I own a weird Postal Jeep and I wanted tires that were taller and narrower than what was on there. The guy at the counter went out of his way to find some tires for me. He ordered them for me. Very happy with them

I have been going to Big O for years they always have done a good job. Until now. Four days after having new tires installed on my truck 3 of the wheels had loose lug nuts and I almost lost my front driver side tire from the lug nuts being loose. Thankfully I caught the error before it escalated to a serious problem.

They never communicate with customers to discuss what parts they are using to replace old parts.If you ask them to rotate tires when oil change is being done they would tell you they did but they really don t. I m speaking from my experience, so just have that in mind.

I love the guys at Big O, Matt, Stan and the rest have all helped me out of jams I've been in. Fair prices and pretty quick as well.

I have always went to Big O Tires since I started driving. I have went to other Big O locations but have not had the friendly service that the Jasper IN location provides. I highly recommend this location.

Good for my old Dodge truck good for everyone. No joke I travel all around the world and I have never met a more friendlier staff than this Big O. They will go out of there way to do what they can. They also do more than just tires. Thank you again.

Synthetic oil change, free tire rotation and balance, in and out in 35 minutes. $65.65. Big O Tire staff provided tire tread depth measurements, as requested. Aspen Touring tires have been great for five years, with a tread depth of 5/32nds remaining, after 35k miles. Rated for 50k miles, if I remember correctly. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I have always had a great experience at Big O Tires and highly recommend them.

They will give you an estimated 1hr and 30 and be done in 30. Very friendly atmosphere. This is also a big one for females, it's a judgment free zone. They don't ask too many questions and they will never overcharge you for anything

Big O was upfront in their pricing, they treat you with respect, and they are efficient. While I was in the waiting room I witnessed a customer being very rude and the man behind the counter did a great job reassuring him they would help him. Will definitely get my tires from here again!

Their customer service is top tier. Competitive pricing. They don't really care about your car cleanliness, every time I get my car back it has greasy hand prints all over the inside and the paint near the doors. You can wipe it off easy enough, but they don't take any extra care keeping your car clean.

Waited 2 hours. They ordered the wrong tires. Didn't tell us. Husband noticed them putting the wrong tires on. In-between a rock and hard place w/ current tires. So we had to buy their big O tires. Lady was very nice. But we won't go back.

Tires were all 10 lbs low due to seasonal temperature drop. After wasting money on a self serve air machine that turned out to be malfunctioning, I learned Big O offers free air. Shop was quite busy but they got my tires filled quickly and then even put on new valve stem caps at no charge since mine were all missing. Now that's great service! Would definitely get service or new tires here next time it's needed. Thanks Big O!

Stellar customer service. The owner of this establishment stayed open while our car was getting towed there . We had a blow out in a new town they had a new tire on within 6 minutes. Thank you big o tire! We will be back for sure.

So happy with Big O tires. This is my 4th time there. I needed some studs and lugs on one wheel. The price was so much more reasonable than anywhere else I got quotes from. They definitely will be seeing me again. I'm a widow and don't like dealing with this stuff. But I trust this place. I have no clue about anything to do with cars!Thank you

I cannot say enough good things about this place! Matt the owner/operator is hands on all the time! They worked quickly and efficiently! Even received a military discount which is sadly rare these days. Definitely recommend!!!

I needed a certain type of snow tires. They found what I needed in Denver Colorado, shipped them here in Indiana mounted,balanced had them ready in 4 days. good people, great prices, great service and always treat you fair.

Good prices but grease all over my seat. Manager attempted to clean w brake fluid but discolored my seat and rubbed through fabric. Now my car has lost value.

Started getting a whistling noise in my front right tire 10 days after getting both fronts changed here and 3 days later my lugnuts snapped off my studs and my tire went flying off while I was going 45 on a highway. The tow truck driver who also owns a tireshop informed me after inspection that the cause was my lugs being over torqued as they used an impact instead of a torque wrench and sure enough my left wheel had already lost a lugnut as well and I had to completely change both studs and lugs myself at home. Thankfully no major damage to my car was caused by this but I'm certainly not going to be a customer here ever again and wouldn't recommend to anyone else as this mistake could have caused a serious accident.

Honest, reputable ownership and business. As a woman, I often feel like I am bringing my car to the mechanic only to trade it in for another problem to bring it back with later. I do not feel like that here. I feel like Big O in Jasper takes care of all my car issues/needs and doesn't allow me to drive away, only to face a new problem in 2-3 weeks. They keep my car in good shape, continually! I will keep coming back.
