One of my worst experiences.Kelly and Will (William) the managers of the auto center are completely rude and do not care about customers. I went in to get new tires on and they knick my rim in multiple places and will refuse to help me file a claim.Service: TiresService: Tires

Got there at 8:45 for my 9:00am appointment. My vehicle finally pulled in the bay after 10. Finally left at 2:45! They installed 4 tires and balanced. Assistant manager acted like I put her out, when I asked her how the progress was going. DON'T GO HERE!!!!! It should not take that long to put on 4 tires. Only bright spot was Anna at the front desk.

Walmart Auto Care by East Washington street in Indy can do better. The employees are not focus. They keep texting, talking and relaxing while clients are waiting. Do they have an supervisor there? DANM!

My experience with Walmart (Eastside) Auto Center was okay. I did not like the unprofessional atmosphere in the Auto Center. However my auto issue was taken into consideration and Store Manager proceeded with care in letting Auto Technician identify the problem with my car. He was professional with car knowledge and courtesy was extended to me with respect. I was not satisfied with Walmart Auto Center documentation of generated computerized detail sheet that did not identify motor issue when my service was given on day of service. I am knowledgeable about auto care Tech policy of being not responsible for any liabilities. I am concerned that any car maintenance issues unreported can cause customer further cost to repair in the future.#2 Update Walmart Auto Center Tech provided professional care with my concern along with Walmart management to resolve my issue.

Bought 4 tires online and scheduled install my car was back there for 45 minutes when they came and said we can t put your tires on your lug nuts are swollen took my car somewhere else and they were not swollen it was 5 o clock and they didn t want to do the work. Also ask could I come back tomorrow and was told they already have two people coming for tires tomorrow. So you mean to tell me you can only do 2 sets of tires in 8 hours I call bs. Now I have 4 tires in my trunk that need installed I guess I ll go to tire barn tomorrow Service: Tires

I ve came here a few times now since it s close to where I live. Extremely rude staff at the front counter, lady with a short blue hair, smarted off to a few people in front of me due them being understaffed. Not the customers problem. Stay away from this place until they get better managed/help unless you want to wait 3-4hrs. Old lady in the front has been really rude other times. Last time I ll stop in there. I work in this type of industry and I get it with lack of help but treat your customers with respect. You ll waste your time stopping in at this location.Service: Tires

Had been to get my battery replaced 3days in a row. Finally on the 3 day they actually looked at my car they told me they cant replace wheel well batteries. Wastes of time. Unpleasant experience 3days in a row. No one wanted to work so they couldn't take anymore people. They turned away 3 oil changes while I was waiting to be told they wouldn't fix my car. Definitely need some help , training so people might just know what their doing.

The service was decent, or so I thought. I had my 2 rear tires replaced and rotated to the front of my vehicle prior to a trip to Indianapolis for open heart surgery. After my stay in the hospital I wasn't able to drive my vehicle the 2 hours home due to being on several different medicines. So I left my car in the hospital parking lot. A week later I procured a ride to Indianapolis to retrieve my vehicle. When I arrived, both tires they had replaced were completely flat. It was 11 o'clock at night and Walmart couldn't do anything about it. So I had to have a service truck from a different business come to my vehicle and air up the tires in the hopes I would be able to drive it home. When the service truck driver showed up, he used soap to find out where the tires were leaking from. It turns out, the technicians at Walmart didn't tighten the valve cores all the way in the valve stems. I had to pay 220 dollars for an after hours service call and 30 dollars per tire for "repairs". I went to Walmart for the tires because it was the most cost effective option at the time. I really, really wish I would've just spent the money at an actual tire shop and got better tires and better service. I've reached out to Walmart about a reimbursement of at least part of the service call. I have heard nothing back. I haven't even been back to buy groceries from that Walmart since then. They used to be my go-to place for everything. Now I vow to not go in for so much as a loaf of bread. Not until I hear back from the store about my experience. Take it from me. The tires may be cheaper. The service is cheaper. You are getting what you pay for. The only reason they are getting a 2 star review instead of 1 is due to the person I dealt with on the day I got the tires. She was kind and helpful, and that means something to me.

Anna was so helpful, biggest complaint, 3 hrs to install 4 new tires. 10 days to get tires. Ran a promo but none in stock. They did honor the price though.

I called for a brake change. They said the wait was 2 hours. I went anyways, was my turn after one car. Service was professionally done and I could watch as my car was parked exactly next to the viewing window. The employees seem a bit wary to agree with anything (probably bad experiences with bad customers). If you know what you want, they'll get you in and out. But don't expect a rousing discussion in the meanwhile.

Don't come here unless you want to wait 3-5 hours for a simple oil change. They'll tell you it'll only be about an hr or so over and over again but expect to be here all day.

They told me they could not put my tires on because apparently they were "too big" even though I had already had them on. Then It took them nearly two hours just to put 4 tires on a rim and nothing else. They ladies at the front desk are rude and dumb. Next time I spend whatever extra money it cost to never come here again. They do not even deserve a 1 star rating.

When I had spoken to a representative at the Auto parts at Walmart she taken the time out because they were very busy and looked up our name and explain that we could go to any of their stores and they'll honor any warranties. Which I didn't know but that was great, I was taken care of sooner and I love them.

Extremely slow. I bought 4 truck tires and there is NO ONE ahead of me and I watch 5 young guys stand around and do nothing but talk for 45 minutes before my tires even got taken off. My apt was 4 and it's currently 530pm and I see 1 tire finally being rotated and the other 3 old tires as still on the rim. Never come here.... lazy and unmotivated workers

I have went here before for tires will not go back there was only one car in the garage and I got there 10 till 5 and they say they close at 6 but they wasn t taking anymore tires. It was just one tire. Also when you try to get ahold of someone no one answers phone on any department. We never use this WalmartService: TiresService: Tires

Terrible service. Was told a 30 minute wait. 2 hours later I asked if my car was about done and they hadn't even started on it and didn't have the correct filter and did not bother to tell me they didn't have filter until I asked 2 hours later. So not only did I wait almost 3 hrs for a basic 20 dollar oil change i got up charged and horrible service. Definitely last time I will ever come here. I recommend meineke or jiffy lube for sure.

When you say your auto center opens at noon, you should probably not open it at 1 pm instead, while a line is forming and we're waiting to figure out what's going while entertaining a 8 month old baby. Put a sign up or SOMETHING.The first come first serve system is fine until you stop taking cars two hours in, and then maybe it's time to increase your staff or start pre-scheduling. Ludicrous.

The workers there are not reliable. I got there at 4:30 to do oil change, twice in a roll, they said they don t have worker available.

This location is far too busy to be helpful in a pinch. If you don't have an appointment.... your car isn't likely to get looked at quickly. The employees are really great and try hard but the location just isn't big enough for the demand.

It's good service, just always takes forever at any of the walmart's! Also when I went in today I didn't get my vaccum I know its a courtesy but still knowing ppl wait all day for service, they should make sure you get the vaccum. I went back in but the line was long and I was ready to go!

This service center was a very good place to get your car serviced Once Upon a time!!! They had really nice people working there,now if you call asking about the wait time they say what you wanna here over the phone and when you get there its 2hour and 3hour wait how is that when theres No one actually waiting ??!!! The Older woman that they have working back there is very rude and could care less about the customers needs.I went there on more then one occasion and she was the same dry and rude lady if you dont like your job Quit because your giving Walmart service center on East Washington Street a very bad reputation....I will be making a corporate complaint also.

Overall my experience was good my service needs were met however I will have to read address an issue with some information being entered into the computer system and properly so I will have to correct that aside from that do my experience is well and that was my first oil change at the Walmart Center and I in this new vehicle that I'm now driving and trying to get car maintenance supplies so I will probably revisit as long as there's no more issues with discrepancies

If I could rate this place a 0 I would. Horrible customer service. I mean horrible horrible customer service. They NEVER answer the phone!!! I mean NEVER!!! I called for a week and got no answer! I would rather pay twice as much then to EVER visit them again! If you are looking for service and you like all around good quality then do yourself a favor and DON T stop here!!!! You wonder why they rate as a 2.9, this is why!!!! Food for thought!!!!

This place is horrible. Showed up up at 5pm, waited for 15 minutes for help. When someone finally came to the counter they informed me that they were done for the day, even though their hours are posted to 6pm. If you re going to turn away customers at 5pm, make that your hours.

Wanted to get oil changed but bot sure where line is and wasnt going to wait in a long line not sure if i was even in correct line. Do u go to the cadh register?? Called to try and get help but was put hold and gave up after 5 min.

It was terrible my battery went out took it back because it still was under warranty apparently they put wrong size in car went to two stores total trip 5 hrs and still had to out pocket 237$ for a battery at eurozone

Terrible customer service from Steve and Maggie. Got there at 4:40PM and was turned away. There's a big sign outside of the door that says open 7:00AM to 7:00PM. Two thumbs down Walmart.
