Matthew has great customer service. He is very good at communicating in a way that does not sound belittling. In my experience around the county, mechanics can be very rude and condescending. Matthew provides excellent service and I know I can rely on his staff. It's clear that he has standards and will expect his team provide the same service he does.

A 3 hour drive I couldn t make due to work had my vehicle taken to Jasper for me I searched online for nice family owned businesses and this popped to be the best pick for me was well worth the drive finished a project in less then 2 hours within the same day it was brought in at 8 AM done before 10 AM I asked about it and got it in a week later even worked with inconvenience on scheduling the performance is great will have more work in the near future I m happy with how things turned out recommend for sure !!!

I meant to post this some time ago, but whatever. Excellent experience from start to finish. Matt was able to get our vehicle in for repair quickly and fix it right.Didn't realize how bad the problem was until we drove it after the repairs. Now runs quiet, with no vibration noises. And, for a reasonable price. He had the car fixed while I waited, less than an hour.Matt's superior customer service skills were an added bonus. Very happy with the service, Matthew was very knowledgeable, put a lift kit on my truck got the alignment done and I called last minute and added exhaust and this guy made it happen!!!

Found this jewel of a shop by word of mouth, was looking all over Indiana, didnt realize we had such a great place this close to home.These guys do great work, beyond normal exhaust. They took care of all the little details I dreamed of on my Jeep Wrangler v-8 exhaust. True duals, X pipe, O2 sensor, premium mufflers, nice vibration mounts, removable piece for future engine swap. You guys are amazing! Had an oil change a few weeks back and was satisfied so I decided to take the chance to go back for my car for repair. The receptionist was amazingly helpful on the phone, as well as Matthew. He did above and beyond my expectations. He showed me my corrosion and recommended another repair as well and offered to show me. This is now my go to place, thank you so much Matthew!!!

Very, very friendly, GOOD customer service. My appt was the morning after the ice and snow. He had snow melt out and opened the door for me when I arrived. I was his only customer that day. But he opened the store and replaced my muffler. I will definitely be going back !

Great place with great prices! Their staff is always professional and courteous. They use quality products with trusted technicians. For a small town it's the only place to go. Other options include walmart with sketchy techs. Growing up here I've had only great service from M&M.

Great work and fast! Just got a muffler delete and center exit exhaust with a titanium blued dual tip and the car sounds amazing! I would highly recommend coming here for your exhaust needs!

Tailpipe on my 2011 Tundra rusted out and fell off the hanger. A friend referred me to M&M after they did his. I called them and they were able to get me in to see what I had. They replaced the muffler and tailpipe while I waited. It only took about an hour and I was on my way. I would recommend them if you need some work done. They are a small business and they care about their work and the customer.Service: Exhaust

I'm going on two separate visits with the folks at M&M and they have been so helpful and informative , not to mention friendly ! I have no dout you will have the same kind of experience if you have a need for their services ! So if you have to have your vehicle worked on you'll be impressed with the clean work areas and knowledgeable staff ! So happy motoring , and don't forget to turn your lights on if it's raining !

I called M&M Exhaust because I was referred by a friend. I called to inquire about the Borla exhaust system and they explained all my options very thoroughly. The staff is super friendly and they had my work completed in the time they said it would take. I m from out of town and there is a nice clean waiting room and also places nearby to get food. The exhaust sounds great and the custom workmanship looks very professional!Service: Exhaust

Took three times to get the headers installed correctly on my k1500. Turns out the issue may have came from the low quality seal, and or the fact that I have a 3" body lift on my truck and my header was against my gear linkage that goes to my transmission. Not sure if the owner knew about this or not. They never told me anything about that which is why I rate 3 stars. Other than that, exhaust looks and sounds good for the price!!

The welds on the pipe are very poorly done, have had the exhaust break numerous times. Owner will only fix it one time and try to blame you for poor welds. Decided to go to a different exhaust shop this time because of the owner s attitude about warranty deals. Especially since he is wanting to charge to fix his own mistakes after the first time.
