, Shirley, was also pleasurable and professional. While she offered the typical services to us, there was no pressure to purchase and her demeanor / attitude did not change toward us once we declined those offers. Shirley did a great job explaining and showing a detailed layout of the money involved and what we would be paying.As you can probably tell from the above review, we were happy and impressed with the dealership and staff during both of our purchases. The atmosphere is nice and I would recommend Jud Goodness to anyone, what a cool name. In all seriousness, he will treat you well and you will know exactly what the prices are for both the desired vehicle and your trade, if you have one. Shirley was also a pleasure to deal with, which I cannot say the same about other finance / business managers I have dealt with in the past at other dealerships. I will go back to Uebelhor Toyota when we are in a position to purchase our next vehicle, hopefully a Toyota Tundra or Tacoma.

Purchased a Rav4 XLE Hybrid from Nick Trevino. He was a great help to us by asking what packages we wanted, how long the wait might be and even went through all the options when the Rav4 came in. Mrs Scheppers was great at signing, there were NO hidden or surprise fees added on. My husband and I are very grateful for this experience, Highly recommend Uebelhor Toyota. We even plan on going back in a few years to purchase another vehicle.

This place is very professional. I bought my first car about 3 years ago from this dealership and had no trouble with it even being used. I just went back a week ago to buy a new Camry TRD. The salesman Chris went out of his was to show me and tell me about the car before I purchased it. Couldn t have been treated any better anywhere else other than this dealership. On Sept 7, 2020 while dealership was close me and spouse looked at a 2019 Dodge Grand Caravan SXT it was nice, but had to be detailed, new tires, and rear brakes. The dealership had called Tuesday and I had talked to Austin. I Went Friday evening to trade in and make a deal on 2019 Dodge. Austin was off but talk to Dave. Dave took care everything asked for before delivering the new van on Saturday. This is my second car from Ubelhor Toyota in Jasper. They are very friendly and attentive to what I wanted in my new vehicle. Chris Underwood is a very nice and knowledgeable salesman. My son has bought 2 vehicles off of Chris. I totally recommend Ubelhor in Jasper.
