This place is amazing with excellent customer service. The guys at front desk helped me with open faces. I bought overhaul kits for my ISX15 Cummins. The price was pretty good and quality is super nice . I recommend you to buy truck parts!. Young and sons thanks for your kindness and help.

I called Vern and Jerry late on the Friday before New Years weekend. I was stranded in Georgia on my way to Florida for the winter and needed a turbo charger.They made sure to ask all the right questions, so I received the proper unit.They packaged and shipped it next day air from Indy w/ moments to spare for ship deadline.They possess a high level of knowledge of product, excellent customer service, and truly care about the customer.By the way, the turbo was less than � the cost of a locally sourced one. New review 2023: I have called a dozen times within a few months, waited this long for this review but it is a must On many different occasions I ve called for parts and whoever picks up the phone either has an attitude or is in a hurry to get rid of you. I end up calling somebody else and getting parts and work done elsewhere.When Jerry used to pick up the phone it was great. I ve had to tell this guy to bear with me for a minute if he had time to work with me or put Jerry on the phone and this was because he was in a hurry and didn t want to wait for someone to read a serial number to him. If you re busy take my info and call back or just don t pick up the phone.You re loosing business as I own and operate 11 trucks and Young & Sons have gone from my 1st call to my LAST RESORT.We need you on the phones Jerry!This is the old review: Good people, they ll talk to you, explain and get you whatever you need.

These guys are very helpful, great prices, and if you ask for it they usually have it in stock. They keep my shop supplied with hard to find parts and pieces.

I m not sure why they don t answer the phone. I ve been trying for days, and all you get is a leave a message right at the beginning of the phone call. How are you supposed to make money if you don t answer the phone. Too bad! They never used to be this customer service lazy.

They are Perkins diesel engine specialist. They honed out rod bearings for me that nobody else could do.
