I recently purchased a new car and needed a trailer hitch for a bike rack before I went to FL. I contacted Waymires and Rachel told me she could get the hitch but it was out of stock. I told her that I needed it before I left the following week. She helped me rush the order, called when it was scheduled to arrive and set up an appointment for installation two days before I was to leave on vacation. She is very friendly, efficient, professional and customer focused. Its so nice to have customer service. They had me in and out in around 30 minutes. I highly recommend Waymires and again want to thank Rachel for all she did for me.

Phenomenal price, lightening fast turn around times, and blue collar relational service. I obtained two different quotes before I was recommended this shop. The price was less, the job was completed in 30 minutes, and I left feeling grateful I took my business to this shop.The shop knew what I needed, and gave an honest assessment. They paired me with the right product, and even added complementary a fresh paint job to my existing hitch. Outstanding workmanship, and real passion for leaving customers proud of the quality.When it comes to hitches and accessories, I haven t found a better place than here. 5 star service, 5 star quality of work, and 5 star speed. No gimmicks, no sales pitches, just honest, exceptional craftsmanship, done the right way, and right on time. I ll bring my business back here and recommend to anyone in need of hitch accessories. I was extremely satisfied with their service. At the last minute I had to cancel my first appointment & reschedule for the next day. They were so kind about it. Rachel was a joy to talk to on the phone and in person when I arrived for my appointment. The job was completed much faster than they said. I was in and out for a hitch install in about 40 mins or less! And the price was the best around! I highly recommend them!

Great experience for RV to 4down vehicle Blue Ox Towing system installation went Simply Marvelous!! Probably saved $1500 by using Waymire Trailer as well over going to RV Service Center!! Waymire are the true Professionals at this JOB!

I have had three heavy duty trailer hitches installed here along with accompanying wiring and trailer brake equipment. Never had a single problem with equipment or service. With automotive electrical service that is a rarity. A+ recommend

After calling 12 hitch places and receiving a different price and different degrees of rudeness and shortness from each I got hold of Waymires and was finally able to remember what good customer service was like. I drove from Westfield to downtown and was not disappointed. Everyone was friendly and helpful, the service was quick and reasonably priced. I would definitely go back to them or recommend them for all my hitch issues. Thanks for restoring my faith in good business ethics.

While they weren't able to complete my hitch attachment due to a bent frame member, I appreciate the time they took to explain the limitations of a business that obviously operates with integrity and professional concern! Got to save these guys have done me right they did a really good job I had him put a hitch on an antique truck did a good job it was extremely reasonable and they were extremely nice to deal with anything else of that nature will come here

We had a hitch put on our Q7. Their customer service is the example all other companies should follow. Extremely friendly and professional and took care of us, the customer. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a hitch!

Stopped in see if they had a hitch for my truck. And they did. Asked Dustin if they could do it today, he said his guys were going to lunch but that he could try to work it in around 3. As being out of town. I went an grabbed some food, got back around 12:45, expecting to wait, he came out got my keys and I was in and out before 1:30. Great service and would recommend them for all trailer hitch needs.

Waymires did a fantastic job! I miss an original appointment due to a family situation. I went by there to re-schedule and they got me in. Had some real issues with brake controller not working amongst other things. They were able to do all electronic work as well as the hitch to get me going for my camping trip.Very professional and courteous. Definitely will be going back to get my fifth hitch installed in the near future.

We had a hitch installed on our 2018 Honda Pilot. In and out in less than an hour. Excellent work! Everyone was friendly, courteous and extremely helpful on the phone and in person. Very reasonable prices! Thank you!!Great experience!!

BEST HITCH PLACE EVER! I have taken all my vehicles to this place and have been 100% satisfied EVERY TIME! Excellent customer service and very good prices! They have a great LOCATION, just off I-70 and West street exit. They offer ride to work, while yours is getting worked on. Great family owned business!

Very professional business, I had a strict time frame to get my hitch fixed and it was a national Holiday that week as well, I figured getting out of the shop on time was next to impossible. Jim went out of his way to make sure my repair work was done and in the time I requested. I will definitely take all my business to Waymires and will recommend to my friends to do the same, if you want top notch work in a timely manner.

Needed a hitch installed on my new car for a bike rack. My car dealer recommended Waymire. They were so helpful, dropping me off at work while they installed it and even keeping the shop open a little past closing time when I was stuck in meetings and couldn t get back in time. Price was comparable to other places, and I know it s done right.

I had a fifth wheel hitch that I was installing myself, and I had an issue while installing it. The team at Waymire helped me get the hitch lined up properly and quickly, and didn't charge me for the service. Great team of professionals with excellent customer service!

I had my 2018 Honda CR-V hitch installed here. They are real pros at installation and I highly recommend them over Uhaul or the other amateur places. I was able to watch and their workers were every bit a s good as the wrench benders who worked on my helps in the USAF.....real quality work!

Waymires is a family owned businesses besides trailer towing equipment, they also provide extra lighting and accessories and a distribution center to provide customers, local and out of state, with merchandise that they stock for their above mentioned business plus install if you need it if needed. The installers are knowledgeable and professional in their work and a "Cut Above" I have been a customer there for several years and they have an outstanding reputation in the business community. I recommend them highly because I've been satisfied with all my dealings.

Visited this place today upon multiple recommendations to see about getting tow capability for multi use. While they did not have what I needed, the busy young guy behind the counter answering phones and single-handedly managing the whole place came out from behind the counter to speak with me, at length, about options. He was friendly, professional, and even extended an offer to call him if I have any questions once I find what I'm looking for, so he can give me some guidance on installation as well as avoid any potential unforeseen pitfalls so I don't incur damage to my vehicle or hitch. I cannot say how much I appreciated the time he spent discussing the differences in torque, tongue weight, and GVWR in lieu of any sale. Just that sort of customer service has won my business for any future needs when I find what I'm looking for.

We needed a trailer hitch and a scooter carrier installed on my SUV. In 9 years living in Indianapolis with the regular and irregular problems that arise with home and car, I have never encountered such friendliness, expertise, professionalism, customer care, timeliness, efficiency and effectiveness. Shame I can't give them 6 stars

Excellent timely service.Our bike rack was damaged and the pin that held it on the hitch was bent and I could not remove it. We went two other places that were unable to successfully remove the rack. I called Waymire on Wednesday afternoon and they got me in Thursday. In less than an hour the rack was free - yay.They took us back into the clean and tidy shop to show us what they had done. All is now well.Also, the store area seemed to have everything you could possible need related to hitches and towing.Color me extremely satisfied.

These guys are amazing. They put my hitch in about a year ago. I ran my boat trailer's winch through the trailer hitch plug and pulled too much current. Couldn't find any fuses blown. Then through email their rep sent me diagrams to find the fuse in the back behind some inside body panels. Presto, there's the fuse! Replaced it and it's all good. And they didn't charge me a thing!

The Blue Ox RV/auto hitch was installed a few days ago (late March 2019). The level of detail, the adherence to promised scheduling, and the post-sale attention and care by Dustin (hands-on demonstration prior to leaving the store) was exceptional. It's a definite pleasure doing business with a company, led by an individual who was easy-to-understand/personable and clearly knew his business. As a Realtor I definitely will recommend Waymire Hitches and Dustin!

On our way across the country (NJ - CA), bearing went on the boat trailer. Destroyed the hub but not the axle. Waymires had everything in stock and was super helpful in getting us back on our way. I was offered a spare hub and bearings. Thank god I said yes, in the middle of nowhere, Wyoming on Rt80- the other side went. I was able to fix that side and was back on my way in 45 mins. Highly recommend Waymires, they saved the day!!!!!!!!
