Stopped in for some new wiper blades. Edward was very eager to help. He helped me find the wiper blades that would best suit my needs. Great employee, he is always friendly every time I've been in there.

The salesperson was knowledgeable and very helpful. The fix ended up being a couple of screws rather than a whole new Mass Air Flow sensor.

My pickup truck had a torn blade. I headed straight to Auto Zone here in Jasper, Indiana. They are always so friendly and accommodating. I apologized for not being able to install them myself and he was more than happy to do it for me! It was raining and I felt bad, but he assured me it was not a problem whatsoever. Such nice people there! Thank you from the bottom of my heart AutoZone, Jasper, Indiana I am most appreciative.

Local guys were a great help!Online parts - The Autolite plugs the website said were good for our Chevy Trax did not perform well at all. Replaced with AC/Delco and run problems all solved.

If I could put no stars I would, definitely was upset the day we went to get a friend's part..she was quoted and told on the phone a hour before we went...that what she needed was there and was a definite price...not the case when we went and wasn't really provided with a friendly or any kind of reason for why it was way more then said to be when she called. I felt bad for this family who needed their vehicle to run so she could start a new job the next day.. bottom line the person who she talked to wasn't there and there was nothing done about it, she had to pay quite a bit more for some thing we could have went and gotten elsewhere if she hadn't been told the part was at the store and a certain price...you win some and you loose some...but there staff had poor customer service and didn't even care just kept saying that person wasn't working anymore ...won't recommend this place or even call for anything ever again

Went to AutoZone today and a nice gentleman named Christopher Lange had helped me. He got me fixed up and out the door in a very professional manner. I would highly recommend his help to anyone.

I wanted to share my recent excellent customer service that I received from Daniel at the Jasper store. After a full day of work I went to go home and the battery in my vehicle was dead. I work near auto zone so I walked over to see if they could help. As soon as I said what the problem was Daniel immediately helped and got my vehicle charged and running. I came back later that evening to buy a battery, Daniel helped again by installing it in the cold weather.I really appreciate the help and service I received.Melissa R.

So I just wanted to say ED is the best!! He was soo nice and super helpful. My husband was trying to find a Serpentine belt to fit his truck for 2 days and ed was very dedicated to help him find the right one. I would give him 10 stars if I could. Great service! If I ever need anything I will definitely be taking my business there from now on!! Thank you soo much!!

I would like management to know what a top rate service Japser AutoZone supplies to its customers. I have dealt with this store several times this past week and have received excellent service. Daniel assisted me in getting a new battery for my Jeep and was very professional. In addition to that, he helped me replaces all 3 wiper blades on my Explorer. It was hot and uncomfortable outside and he was nothing but nice.When the new battery didn't fix my issue with my Jeep, I replaced the alternator but still had issues. I went back to Autozone and they helped me again. When I was able to get my Jeep to the store. Justin came out and switched out the alternator for me, since the readings showed it was bad. Amazing customer service. He was so professional and pleasant to deal with. While he was helping me, Daniel and Tom were inside helping everyone else so that Justin could help me. I so appreciate what these kind gentlemen did for me. Thank you isn't enough. Great service!!

Ive been in a couple messes and they were able to help me from making bigger messes even when I thought I had things right. They are knowledgeable and instead of trying to push you for bigger and better they want to help you fix your problems. The guys here are great and I personally recommend them for ordering and helping even if its something we all think is a stupid question.

One of my headlight was out, I stopped during my lunch hour hoping it wouldn't take long. They found my part, checked me out, and installed it free of charge! I was out in 5 minutes! What a relief to have great, fast, and reliable car service near home.

The guys helped me and explained what little pieces of information I was lacking and saved me from making costly mistakes. As a long time customer, I'm continuing to learn new things and their help in parts and some information has been excellent. Store hours are great. Sometimes you'll have a wait for desk help but its worth it for their great service.

My car battery needed replacing and I'm new to this area. My nephew suggested Auto Zone. I'm slightly handicapped and I was more than delighted with the kindness and service I got when I went there today. Keith Fleck, definitely an outstanding employee, took care of my order and replaced my battery on the spot. He also replaced a brake light bulb for me. Auto Zone, you're the best!!

I was in the store this morning at 8:30 am, no other customers were there but there were several cars in the lot (employees?). I took my purchase to the counter and waited for an elderly employee named Milton to finish his phone call. He looked up at me, no greeting, and actually appeared drunk or hungover...... I asked if I could pay for my purchase and he responded with cash or card? Then walked 4 cash registers away and pulled out a magnifying glass to try to read the register screen. The phone rang again and WITHOUT A WORD TO ME, he walked away and looked at the phone and seemed confused. He then continued down the counter and went towards the back of the store where perhaps other employees might be?? Not sure, but I wasn t going to wait around to find out! I put my cash away and left the store....... VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE!! My transaction would have only taken a few minutes since it was one item(for $20) and I was paying cash, it seemed like the person calling the store was more important than an actual customer in the store with cash. Also, not sure how an employee can efficiently do his job if his vision is so poor that he needs a magnifying glass to see!

Popped in to grab a few things for my husbands truck. Walked around for a few minutes looking for what I needed. Could not find because I am not the most educated on car stuff. So stood in line to ask for help, meanwhile 5 employees are behind the counter only helping 2 people. I made numerous attempts for eye contact and help, with no avail. I walked out. What a disappointment!

I had a burned out headlight, so I pulled in there & this nice guy came out to help before I even got out of the car. I think he could see that I am on oxygen & they were not busy but still a very nice thing to do. Light was changed in no time & very reasonably priced.

We stopped to get new windshield wipers for my mother's car. The salesman helped us pick out a set and installed them for us. Very pleased with the service we received.

The last time I was their, my daughter's boyfriend's car needed to go directly to a mechanic, since the employee noticed something. It was 6pm and my mechanic couldn't take us. So the AutoZone employee called Berg's in St. Anthony and he could help us. Thanks so much AutoZone!
