We were really in need of a new tire. And found this place. Their staff was super helpful. Timmy in particular was extremely attentive and went above and beyond to ensure we had what we needed and that we were well taken care of.

The guys here are super efficient and nice. Prices are great too when you need a quick tire replacement and can't get a brand new tire

I'd I could give 0 I would I bought a tire they didn't bother sealing I made it a block flat came back second tire dry rot refused refund after I paid 180 plus 60 for a tow another tire and 60 for a dy rot tire

I would drive from the southside of town with a flat tire just to be serviced here. These men are hard working, kind hearted and very quick (no matter how packed the lot is). Id recommend to anyone coming from anywhere!

Stopped by in dire need of help and Aaron was the absolute best! Needed a tire put on a wheel and mounted on the car to replace a donut that I had been driving on. Aaron got everything done so quickly and efficiently and thoughtfully and was so kind. This is the best place ever definitely come here.

Hole in the wall but awesome service and reasonable prices. Manage a landscape company so we go through ALOT of tires with all of the trucks and trailers we have. We come here pretty much every other week and they always get us in and out.

Great tires great people good prices. If you need a tire give them a call or head up there. I was in a bad spot and needed to have my car for work and they really helped me out. That's why I have always gone there and nowhere else

Had a small lip in my rim.Dude told me 20$ he could pound it out.As I sat and waited, a person drives up and asks if they do air in tires. Other man kindly says no. But tells them to pull up and puts air in both tires anyway.Left with my rim and tire re-intact.Drove up on a donut and dude even offered to put the tire back on.Took the spare off. And reinserted it into my trunk. Talk about above and beyond.I don t expect a 20$ beating to a rim will solve the solution long term. Those pot holes are tricky.But I am happy with the overall service these guys provided while I was there. 5 star

Best place to get your tire fixed on the east side. Been going here for years and they always do a great job. Very fast and effective. Danny just changed my valve stem in under 10 minutes. Highly recommend.

Cranked my tires on so hard that another place broke two tools trying to get them off, then overinflated all of my tires within 1 PSI from their MAX tire pressure. Poor workmanship and scummy business practices disguised with friendly customer service. Thought this would be my new place to get my winter tires on and off but looks like I'll be going somewhere they don't perform unsafe work on cars in the hopes that someone blows one of their tires and has to come back.

I seriously can t comment enough on these guys. Stayed after work to help me do 4 of my tires. They had great attitudes still even when they would ve rather been home! Phil was so wonderful and this is my 3rd time coming here! I will continue to recommend them!!You won t be disappointed.

I have gone here for years, never had any problems until the last week. I came last week to get a tire and it was low on air the next day. I ended up finding that the tire was plugged and wasn't holding air so I bring it back and tell them. I also, at that time, have another tire replaced while there. Next day get up, 2nd tire they replaced was almost flat, only 8psi in it. So, at this point, I find a patch on it and I got angry.I was ready to demand my money back and never come here again, which I a frequent customer. However, when I call to tell them what's going on and how I am very frustrated and just want my money back, they went above and beyond to fix the problem for me. I understand sometimes things happen. The way they immediately were willing to correct the issue and make it right made me very happy and I will continue coming here whenever I need tires. It's so important to stand behind your work and they sure do! If they mess up, they will make it right. You don't find that often in today's world. Thank you guys!

I went to this place this morning 03/13/2021 and paid for 4 new (gently used) tire for my truck. I drove less than 5 miles to work and have a flat tire. They are expecting me to pay more money to have the tire plugged and bring it back to them to fix. I don t recommend this place at all. If I could give 0 stars I would.

Very unfriendly. They were not worried about going fast at all. I paid $114 and check this out.....right after I got the tire SAME day it went flat! So I had to spend more money for fix a flat. I went to a different tire shop the next day and they told be they gave me an awful tire and it had two holes in it and they scammed me! If you want good tires and good prices don't go here. Go check out East Side Tire on East Washington Street. Great guys and great prices!

Very disappointed . I came to have my tire plugged only to be told I need a new tire. I paid $50.29 for a tire from this company on 12/22/19. And today 12/23/19 the tire is flat. I understand this is a used tire place but seriously the next day. Unfortunately i was recommended to this place but never again. What a way to spend the holidays out $50 bucks and now have to spend more money to replace this tire. Well Merry Christmas a lesson learned.

Got a great set of tires for my car! And at a great price too! Will be back when needed and will recommend to everyone needing tires or even just repairs. very quick even with about 8 customers infront of me. And very knowledgeable! Thanks USA TIRES!!

I called to see if they had my tire in stock& was told they had plenty. Again, when I got there, I was told they had it. If they did, it was not put on my car.smh To make matters worse, they kept my lock key for my custom tires& claimed they put it in the trunk. Lies!! Will recommend to not go there. I had to deal with drunk dirty old men standing near my car staring at me.

Literally half the cost of most other tire shops around the area. Pulled in on a donut tire, had a new used tire within 10 minutes or less, 50 bucks. Would definitely go back.

Fast, cheap and efficient. These guys are my go-to for tire repair and their selection of used tires is vast. Can't beat the prices.

Went there yesterday for a simple tire repair. I was told that they found a nail in my tire and plugged it. Next morning my tire was almost flat again. I took it to Montero tire and after a quick inspection there was a leak in the valve stem and no plugs were found from USA tire..This was the location on Shadeland Avenue just North of Pendleton pike and I don't remember the two guys names as they weren't wearing name tags and didn't freely give them.

I have used them several times over the past few years. I have never had a problem with their service nor any tires they have sold me. They even warned me about a CV joint that was going bad, and the gentleman told me to stay off the highway, until it was repaired. He saved me from a potential accident!

I have bought three tires from here. My first one was great! The next on I bought went flat after a couple of weeks. I decided to give them another shot but the last tire I bought there went flat the next day! Maybe I just have bad luck with tires but I will be trying a different place next time.

I was driving for way too long on bald tires..all 4! I went here last Friday on my lunch break and they were busy but they put on nearly truck new tires in like 30 minutes for the cost of 1 or 2 brand new tires. They were all the same brand and everything! I absolutely recommend this place for sure! I ll likely go nowhere else.
