Terrible customer service. Transmission failed prematurely, within 5,000 miles. Took advice of Mike who was a fantastic sales representative to deal with, only to be told by Bill in warranty " He is just an order taker and isn't qualified to give suggestions" which voided the warranty. Call Jasper or any other company first.

Great customer service, got some old timers in the back who are knowledgeable. Sold a tool that didn't fit not their fault supplier issue, but corrected it immediately, anything I've ever needed they got asap if they didn't stock it, fair pricing and less than 2mi from my house and they always put a couple of pieces of candy in the box for my kids. Couldn't ask for a better group of people in my opinion.

I called all around town looking for a couple of parts. Dealers wanted insane pricing, and did not have them in stock, and no one else had them. Just stumbled upon these guys on the interwebs, and they had the parts I needed, in stock, and at a decent price. I picked them up and installed them the same day. My Jeep is shifting great now.
