I got my car n got it towed to this place they service was good it wasn t long to get it completed once I picked up my car it had a dent in the front side part I let him know before I pulled off that it wasn t there and someone hit my car so the owner said he ll check the cameras ! A week passed and I didn t hear anything so I went up to check on status and he said he never seen anything so I then asked if I can see the cameras cause I m 100% sure it didn t come that way and he responded the cameras are gone after soo many days so I asked why didn t he call me so I can see the camera and wat he seen and he said cause I ddnt see nun on your car ! I said how if I brought it without it but pick it up and it has a Dent how won t the cameras show anything it def will if you look at my car once it got here and he said do I hve before n after pics I said no then he said we ddnt do it you wil hve to take me to small claims court ! Then said u can get a new fender I said ok will there at least be a discount he said no your paying FULL PRICE ! Poor business! Make sure if you do go u take before and after pics so you canb covered wit your vehicle he had someone drive it n that person obv hit my car !!! I m pissed abt this !!!

Bob has fixed my cars since he was on pendleton pike. He was very good at communication, but now, i've had to call everyday because he said he gonna call me back and never did. I've had my car up there going on 2 weeks for some thing that was been fixed twice there. I don't know what happened, but this will be my absolutely last time ever taking my car there .

Going to give 3 stars because of past experiences being good. My car needed some parts and I was told he doesn't have time to look for them. They had my car over 6 weeks. I had to call them for updates.ive always been patient before. They never started my car while they had it and I ended up having to buy a new battery. It was over 600.00 for what they did do. But my car was still not fixed. What ever work they did, completely ruined my stereo.. I was afraid to use it. My BF took it to another mechanic and was able to fix without the part that was not made any more. They got the part from another make of car and were able to fix it. I've spent thousands of dollars at tune tech and was usually quite happy. This last experience was not good at all. In the future, I will use the place that actually fixed my car..without my having to scout eBay, Amazon, and having to call all over the US to junk yards. Sorry this is so long, but the whole thing really left a bad taste in my mouth. The problem seems to be...they have more work than they can handle.

Red Flags Do Not GO Here. Bob the owner was rude and unprofessional. Took my car in on a Wednesday at 8am for a simple car alignment that shouldn't take no longer then 1-2 hours. He did say they were busy and the car wouldn't be done till towards the later evening which i was ok with. i left my car there to get the job done. Later that day he never worked on it. He had my vehical there till Monday morning. I kept hearing the same excuse each day. On saturday there were no more excuses for this to keep on going after he kept saying it would be done by the end of the day each day. He said monday morning it will be absolutely done. He knew i was showing up around 9am for the job to be done. I yet again expected my car to be ready on Monday morning and it still wasn't done. This was thw last straw for me and i had to be firm with bob infront of the other customers who were in the waiting room just to have him get it done within the next hour and half. And what's worse is if I get on the highway and go over 70mph it will still pull slightly to the left. Way to do a half a*s job. He made rude remarks since day one. I will never take my car here again and will always make a po9nt to tell everybody to avoid this place and let others know. l hope people see this as a warning! One of the rudest things he said to me was you drove your car in you should know how to drive it out after I left it there the first day. I should of known this was going to be a bad decision in the beginning but that's what I get for trying to have good faith since I was recommended to him.

Took my van to get the transmission rebuilt they accepted my warranty plus the work was great! They did take a while but didn t mind the wait. Will recommend!

Great, honest, and excellent vehicle maintenance and repair. I would not take my car anywhere else. Been going there for almost 10 yrs. Very Honest reliable and will work with you

Bob and his crew are great! They do a good job under difficult circumstances: ie; a lot of work stacked up. Be patient and the job will get done at a reasonable price

It took more than a week to get an answer about my vehicle. the answers changed and there is a guy that has to be called in and he's not answering or forgetting to call the shop back, this is all before I got a chance to get my vehicle in for service. Not a confidence booster for me, that may just be me being cautious, but if your doing work for me especially if it is a major service I would like to have confidence in your processes.

I needed running boards put on my van, something they don't usually do. I was told they would have it done the same day, I dropped my van off at 9am, and was told they would call me when they finished. I had to call 3 times throughout the day. At 5pm( close at 6pm) they had not started on it & told me it would take about 2hrs and they would call me. I never got a call, I called at 7pm & was told that they put it on, but it's not sturdy. Didn't offer to make it sturdy or offer any suggestions.

Bob had our car in the shop for over a month and got mad when we asked for proof of the rebuilt engine he installed and then he threatened, among other things, that i would get hurt for saying he had a terrible attitude and bad customer service. Easy to threaten all that when we re on your property robert

First time there, I noticed they get lot business and it's close to home. Had some front end repairs in the wheel area, took me couple days get my car back bcz I took it on Saturday afternoon. Priced reasonably fair for work I had done, car seems to be riding fine right now, not hearing any noise like it was before. I'd use them again if I need repairs in the future and I'd recommend them as well.

**UPDATE**After over a decade of being a loyal customer I no longer recommend this place. My last few visits have been horrible the repairs were not done properly and it took almost 2 weeks. I dont mind waiting but after two weeks my car should be properly fixed. Instead im dealing with more issues and the initial issue is still a problem. I believe the ppl Bob has working for him are not good mechanics. Bob if you see this find a new staff because these ppl are gonna ruin your business and reputation.***PREVIOUS REVIEW***Over the years Bob has serviced all my vehicles and done a great job! He is in high demand so he's sometimes very busy but most of the the time he gets you in and out the same day. He maybe a little pricey but well worth it for the quality of work. I highly recommend Tune Tech.

Always take my car here, Bob is honest and fair. Never, ever felt like I got the bad end of the deal here. I cannot recommend this shop highly enough. Plus, he has an office cat, which is a big plus as far as I am concerned.

Not at all a good experience. Took truck in because it was cranking but wouldn't start. Told i needed a new fuel pump. O.K. Few days later got a call saying also need front end work. "O.K. that's great no problem." Picked up truck and within hours had the exact same symptoms. Truck towed back to tune tech while I "walked home from the store". Told they got a bad unit and would have to warranty it out. O.K. I said. Few days later picked it up and it would start but my gas hand was stuck on full all the time and never changed . Went back to shop and was told "probably another bad unit we'll warranty it out" o.k. I said Picked up truck again a few days later and now gas hand was fixed but THE EXHAUST FANS BEHIND THE RADIATOR WERE RUNNING AT FULL SPEED - ALL THE TIME. Took it back and this time was told the exhaust fans running full speed had nothing to do with any of the work they did and was sent on my way or told I could buy a new truck computer.When I took my truck there the first time my radio wasn't working, when I picked it up it was working so obviously they were swapping fuses and somehow messed something up. After paying $1700 and dealing with 5 return trips to tune tech (which was spread out over a month and a half because they were busy), I now have my truck at a different shop, cause of something that obviously was caused by their techs (some of which appeared to be still in high school) .I went there cause I was told they were great by a family member, surely wasn't great for me or my truck lol. Worst experience I've ever had with a auto mechanic.I remember when it was towed in the second time and the guys were telling me that my gas hand should be working and it was probably in my head. I asked "well did anyone test drive it after the repair" just dead silence... I should have ran then lol. Good luck with this shop.Services: Steering & suspension repair, Auto engine diagnostic

This is the mechanic we all dream of. Pleasant, honest, and very reasonably priced. I rarely have to wait for an appointment and more than once, he's just worked me in when I show up. He has repeatedly gone out of his way for me. And people, there's a shop cat! You can pet a very friendly cat while you wait.

They have repaired several of my vehicles, always satisfied. I must say a little pricey but quality work. I have suggested TuneTech to my friends and family. Everyone says their to high for me. To each their own! Great guys to work with.

Tune Tech has serviced my vehicles for over 20 years. Every vehicle I've owned has been serviced by Bob and his staff. No matter what the problem was, it was fixed.Now, some people have said their prices are a bit steep however, if you have got a price from a dealership, the prices are very reasonable.Now in 20 plus years we have not seen eye to eye on everything, however, Bob was willing to do whatever he could to satisfy my needs.I'll end with this, in 20 years or more of me taking my vehicles in to Tune Tech, ONCE it was repaired, I NEVER HAD TO TAKE IT BACK. NEVER! Quality service, timeliness, thoroughness, professionalism, and good people, (not just a mechanic)I'll never go elsewhere. Tune Tech, you owe it to yourself and your car to try them.
