Wanted to buy two trucks to import to mexico sales guy had all kinds of excuses that he could not sell them to me and now the same two trucks are here in mexico??

came with friends to look for chargers (which was said to be in stock) but instead, had an employee give attitude when guiding us to the correct area to look and then tried to tickle my toes. find better workers

Bought a lot of trucks and had them serviced here for many years. From a business perspective, the reason I'm giving five stars, consistently good service. When you manage a fleet, you will have a revolving series of problems you need a dealer to check out. It's imperative you can count on consistent, timely work. They offer that service. Recommend.

Needed a brake chamber replaced on a walk-in last minute deal. They were able to get me in and out in 1.5hrs. Friendly folks, fast service. Thanks Sternberg!

STAY AWAY FROM STERNBERG JASPER,IN!! I took a truck for AC problem diagnosis. They told me it was thermistors and they didn't have them in stock. We had the thermistars replaced at another truck repairshop, but the problem was still there. I went back to Sterberg 2nd failed to fix the problem and 3rd times gave me another diagnosis. They told me different problems each time and misdiagnize the problem yet still charged on all 3 occassions. The Service Manager( Scott) is very rude, condescending with no empathy to his customers. Stay away, this location is a huge rip-off. I'll never take any of our trucks there again for anything. I wouldn't recommend this dealership to anyone. Was going to take a week off and let them do a few things to my truck, had it booked three weeks in advance. Came back after they had it six days, the only thing that had touched it was someone hit it. Bent my bumper and turned my mirror. I can get service like that in any truck stop parking lot in the country. Maybe one day I'll find a shop that doesn't price gouge on parts or labor. Sure doesn't look good in the Dubois county area.

This place is just like any ordinary gas station, but like all it has some flaws. The pizza is honestly not that good. Their bathroom is horridly gross. And the prices for things are too high.

The best diesel mechanics around been in the business 100 years great customer service. If your looking for a new car or truck this is the only place to get a good deal backed by professional people. Looking for tractor trailor units they have them in stock. Utility vehicals they have them
