This place is absolutely incredible with the work they do. I took in my Kia Forte this morning to get all my calipers, rotors and brake pads changed. Along with one of the shock absorbers in the back of my car. They were thorough with explaining everything that was wrong and how the pieces worked. They were patient with me as I asked questions. They lifted my car up to show me other parts that needed changed (which I will be going back to have fixed in 2 weeks!) I've taken my car to multiple mechanics for a front end creaking noise when steering the wheel And everyone has said that nothing is wrong but they discovered the issue. They are affordable as well. I will be telling everybody I know about them. I cannot thank each and everyone one of them for helping me. Shout out to Gary for being respectful and kind towards us and for helping us. Also wanted to give a shout out to Lyle for doing such a great job on my car and for being so kind and patient and thank you to everyone else! I am a very SATISFIED customer!!!

I received professional and personable customer service. They figured out what the issue was, and then took the time to explain it to me. After agreeing to the repair, they fixed the problem and had my car back to me. The prices were very reasonable and the work was excellent. I will definitely be bringing my vehicles to them from now on.Service: Brakes

My grandpa takes his cars here for repair. He's really picky with his money & vehicles! So when I started having problems with mine, my bf called them & set it up for them to fix my car. They have worked my car twice now. Each time, my car is fixed correctly, done on time & I'm charged a fair amount! Definitely recommend!! I will be returning soon, as I plan to get a new car but want to fix my old one before giving it to my son. One note though: They only accept cash!

My favorite mechanic. They work on every make i have brought them and are very reasonably priced. Very friendly and help you understand what's going on with your car. If they can't solve my problem they always recommend someone who can.

My family and I were driving from Michigan to Texas as part of our moving when something hit my fuel tank and punctured it, causing a fuel leak.It was Friday before the 4th of July Holiday when I discovered Virgel s shop using Google. Not only they were the only mechanic that accepted to work of my car in an urgent matter but also, provided an in time and robust solution that allowed me to continue my trip to my new home!Thank you guys!I m forever grateful for your professionalism and empathy!

Gary does a nice job, he was fair with his prices, and worked alot of hours on my sons truck,Without charging me. He was honest, Virgel would be proud of his son carrying on his good name and treating his customers the right way !I appreciate your honesty Gary Thanks

Professional, down to earth bunch of guys. Figured out what was wrong and fixed the problem within a couple of hours, something a specialty Honda dealership failed to do for me after a check up to make sure everything was in good working order (and after charging me to fix something else entirely...). Will definitely go back to them if I have another issue in the future!

Good for the price but work was incomplete. Had front CV axle replaced and it was not clipped back in. The CV axle came out of my transmission on the highway and I got stranded. Agreed with others not the same since Virgil died.

Been going to Virgil's for years. Usually use them for basic things on my car and have never had a bad experience. You can drop your car off and go get some donuts while you wait. It is always a good experience
