Stopped by to have their headlight restoration done. I was beyond happy with the results. For $27 dollars it s well worth it. They were also very friendly!

I bought tires at Walmart last year. I woke up to a flat tire. I took the car to Walmart because I knew the warranty would cover the cost. I paid extra for it. The manager was nice this morning until they told me I had to replace all 4 because it's a 4 wheel drive. My tires still looked new!! They said the warranty didn't cover the cost! $400 later. Rip off!! Money making. The manager never answered the phone any more after 3 hours waiting!! I finally went to check on my car. There it was in the parking lot!! The manager said they went to lunch and I should've gotten a text when it was done! Just down right lazy!!

Horrible customer service Had to wait 3-4hrs with no response or explanation.when was told 1-2 Hrs for 2 new tires replaced. Took wrong tires off. Seen multiple people all go on lunch at same time. Had a few cars come in but mostly battery charging. Cosmetic on inside was riped off on door and vehicle smelt like cigarettes.If you have to I guess buy tires then have Goodyear put them on.

I won t be back.Mark could tell me the price of my tires without running them through the system which whatever.I go to drop them off at 6:50pm to pick them up the next day and they don t do that. Why can t they take the tire overnight and do them first thing in the morning?? I don t understand.I go back the next morning to drop them off and they said it will be a wait. I m just dropping them off so I don t care how long it takes.Once I finally get them to take the tires, the manager said to bring them in from my vehicle.I can barely left the tires and I have on nice clothes, the tires are wet and have wires coming out from the tread.Thankfully I found gloves in the car and rolled one tire in.The second one with the wires was a challenge.Once I got in the door, a customer was standing right in the way and he refused to step aside. So I had to lift the tire to get around him getting my clothes filthy.They finally do the tires and I go pick them up.The next set I take in I didn t drop off because the inventory said they had 2 but Mark only found one. And then he stood there waiting to see if I wanted them to do just one. Instead of possibly checking to see if anyone else had any.So I am going somewhere else.It was by far the worst customer

If you go when they open it's pretty easy to be one of the first serviced. Always pretty nice people working as well. Occasionally things run a little long but worth it considering how much cheaper most services are.

Trey is the one who receptionists there and very friendly welcoming service to all customers. He is super polite and patient for people. I appreciate him as a big help!

The putting of wrong oil in my vehicle is mind blowing i will not go back to beechgrove auto center. Should have made them drop it on the spot and put in what I asked for in the first place. Been to Walmart auto center all over the United States and this place. Wow

First off my tires couldn't be found when I ordered them online to be delivered to the beechgrove walmart. They took a look at my Jeep and questioned if they would even be able to put the new tires on. Not sure of a reasoning. So when I went back 2 days later to get the tires they said the tires was to big that they didn't want to put them on. So I had to take else where to get the tires on! They wouldn't even try. My tires fit perfectly will extra room still. They gave me issues both times. Makes me believe they just didn't want to mess with the bigger tires. Horrible customer service. Wouldn't recommend them to anyone! It's a tire center and they looked at my Jeep like it was a foreign object. And they had little knowledge of tires and how they fit the vehicle. I was told 1 inches turns into 2. Clearly they fit perfectly and they didn't even want to try.

No one working the counter to help people. They seem short staffed every time I've gone there. I usually end up leaving and going to another store or service station. There were 4 of us in line waiting. A few were picking up their cars. Heard people talking and laughing in the store room for a while. Finally 3 men came out and one walked to the counter to help us. Waited over 15 minutes before they came out. I would either call and make an appointment if you can or go to another store or service station.

Absolutely horrible service. I came in for a oil change and waited for almost 4 hours. I didn't get a text message or notification in the app. I went up to the desk and it turned out they didn't have the oil filter in stock so I couldn't get any service done on my car. I wasted my time in there for no reason because of lack of communication and bad customer service. I don't not recommend coming here at all!

Just stopped in today to purchase a set of tires. I arrived at the tire center at about 10 am. The staff was great. They checked me in told me it would be about an hour. I logged into work on my laptop and worked while I waited. They finished the job at 11:26 - which was a bit longer than their estimate, but I didn't have a problem with this. The tires look good, the wheels were undamaged, the tpms was fine. I had no problems at all. They even apologized for for taking longer than they had told me. I would return again for tires!

Absolute joke of a shop. Store sign says they close at 7, website says they close at 6. Person at front desk was sitting on a bench in front of the desk, didn t even know he worked there after standing there for a few minutes he finally spoke up. Said they couldn t help with a nail in my tire because it was too late in the day. Left me stranded. Terrible customer service all around.

They are fair and affordable. I had to get 2 new tires on the back of my car, it was done very quick. An hour after i left, i realized they put them on the front. I told them wrong. I called them and no questions asked got me right back in a fixed in 15 minutes. Really appreciated them making it right.

If i could leave 0 stars i would. I had an 9 am appointment today to get new torrs put on and i was the first person there. It took them 3 hours just to change the tires. Shouldve been at most a 1 hour - 1.5 hour job. They were too busy playing around and talking to each other. The lady that cashed me put seemed like she had no clue what she was doing so ot took an extra 20 minutes just to pay for the services.

Today I went for an oil change and for them to put in a headlight bulb I had bought. After an hour they had put in the bulb, charged me again for the bulb purchase which I had already made, and forgot to do the oil change. They took it in again for an oil change, and after half an hour told me they did not have the right filter. They removed the charge for the bulb purchase, and just charged for installing it. The ladies at the desk were nice and doing their best, but the technicians were not paying attention.My last visit to Walmart was to get a battery checked and replaced if necessary. I returned a few minutes later to get something out of the car. They were already putting a new battery in it. I asked the worker if the old battery had been checked already. He said, "The manager didn't say anything about checking the old one; he just told us to put in a new one."

The manager in the front was really nice but the person that changed my tire had an attitude and they lost one of my lug nuts and I will never go back to the auto care center for oil change or change tires the guy could not take off my tire ..it only took my mechanic a few seconds to take off lug nuts and they took a long time to just change 1 tire

Had oil changed in beach grove. It was completed so quick that before I could get one thing and go thru check out it was done and parked outside. 20 minutes tops. Fastest service I have received any where in long time and young lady that waited on me was a very pleasant person. Very respectful

Had a tire on my car blow out tow truck driver was unable to remove the tire to put spare on. The Walmart tire center got the tire off and new tire on in about an hour or so. Was told I would have to wait 3 to 4 hours. So was very pleased with the quickness they had.

Went for an oil change and was told that 4 vehicles was in front of me. He also stated that it would take at least 90 minutes before he could possibly work on my vehicle. Four cars with 2 being worked on and they have multiple stalls available. Not worth the hassle, plus the guy seemed like he didn't want to do the work! Very discouraging and disappointed. Went to Jiffy Lube one block away. Paid $4 more but was finished in 30 minutes. Wow! Thanks Walmart Auto Center...

Lost my valve stem cover. Did not show me what was stuck in my tires, although that was a main request. Did not honor my road hazard warranty, giving me a very sketchy explanation, stating my tires were too terrible to be repaired (about 20,000 miles on 45,000 miles tires). Mostly drive 5 minutes to and from work. Refused to plug totally plug-able tires. I did go get 2nd and 3rd opinions from knowledgeable individuals, one of which did actually plug my tires. I stopped spending $400-$800/month at Walmart several years ago, due to some other sketchy practices of their company. Gave the Auto center a chance, due to their longer hours, but unfortunately Walmart has lost me completely. Taking my business elsewhere.

We had a nail in our tire on the way to a weekend trip, and the team at this Walmart Auto Care patched us up right before closing time. Christian was friendly and re-assuring and we appreciate the speed and care they put into helping us get on our way!

Don't waste your time coming here. I showed up at 7:48am (they open at 7) and five cars were ahead of me which is fine. However the check in process to waaayyy to long. I waited an and hour to never be seen. I called another shop right around the corner that had no wait and got my car in and out. If you have several hours to waste to get checked in and then have your car serviced then come here. If not then go to Brooks auto Care.

Mariah was amazing and very helpful.The manager, Jennifer, is NOT!!!!Very rude. Took her 20 mins to get to us after her employee contacted her. She showed no urgency and did not help our issue whatsoever! We will stick to discount tire from here on out! I d consider making Mariah manager and firing Jennifer! She was also speaking to her workers in a rude manner! Very bad management at this location! Go somewhere else!

Went in due to getting a nail in a tire on a sunday morning. When almost every other place to get work done was closed. Had great prices on new tires without breaking bank. The staff was great and courteous despite being very busy!

I waited 20 minutes to be told that I had to have my car in line. Waited another 30 to be told that there was a 4 hour wait. I called Tire Barn, they had no wait and was about the same price. I honestly wouldn't waste any time here.

Very rude. Had 1 person ahead in line only to be told to move the car to a certain spot which was not clear to park for service at ALL. Then I asked plainly 3 people parked there but we were ahead waiting so do we have to wait for those people to be told yes. Waited 30 minutes to be told this. Also he was very rude about it! I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. Seemed to bother the man people wanted their services.
