My overall experience with Uebelhor and Sons Chevrolet was smooth and stress-free. Adam was my Sales Consultant and he was extremely helpful from start to finish. He communicated well and had a game plan for finding the best vehicle that suited my needs and my budget. Jordan, who coordinated the finance side of my vehicle, was also very thorough and helped answer every question I had. I will definitely recommend the Uebelhor team to my friends and family!

Excellent work and communication from the team at Uebelhor & Sons GM. The service department was great with their service, along with their inquiries about the service needed/wanted and prices for the service. Alex, I believe was the lead on my service, and he was the best service tech leader I ve had in my 41 years of life. Highly respected and recommended for any service / technical support one may need done or want done correctly and usually quickly.

The whole experience was wonderful and painless. Especially Sarah, who was very friendly and kept me informed. I will definitely continue my oil changes and tire rotations with them! It is nice to get that hometown service! The pickup and delivery service was so convenient so I didn t have to go there on my day off. Thank you!

We have been with Uebelhor for years. They have always done a good job with our vehicles. The people are friendly and very courteous. The people make the business successful. They did an excellent job fixing my car after a fender bender.

Andrew and the rest of the team here were so helpful when my check engine light came on two hours into a cross country road trip! They were all so kind and worked as quickly as they could so that I could get back on the road quickly and without concern. We were also provided a complimentary rental car so that we didn t have to just sit around and wait. I can t thank Andrew enough for his hospitality and good service!

Where should I start .maybe I ll start with each of the times I ve went for something simple I d end up with a bill of 12-1600+ over things that were supposed to resolve the issues with my vehicle that never did fully fix things. Almost as if whenever I want something taken care of I d make it clear I d pay whatever the bill is to get the issue resolved so it s not more expensive later but instead I m paying continuously to get major things done that were never the full answer. On top of that recently spent 1600 on a new fuel pump and air intake and received the dirtiest rental I ve ever received and it didn t bother me at first but on my way back to get my car there was an accident where I damaged the front bumper/grill and 1 headlight. Whenever trying to explain what happened later was perceived as I wasn t paying attention whenever I thought I made it clear whenever I had said I didn t see the red light but I had seen the guy slow down just not in time but following that I was consistently told if I had a problem with the price that the cops could be involved when I continuously reassured I d pay the full price so insurance didn t get involved but that I just wanted to know what costed so much for a bumper and headlight .. long story short it was 800$ in parts and the remaining of the 2500 was all labor and which I didn t have a problem with the price I was mainly trying to figure out why it was that price and also try to make it clear anyone to receive a rental like I had would have not been happy with the circumstances so they know for future customers and they wanted to threaten to get the cops involved .loved the two people I usually dealt with Sara and Chad I believe but Jason was a stickler until he had seen my mom leave her honest review and then wanted to be nice and polite to me after the fact to try and have me get her to take down her comment when it was just the truth. 0/5 stars if I could I will not be recommending anyone new to go there like I previously would and will be talking with the ones I have referenced.

I had a great experience dealing with Uebelhor Chevrolet. I found exactly the pre owned truck I was looking for online. I am a little over 4 hours away but was able to get everything set up before arriving to test drive the truck. My salesman Fernando was excellent. He took care of everything and was great to work with. I highly recommended him and the whole team. I would definitely deal with them again.

We had the FJ Toyota Cruiser front windshield replaced. This is a difficult task due to the cut of the window. Uebelhor Collision Center did a fantastic job. It looks very nice and no leakage (at least at this time). We wish we had gone this route the first attempt. Ty!

If I were you I WOULD NOT buy a used vehicle from here. I bought my truck a little over a year ago. The DAY I got it home engine light came on and needed a high pressure fuel pump so they said. A few months later Transmission went out and bad fuel injector caused the lifters to fail. The truck does have 106k miles on it so understandable that some things would go wrong but after replacing the transmission and fuel injector I m in over $5,000 now to be told the engine might need replaced. I have called the dealership countless times trying to see if they can quote me on services and maybe help me diagnose the problem. Have not received 1 call back. Would never recommend this place.

In an age where excellence in customer service can be in short supply, Ueblehor & Sons Chevrolet maintains a high standard. Their service department is second to none in my experience. The team is friendly, courteous, and helpful keeping you informed of findings, and recommendations and the work is prompt and well done. I never hesitate to recommend Uebelhor's to everyone.

Everyone was very nice. Larger warranty job was done on my truck. Estimated as a 14 hour job. Dropped off Monday morning and i had to call Thursday to get a status. Also got it home and realized the top of my drivers side front fender was scratched up pretty bad. Nice service team but i wont go back.

This was my third purchase from Uebelhor in the past 14 years. I live in a larger city 45 minutes away but return to Uebelhor because of the honest, straightforward, customer-centered way they do business. I ve never been disappointed dealing with these folks.

They were very good. They came and asked me if I wanted new wipers blades on car. They always give you the choice. I accepted their advice. They always are nice and polite when you have questions. They are very helpful.

The dealer s body shop is the best! I accidently hit my rooftop antenna with my garage door, while exiting my garage. The antenna was replaced and rooftop repaired, in a very timely manner. You will be pleased with their very courteous staff, and the end results with your vehicle! Thank you Uebehlor s in Jasper, Indiana!

Uebelhor's picked my vehicle up at my workplace, performed the service and repairs as requested then returned it before the end of my work day. They even sent a text to notify me it was returned and where it was parked. I paid my bill the following day and the cashier was friendly and courteous.

Fernando and Jordan were absolutely wonderful! They worked with me over the phone the whole time. During the waiting process Fernando went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect! He walked me through the whole car and even made sure I had all the Uebelhor gear! Probably THE BEST buying experience ever! Jordan is amazing at her job! Worked with me on a small loan so I could keep boosting my credit! She has such a great personality and I very much enjoyed our conversations!Something I definitely want to mention is that neither one was "pushy". Both made sure I had the right warranty and didn't push me to go for the most expensive one. They made sure I got the glass cover on the Trax too! I highly suggest doing it! I've had my 2024 Trax for a week now and I absolutely LOVE it! There isn't one thing I don't like about it!Thank you so much Uebelhor team! Wanted to give a shout out to Luis Oceloct for doing such a great job with me. He was able to push paperwork extremely quickly, was kind, courteous, and was very knowledgeable. I had a great experience with this dealership overall as well. I drove down from Terre Haute because they had exactly what I wanted. They were able to give me a very fair value on my trade and I ended up with exactly what I wanted.

Cost a lot more than I thought the workmanship was great but nobody returned my phone calls to see what was going on 1900$ to get the defrost to work plus the battery I got there only lasted one year 65 doller charge for a battery I'm not happy 1900$ is a lot of money for a car I bought at that car lot nobody else worked on the car besides your car service center I got ripped off and there's nothing I can say or do about it !!!! Not Happy at all waited 3 days taking to voicemail SAD service center
