Quality is top notch, customer service is prioritized; any issues, questions, or concerns you have will be quickly and adequately solved. Employees along with the owners themselves are present in store. Which is important when wanting to buy because you will leave feeling educated and safe on your new item. The owners are wonderful people who treat all their customers like friends even including them in on rides, raffles, and events. You will leave this store feeling excited and confident.

Nice local shop as have a 4 wheeler needing some electrical service.Educated staff seemed to understand the problem and what s going to be needed to get her fixed.Nice showroom with bikes , trikes and mowers to sell.Couple office dogs we re excited to see anyone interested in getting your dog fix in.

I would like to thank everyone at aj cycle today for helping a damsel in distress! I live in Evansville and my throttle cable snapped as soon as I got to jasper... the weather was horrible outside and they made sure I had water and even gave me a helping hand. Jason went above and beyond to make sure I got my unicorn home. Thank u all Soo very much! I would def recommend! And will be a returning customer!

I usually do all my own work on my motorcycle, but after a few friends recommended them to me, I decided to give them a shot.Service was excellent and fair priced. They seem very knowledgeable. Thanks for everything Skyler!I gave them 5 stars because of how they treated me getting some tires dismounted after the fact.Thanks again Skyler.

I've had my bike up there a few times, so when I got some new white wall tires to put on my harley, they were the only place I called. The guys put my tires on with no trouble. If you ever put white walls on, you know that they start out blue, and what a PAIN it is to scrub them up to make them white. I was not looking forward to that, but to my surprise, when I picked up my bike, the blue had already been scrubbed off. That was ABOVE AND BEYOND what I expected. Thank you for your outstanding service! I recommend you to everyone.

Yesterday was my first time there & I was veryimpressed with the entire staff. Customer Service isoutstanding & took a lot of time answering my questions & showing me products that I inquired about.I had a general service & new smoked windshield & new plugs. They did a camera into air filter & it was fine. That alone saved quite a bit. I m going to schedule a Rake kit in next few days.

They service both of my motorcycles and consistently do an excellent job at a fair price with a quick turn-around time. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they have a handy stock of gear and equipment available in-store. I simply couldn't recommend them more highly.

I would like to thank the staff of AJ Cycle for gettIng my son in (who drove his motorcycle from Kansas and is visiting home on an Army pass) on such short notice on a Saturday at almost closing time to mount a tire on his motorcycle. None of the motorcycle shops in Evansville would work on it because of Westside Nut Club Festival going on shows where their priorities are. Anyway, I want to personally thank the staff of AJ Cycle for getting him back on his bike, on the road, so he can travel back to Kansas Monday. Well done!BTW, Melton Stilwell s widow, Brenda Stilwell, referred us because this is where Melton always had his motorcycles worked on. That says a lot!

My name is Robert Mason. I drove up from Kentucky. Andy and Leslie did an outstanding job on my trike conversion. They made me feel like I was at home there in Jasper. I did not get the service man's name but he went far and beyond to help me also. I will tell all my friends about their business. It was worth the drive to me.

Not happy one star isnt low enough took my bike up there 3 times still have same oil leak and horn wasn't fixed only thing fixed correctly was the bracket to the back seat last time I picked it up rode home and seen my battery cover melted cause the exhaust was up all the way up against the battery cover and it all cost me about $400 thanks

Andy one of the owners helped to create a great selling experience and even sent me a video of him riding the Piaggio BV250 I bought. He has been responsive and helpful in making the transaction from Indiana to my home here in Delaware. Great service and selection....trust and buy from AJ Cycle & Trike

I was greeted when I walked through the door. Had 2 different associates asked if they could help me and actually carried on a conersation with the lady checking out and what I assume was a sslesman. Comfortable place to visit will definitely be back.

Great people, they care about you and your bike. Their personality shows throughout the store, with items that are hand picked for your needs and safety. AJ Cycle is Quality and an awesome establishment.

My wife and I have ridden together since we ve been together. My wife wanted to learn to ride her own, but didn t want to drop it anymore. Once was enough. So we decided to trike her 2016 heritage out with the tow-pac brand. Customer servise her and A J cycle was pretty good even while on the down swing of Covid. I ll be having them do work on a tow pac kit on my 2012 EG Classic.

Best cycle place ever, anywhere. I've been to alot of them in 40 years motorcycling. None as good as aj cycle. had my 2009 1800 goldwing triked there about 5 years 70k miles ago. over the years I have gained so much respect for andy, curt, ryan, jason and the rest of thier staff. friendly, courteous, very knowledgeable. I drive 4 1/2 hours one way to have my bike worked on..crazy m nope they are just that good..! Denny

I recently moved to Jasper and my bike was having a hidden gas leak. Upon arrival to AJ's they looked for the issue and fixed my bike right. The fuel pump gasket had not been put on correctly by a previous mechanic. They care about their customers. Thank you AJ's
