I received excellent customer service and was treated with respect. They listened and worked with me to get the best results possible with my situation. They didn t make certain vehicles seem impossible and didn t try to force my decision. A huge thanks to BJoe & Valerie who helped make my purchase happen. They never once made me feel pressured or rushed. They took the time for me on a Saturday and I m truly grateful for their time and assistance. Great selection at this dealership and I received an awesome price drop on my vehicle purchase! I was comfortable from the time I walked in! Bob Luegers Motors was the exception to the many dealerships I ve recently visited! Thank you!

The process was simple and I never once felt pressured. Kyle felt like a friend though we had never met. I had not bought a vehicle from a dealership in a long time so I was worried I would feel like someone was trying to take advantage of me. This was definitely not the case with Kyle at Bob Luegers Motors.

Great place to buy a car! Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. I would definitely recommend our sales person Stephanie Martin, she had all the paperwork completed before we arrived and was a pleasure to work with. It was an easy purchase. I would highly recommend this dealership.

We are on our 4th GMC Yukon. Three have been purchased at Bob Lueger Motors in Jasper from Jeff Teder. He's been very helpful and he even came in on his day off to help us this time! They always go above and beyond to get the job done. Everyone was very kind and helpful!

We contacted Bob Luegers to drive about an hour to come view a new GMC Yukon XL. We were very pleased when we pulled in the parking lot to find the Yukon sitting up front ready for us to view & test drive. Our salesman Sam Beach was very professional and accommodating to our needs. He made the process very easy and quick enough for our schedule that day. Will be referring Sam & Bob Luegers with confidence!

I am pleased to share a very positive experience I had while purchasing my new Sierra Denali. Stephanie Martin was pleasant to deal with and treated us with respect. A very short but productive negotiation yielded a great deal for both. Well worth the 2 hr drive there and back for the deal I received.

Very happy with the service I received throughout my truck buying experience with Bob Luegers sales member, Stephanie Martin.I live 6+ hours away and Stephanie and her team answered all my questions, sent extra pictures, videos and inspections. They made me feel very confident and comfortable with the vehicle I was looking at online. The truck matched their description perfectly. I love it!! They also made the buying process very smooth to allow us time for our drive home.I would recommend anyone to buy from Bob Luegers if they had the vehicle you are looking for. Thank you!!

First time buying from Bob Luegers and our salesman Bjoe made our experience fantastic! We found a Ford Edge online and inquired through the website. Bjoe was quick to respond and super helpful when it came to any questions we had! Came to check out the car and after a test drive we just knew we couldn t pass it up. Val in finance was wonderful to work with and made the buying process very quick and easy. Definitely will be coming back for any future car needs!

Top notch people! They take very good care of my Envision maintenance. I had the oil changed and tires rotated. Great people in the maintenance shop and at the business office. Always so cordial. Before I left I stopped at the body shop to inquire about some touch up work on my door edges. Phil was most accommodating and actually touched up my doors while I waited. He was so helpful - and no charge. Thanks to everyone for a great visit!

Great experience from Woody when I was looking for a new vehicle. I was treated like a real person. I test drove several of their vehicles multiple times. They never pressured me into buying. I tried other dealerships but was not given the same experiences I was given here. I would definitely recommend talking to Woody for your next new or used vehicle from Bob Luegers Motors.

Was told we were being worked in when we had appt. Told didn't need a loaner was only half hour job was there almost 3. Was given a loaner after we were forgotten about when after 2 hours car was still setting.

We took our vehicle to Luegers collision center, and had a wonderful experience. The staff are so personable, and they are meticulous in preparing the insurance estimate. The work was done with excellence, and completed a day before estimated. The vehicle was returned to us so clean. The tire rims were cleaned so well, they look like the day we purchased it. They worked very well with our insurance company, and took care of all the details. Should we ever again need body/paint work, we'll only consider Luegers.

The heater went out on our car and Luegers was able to get our vehicle in within a day or two when the other service departments in Jasper were booked out for weeks!! We appreciate you!!

Our experience has always been the same. It's easy to schedule an appointment that is conducive to our schedule. The employees are thorough when servicing our automobiles. If there's something extra that is a must, we are told what the service is, the cost, and the urgency of getting it completed either that day or in the future. We never feel pressured to into doing something that is not necessary. The time spent waiting for our automobile to be serviced is reasonable.

Brought vehicle in scheduled for a 30 minute service which was scheduled at 10:30am. Vehicle didn't get done until 1:15pm.Didn't offer a rental car and the service department didn't keep checking with the maintenance staff on progress and didn't keep us up to date....NOT HAPPY

Dealerships are a dime a dozen but honest, dependable team members are hard to find. Salesman Sam Beach is just that, a man of integrity who s down to earth and treats people right. I first heard about Sam in 2019 when one of my best friends purchased his second vehicle off of him. It just so happened my parents were in the market for a new vehicle then too. I mentioned how they should stop at Bob Leugers and ask for Sam Beach. Mom & Dad were beyond thrilled with Sam, commenting on his professionalism and demeanor. They purchased a new Buick Envision and have been just as pleased with service department too. My wife Stacey and I had been saving up for a new GMC Yukon and I m sure you can guess who our first and only call was Thank you Sam and the entire staff for making the process smooth and enjoyable!

Our experience was the best that we have had in many years. Our salesman was (Woody) Bill Fischer who from the moment we met he made you feel like you had known him all your life. He found us exactly what we were looking for. My wife s vehicle got totaled in an accident and we needed something right away. We asked if they would hold the car for a week or two until the insurance company could decide on what they wanted to give us for our car. I asked Woody how much it would take to hold the car for us. Surprisingly enough he said if it was ok we me he would hold it on a hand shake. I laughed and said I hadn t done business like that in over 40 years. This type of thing is not heard of in this day and age which is very sad. By doing this not only did he make a sale, but I have told three people about this and told our six kids the next time they need a car this is where they need to go. Best experience ever.

Our salesman, Mark Gudorf, was fantastic and the financing was a pleasant experience as well. No pushy staff and we found everyone to be very pleasant working with us. We feel we got a quality deal. This is our second pre-owned vehicle from Bob Luegers Motors in Jasper. We will definitely do business with them again when the need arises.

I have bought MANY vehicles in my lifetime, and I can say this was the easiest one I have EVER bought! Sam Beach made it very easy and painless. He was great to work with. I would HIGHLY recommend him and this dealership. I drove 1 1/2 hours to get there and it was WELL worth it!

Luegers always goes above and beyond to help with any issues I have. My GMC AT4 was having battery issues, after running multiple diagnostics tests they found the problem & corrected it. They kept me informed throughout the process!

Procedure took less than 45 minutes. They told me it would take 45 minutes, but I was there 2 hours due to it being a GM recall. They take care of their paying customers and when I looked at the parking lot for cars to be repaired. All were gone except for mine . They finally came and got it and repaired it last of all the orders they had. This happened not once but twice due to them not being able to complete the job on the first appointment. Very disappointed!
