Every employee that I worked with in selling a car was very professional and easy going. They are not your typical used car salesmen the price they gave me was very fair and higher than the other car dealers I took it to. Ethan is efficient and a pleasure to work with he even was kind enough to give me a ride home. I highly recommend TruWorth Auto!!

Avoid dealing with Max if you go here. He is not helpful and does the absolute bare minimum. There was a code that was needed to operate the radio in the car I bought and we asked four times if he could take care of it for us only for him to tell us we had to call the manufacturer after we had signed the papers to purchase. When I was not satisfied with that answer he proceeded to pretend to try to fix it because he didn't know what to do instead of just admitting that he didn't know what to do. Luckily I was able to fix it with a quick Google search. No phone calls needed. If you don't know something admit it or figure it out. Poor customer service.

Ask for Charlie when you get there. Great young lad and very helpful. Apparently they don't get paid commission so also understand that everything they do and say is most likely in accordance with their training and procedures. I paid full cash for a car so it was extremely easy. They say there are no fees but beware they're going to charge you $300 for Vin etching. From my understanding all it is is the VIN number being etched into the windows of the car. I asked if they could show me what window had the VIN etching on it as I didn't see anything. They said it's microscopic and need some type of magnifying glass that only police have to see it. Apparently if you get your car stolen they'll pay you like five grand towards a new car so really you're paying for that insurance, not the $15 acid etching of a window. To be honest if they showed me the etching in the window I would have gave them five stars but it just seems a little suspect that it's so tiny they can't show me. As for the car? It's a Camry with 100k miles. it seems all right but I have not got to drive it enough to get an idea yet. I'll edit this if there's any issues.

In April my beloved car, which had a long service life, completely died and was not fixable. So naturally I needed a new car. My father and I looked at several dealerships and after reading reviews we decided to go with true Worth Auto. We test drove several cars and found two cars that I was trying to decide between. After talking with the sales rep he guided me towards a 2010 Honda Odyssey. He told me multiple times that this car was in perfect working order, had recently been tuned up, and the only thing wrong with it was it needed tires. He told me as long as I took care of it it would last me many years. We got the warranty that way if anything went wrong I was covered. Not even 6 months later I was driving my kids to school and every single light on the dashboard lit up the car started making a weird sound and then it just died. I called and got a tow and took it to a repair shop. The problem seemed to be an oil leak that the dealer did not tell me about, had leaked onto the alternator which then in turn leaked on to the battery. On top of that there was also a power steering fluid leak. I called the dealership they give me the number to the warranty people. I called the warranty people, who basically told me it wasn't their problem. That they were going to cover anything, I should have read the warranty better even though this all had to do with the engine which is covered in the warranty they're not covering it. I call the dealership, which I was a little upset when I did, and after explaining to him that the car that he sold me that he said was in perfect working order, could have nearly got me killed and my children killed he hung up on me. Upset, but still needing a car, I put $4,700 into these repairs. I get the car back and not a week later all the lights are coming on again on the dashboard and the car is making a rattling noise and freaking out. Take it back to the mechanic who tells me that this car has never had a tune-up in its life. Odds are it's never seen a mechanic before the last time I did it. After fixing it the second time I've had it back for a little more than a week, and yesterday the lights on my Dash started coming on again. Now my engine light is on and it sounds like my serpentine belt is going out. I was sold a lemon that this dealer knew was no good. I was lied to, I was cheated, I was sold a warranty that they never had any intention of upholding. They sold me a death trap and couldn't care less.

My daughter choose this dealership because they had a specific car in a color that was difficult to find. My daughter went to the dealership on her own and proceeded to purchase the vehicle. Prior to her visiting the dealership, she and I had agreed that I would be a co-signer if needed on her loan. After a few hours, she contacted us to let us know that she had bought the car. I questioned her ability to purchase without a co-signer and she stated "they told me just to forge your signature on the loan, I offered to have them speak with you on the phone or to email you the documents to sign but they said they it was fine to just forge the signature" Are you kidding me, what repurable business promotes and encourages forgery? This was my daughers first time auto purchase and trusted the salesteam who told her it was ok to forge. Fast forward about three weeks after the purchase of the car when a guy named Charlie Hoyt called me asking me to text him a picture of my driver's license because they needed a copy on file. I proceeded to tell Charlie that I didn't know him and that I would not be texting him a pictures of my driver's license. Charlie told me he was the general manager of the dealership which I later found out was false information. So far my daughter is happy with her car but the shadiness of the forgery and the fact that a salesman would falsely state he was the general manager would make me skeptical to again purchase or refer anyone to this dealership.

I called late one night and left a message regarding a vehicle. Lucas was very prompt the following morning with offering additional information. I made some requests and he was able to complete them. He followed up again, but without pressure and only offering additional assistance. I didn't end up purchasing the vehicle but based on my experience with Lucas, I can feel comfortable making a 4.5hr drive South to purchase a vehicle from TruWorth. Thanks Lucas.

Charley was our salesman. He did pretty good selling us the car. I did mention to Charley the car was not starting like it should. All he said was yeah I know. Yes I should have stopped right then. My bad!I was told they do not charge any fees like other dealers. At end I was told there was a charge if my car was stolen. They would pay me $5,000 over my insurance. I told him no way not taking it. So I started to walk but manager convinced me to take another drive. So I did. I told Charley I would take the car and tank of gas. He said I will give u some gas. He did alright 1/4 tank. Really? The theft coverage they waived but I had to get a new battery on the third day of owing the car. The tech that checked my battery said wow I don t know where they got this old battery. It barely had enough juice to start the car. End of story I hope and crossing my fingers.

Just purchased a truck from TruWorth and the team was great. I traveled out of state to pick the truck up. Robert was great and extremely helpful. He picked me up from the airport and was knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I was concerned to wire the money before picking up my car but after further research I was completely confident in sending it in. Again Robert was awesome. Thank you Robert and thank you TruWorth team.

I had a good experience with truworth ! Great deals for used cars. The person who helped me out was Charlie, and he was helpful with answering all the questions I had. There was even a mishap with me taking the temporary plate used for test drives, and when I let him know I was too busy to drop it off, he agreed to come pick it up. They seemed to be very transparent with what they told me, and it was a fairly quick process. Charlie is very nice and helpful.

Sold TruWorth my vehicle. Grant was straight forward and explained the process that included a wholesale offer and 50% of the profit after marketing and prep costs. We completed the paperwork and my vehicle sold the same day that Truworth listed it. I ended up getting $3500 more than the next highest wholesale offer and did not have to deal with retail buyers kicking tires and test driving my car. Overall, great experience that saved me time and brought me about 15% more money than any other wholesale offer. I highly recommend that you give Grant a call at Truworth if you are looking to sell your vehicle.

Don t work here. They don t hold people accountable and covered up my husband having an affair on the clock. He used his work hours for destroying our marriage. So glad I bought multiple cars from you and this is your thanks in return. Zero stars. The cars on the other hand were fantastic except for them selling a car to me on empty and my car was three quarters full with gas that was traded in. The Toyota 4 Runner had plenty of space in the back to store my now ex-husband s Jameson Irish Whiskey bottles. So spacious!

review from vriana explains the full if you check her one star. sold my mom a LEMON. LESS THAN SIX MONTHS AFTER GETTING THE CAR IT BROKE DOWN ON THE HIGHWAY. with my little brothers in the car on the way to the doctor. when she bought it they specifically said ALL IT WOULD NEED WAS AN OIL CHANGE AND IT WOULD BE FINE. unexplainably all the lights on the dash came on and it would no longer run. supposedly it was a power steering leak, oil dripped onto the accelerator and fried the battery. thousands of dollars in repairs, which they didn t cover. the warranty was supposed to cover the power steering leak only, didn t even end up covering that!! even though we were told the car would RUN FOR YEARS. with only an oil change. terrible service and misleading policies. what they did should be illegal. since then we had to change the serpentine belt, have had random semi major issues since then. along with other small ones we were never told of. the back left door barely works, gets stuck open or closed 99% of the time. this is NOT OVER and will get solved. we have PUT MORE MONEY INTO THIS POS THAN IT COST IN THE FIRST PLACE

they fabricated the diagnostic information for a car and sold me a car that had dangerously low brake pads. I specifically asked to see the diagnostic test and they told me the brakes pads were all good (this was back when i got the car October 13th) and now fast forward to today (December 8th) and I have to get brake pads for a car that s less than 60 days old. I wouldn t recommend this place and wish i didn t buy this car from them. Go spend your money elsewhere!

Daughter and I found Toyotas Sequoia listed on internet at TruWorth. Went to TruWorth, drove around in lot and did not see it. As we were exiting parking lot man started walking out to us and we kept driving out. We were going across the street to find itWe then called and said we couldn t find Toyota we were looking for and they said it was at other location getting maintenance. I asked if I can see it that day. He replied maybe . He told us to come back and see salesman about it.When we came back across street, they put orange cones across the lot entrance so customers couldn t drive through lot and look at cars( 10 minutes prior as we just drove back there). We got back and asked about the vehicle. Man said you can t see it today. So, knowing we couldn t access said vehicle, they called us back probably to pressure us to buy another one. We walked away This was at 10:00 on a Saturday morning. I m guessing they don t want customers driving in lot to look at cars, without talking to someone, (Regardless of if you are interested in vehicle or not)!

I bought a car here in like 2018. It was a 1998 Nissan Altima. That car ran well for three years, of heinous abuse from me including a crash, a spin out, a couple blown tires, and more, before I sold it, and I believe it's still running as of now, given I sold it to a friend, who took it and fixed it up.I got that car for $1200 dollars, at Truworth.Truworth, as far as I know them, is a great place to get a car.I've recently bought a car from elsewhere, Northside Auto, and, to sum it up, that was a mistake. I should've come back to truworth.

Mark Tunnel did a great job handling my sale. He was courteous, efficient, and knowledgeable. I got a fair price for my trade, and a good deal on my new vehicle. I'm new to Indiana, and this was my first visit to Truworth- I'd definitely go back.

Zero stars. Stay away from this place at all costs! Especially their sales manager, Grant! When you trade in your car and buy another one from them, they will tell you they can help you save on sales tax don't believe it. It's just their trick and bait. When you go through the formal transaction process, you'll realize the so-called saved sales tax is deducted from the income you get from your trade-in, and the deducted amount is much more than the tax you should have paid, by several hundred dollars! How ridiculous! When you realize you've been deceived and want to stop the deal, that sales manager Grant immediately changes his attitude. If you don't want to waste your time and money, make sure to steer clear of Truworth Auto.
