Got a quick diagnostic before my road trip back to Kansas City and there were no problems. the super nice younger dude working noticed that my coolant was bone dry and probably saved my engine. Happy New Year and give this guy a bonus.

Staff very friendly and helpful. We were stuck our of town and they got us back on the road.So much better than their competitor which I've been to two different ones and they were exactly the sameThe whole company must b like that.

2 weeks in a row I've been to the Jasper store for brake parts. Both times they gave me the wrong parts. I will never shop at O'Reilly Auto Parts again. Your employees are a joke!!!!

These guys are good! You walk in and they are professional and helpful. They didn't complain when they had to change a battery (I've been to auto parts stores where they act like it is a huge inconvenience to get up off the little stool they are sitting on!). O-O-O- O'Reilly.... Go there!

Didn t even buy anything (this time).. I ve always relied on O Reilly s across the country to help out and to provide quality parts at the lowest retail prices. But the real quality is in the associates - this time all I needed was a hitch ball installed correctly on a tongue adapter for my mother who was moving and they helped out, no problem!

Nice place but a bit pricy also the associates don t really know a lot about cars than computer knowledge. They also add things to cart that you didn t ask for it.

Every time I go in, the same gentleman steps up to help me. I like that he recognizes me and makes it a point to help. Always a good visit. They make sure question are answered and if there are rebates or sales they make sure I get the best available prices. I am and always will be a repeat customer.
