I was very impressed with Sam's communication, made me feel like I was important. I am happy with the system he installed so far no problems. When I had questions he was happy 2 help and didn't make me feel like I was bothering him. Prices were all across the board (about) the same, I was more concerned I found someone who knew what they were doing that cared.

Its been a week since I had my remote car started installed. I have used it every day and have truely enjoyed getting into a car that is already warmed up and defrosted.When dropping my car off for service I spoke with the owner/sam regarding the install of the starter. He took the time to discuss a potential issue that could surface due to the make of my vehicle. He wanted to make sure I was aware of additional expenses that could arise with my car. I truley appreciated that extra effort!! With him explaining things up front only reinforced his customer service ethics to me. Very unusual to experience such and I was very impressed.Fortunately there were no additional expenses and I'm driving pre warmed up car. Thanks for the great customer service!! I've been spreading the word on your businrss-

I take all my cars there...old schools new schools....great prices and great products...they have great knowledge and very professional... Sam and crew are the best in town will be back again aaaaand again...you can also find phones etc....thanks for everything you keep me right

Been doing business since highschool days. It's been 11 years and they are still the same people I met the first time walking in. Still great customer service and honesty. Top choice every time. I would really recommend them to everyone!

Highly recommend for car audio installation. Sam did a great job of walking me through the process, prepared me for some potential challenges, then provided solutions at a very reasonable price. I feel like Sam and his team went above and beyond to exceed customer expectations.

They have a great selection of audio products here. The staff is very knowledgable, especially JD, who gave me the whole break down on installation along with a few tips that came in handy and saved me a lot of $$ in the long run. Will definitely be back for my future audio projects.

Universal car audio is the best in the city they work wit u n prices and the don't over charge u.. they are good ppl and they treat u with respect and they alway got what u need or can get you what you need.. and they instalation and all that they do is excellent work... my # 1 go to audio place I call home..

It's CRAZY to me how your open for business but your "installer" is out for a week if YOU DONT HAVE ANOTHER INSTALLER TO HELP YOUR CUSTOMERS THEN YOU SHOULDN'T BE OPEN UNTIL U CAN SERVICE EVERY CUSTOMER especially spending the kind of MONEY I SPENT HERE
