This place is by far the best when it comes to exhaust system repair, or replacement. The owner is honest, knowlegdible and down to earth. The staff are fast and efficient as well as very helpful.

The service I experienced was exceptional and the price was very reasonable. Everything was explained to me in detail of what the problem was and how it would be fixed. The owner was very nice he told me what the price would be and even showed me under the car where the problem was so I could see it myself. I will come back and I recommend this business for your muffler or catalytic converter needs.

I brought a 2012 chevy traverse up to him and explained a problem that I was having and he brought my vehicle in and was able to diagnose it within 5 MIN. He is very honest and will be using him for all my needs. I was in and out in less then a hour from diagnostic to him fixing the problem. Thank you so much again!

My experience at Vel�squez was one of the best I have ever experienced from a mufflers & brakes shop. Their hospitality was incredible! They broke down the price and service in a clear and digestible way, which is great because most places are pushy with their recommendations and don t explain why! Their price range for catalytic converters is reasonable and they completed the service in less than an hour!I highly recommend Velasquez for your muffler & break needs!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Called them in the morning time to see if they can do some exhaust work and Got my MUFFLERS deleted to straight pipes on my BMW the same day I asked for it. quick and easy just like my ex girlfriend. I've returned here 2 years later and dont regret it. They are extremely quick with the service and efficient. Love,love the customer service greeted with a hello and smile I needed a catalytic converter installed, was explained in detail what causes problems very self explanatory. Nelson and his son made me feel very comfortable with me and my questions, but all in all I recommend this business for fair prices and quick turnaround time and most of all they make you feel like valued

My back Exhaust section came off my 2018 Dodge ram truck. Whole 5 foot section came off from rusted out muffler . First I went by Meinike big name muffler shop . They quoted me a price that was very high, and had to order the part and paid up front . I decided to wait until Velasquez Mufflers opened up that morning . To give them 5 stars is not good enough they deserve 10 stars . Price was 50% less then big name muffler shop . Service and labor time exceeded anyones expectation , 30 minutes amazing . I would have waited hours at big name muffler shop and paid double in price .In the future any of my vehicles need exhaust or brakes I am going to Velasquez Mufflers guaranteed . If anyone wants to go to big name muffler and brake shop and pay double in price they can Why do that in todays struggling economy. Velasquez Mufflers is top notch service and quality.Service: Exhaust

I went in because I thought my catalytic converter was clogged up and making my car sound noisy but it turns out that my muffler was damaged and that was the source of all of the noise. The nice part is that they fixed it real quick (in less than an hour) and it sounds brand new. In addition, the price was affordable and the guy at the front desk was very cool and friendly. Highly reccomend this place!

I came here just to get a better understanding of what exactly was causing my car to roar every time I started it or accelerated, ended up getting my exhaust system fixed up perfectly to the point that I didn't even know my car was running when it was on lol! Man these people have AMAZING customer service!! I was even more shocked to see that there were women working on my car!! They fixed my girl up in less than an hour and for a very reasonable price! You will not regret coming here, as long as you know how to communicate effectively and are patient you should have a great experience too!! These folks know what they're talking about! I've taken my care here twice and both times I've been more than satisfied with not only the work, but the service is way more than you could ask for! They are straightforward and spot on with any recommendations they give. There was no hassle, no pressure and I didn't feel like I was taking my vehicle to "just another repair guy". It was precise and to the point. I could go on and on about my great experiences at Velasquez Mufflers & Brakes ,but I would highly recommend going here for any service you need that they provide. Went in to get an estimate for exhaust leak repair. Their estimate was $40 less than another place we'd gone to and they said they could fix it right away. They said it'd be about 45 minutes, but got it done even quicker, in just 30 minutes! Our car is so quiet now! Very friendly! Excellent service! Highly recommend!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I had a great experience getting my muffler fixed and my oil changed. As a woman, going alone to get my car fixed feels intimidating. It is nice to know there are places you can trust. He told me precisely what he was going to do, told me the time that it would take- the service was professional, swift, and informative- and amazing place!

This place is the place to be for people who want an honest job for a good price. I brought my muffler in to be replaced because I thought it was making a rattling sound. They showed me that a pipe was loose and the muffler didn't actually need replaced yet. That's the kind of shop I'm looking for. I also got my oil changed while I was there and it didn't take any extra time! I'll definitely be back!

I was here today around 4.20pm to replace brake pads. First the man in the office said that it's late but he can check it. there might be other parts to replace too. So, he checked it and said that the brake calipers also need to be replaced but today is late so I can bring all the parts tomorrow and he will do it. I said ok but he said that I have to pay for labor for checking which he didn't tell me before. I was not happy with this attitude. Other companies do free checking or they tell you how much it will cost. He promised to one labor for half price if I will come back. I paid so much money for just checking and I am not going to back there.

This place is AMAZING. Nelson was very kind and explained to me what was wrong with my car. He showed me actually what I needed and explained why. He was very patient too ! My resonator was missing which made my car very loud and he replaced it for a good price ! Also checked my oil for me and told me I needed a new back tire. I absolutely loved the service here. Highly recommended!!My friend had referred me to Valasquez Mufflers as he was happy with the work they did. So, I had a obvious exhaust leak going on, which then caused the check engine light to appear. I took it in, the guy was super friendly, told me what was probably going on and said give him about 45 minutes. When I got back and was inside to talk about what the repair was and how much, he smiled and told me it was just simply a bolt that needed to be tightened up, which sealed and stopped the leak and he had reset the check engine light. Done and done! Then, he wouldn't charge me for it. Seriously?!?! Wow, what an honest guy, he EASILY could have taken advantage, but he didn't.Kind, considerate and honest. Good people. I would definitely go back and tell any of my friends to go there for any work needed.I'm truly grateful for this kindness, the World needs more people like them.Service: Exhaust
