These guys fixed a beach cruiser of mine as well as tuned my mountain bike. They let me know that they were very busy when I dropped the bikes off and it might take longer then normal, which I appreciate that they were honest up front with me. It s really didn t bother me though because a lot of time you have to wait for quality work. As far as the work done it was priced fair and my bikes have never worked better. Thanks guys.

I was looking to purchase a bike for long-distance (for a bike) travels. An acquaintance recommend REM, so I went to check out what they had to offer. The staff are friendly and super knowledgeable. About a week later, I purchased my first brand new bike in 2 decades. Expect to see updates to this review once I receive the bike.Update: Bike is ready, and I've been back and forth to REM a number of times. Very satisfied with all services provided.

Fantastic customer service! I went here to replace my bicycle tire after I had failed to do so myself, and the worker helping me told me exactly what I had done wrong and why my tire maybe wasn't the perfect fit. The cost to get me a new tire and have it installed for me was very reasonable, and I couldn't have asked for more professional service. Whether it is for bike accessories or maintenance, I will definitely continue to go here for my needs!

Absolutely awesome local shop for all your cycling needs! Yeah you may be able to save a few bucks online, but the knowledge and service of the owner and staff here make it all worth the little extra you might spend. They have an excellent selection in stock and every available size on the floor for trying out.

REM Bike Shop is fantastic. My husband Is an avid rider. He rides 34 miles a day 4X or 5X a week at the age of 72. It is very important for his bike to be in tip top shape. He has always had Trek bikes and was looking for a new one. We see went to a Trek dealer in Evansville. They were so rude and pricey I would never buy anything from them.Found REM Bike Shop on the internet. We went there and bought the bike that day. He had to order it but had it in very fast. He did some things to it like change the fat tires like racing tires. He has always road to beat his time and he likes those skinny tires with Kevalar.REM Bike Shop owner and employees are great. They go out of their way to make you happy. We use them for problems and tune ups. Basically anything the Bike needs.They are very Knowledgeable.Thanks REM Bike Shop for great service. They have a Passion for what they do.

I really like this shop and the quality of products they offer. The they are the reason you should buy local. Great help with selection and service after the sale. They are always willing to give advice or you can bring your problem into the shop even if you didn t buy it there. If you are looking to buy a bike, they will guide you on the type of bike you need for the terrain you will be on. No pressure from the staff, just helpful advice. I highly recommended!

I bought my bike here over 2 years ago. It has been one of the best bikes I've ever owned. The staff took very good care of me and made it very simple to get the correct bicycle.

We blew a tire on our first bike ride on our new bikes. We were in French Lick and called. The guy (sorry I did not get your name) was there working the store while his boss was in Florida. We arrived to his store on Saturday right at 2pm which is closing time. He could have easily said they were closed but instead took the time yo change our tire. Your Boss is lucky to keep his store in your hands. Thank you Dan and Uly Gift from Iowa. PS the Schnitzelbank was a great suggestion.

They sell quality bicycles. Such as Trex helmets and riding gear. They do repairs and tune ups.they are very friendly and can set up your bike just for you

My company has used this shop repeatedly and even when I have little information on parts needed, they are extremely helpful and manage to find what I am looking for and in a timely manner. Excellent business with excellent ethics.
