Jorge was totally awesome with my mom! She went there to see about selling her rims because she thought they would not fit her car. Jorge was honest enough to tell her that her rims were suitable to fit her car. He directed her to where to go to get her a great deal on tires and and to get them put on.

We went to get rims & tires on my Charger. We can't believe the outstanding service we received. If I could give more than 5 stars I would.If you go there, ask for Edgar. He is the greatest!!

This place has or can get anything you want for your color for modification from the stems. All the way up to head gaskets or whatever you need very nice for a new place, there's a lot of stuff in there. But they know their stuff.

Rude and disrespectful, imitating a beep sound and transfer to a different person even though they are not and it s the same person on the phone. Individual said it was HR, yet if they really have HR, and they heard about how they are treating people in the phone, I m assuming they wouldn t be happy.

This place is great! The reason for the 4 stars and not 5 is because they forget what they promise. I had to go back and forth with George a couple times making me feel like I was asking for freebies, when what I was asking for was already promised by him. Not to say, when I do bring it up, George was happy to oblige AND with a smile on his face. That dude has one of the best costumer service attitudes I think I've ever met. And very knowledgeable in car parts and the quality of all his products. I will be returning as a customer, but if I leave without EVERYTHING I purchased, I'll get it in writing lol. Thanks guys and my truck looks great! Very happy with my purchase and happy to have saved money with you!

Great place & great people! Bought a used set of wheels & do to my lack of knowledge & research they wouldnt come close to fitting. Wrong back spacing. Was very apprehensive about returning thinking it would be a struggle. Showed up with the wheels & receipt & to my surprise it was very easy. The young lady called Jorge & he made it right. They went on line & checked the back spacing on the new wheels I was trading for & they fit perfectly. Love the miro wheels & love the customer service at tru. Thank you Jorge, I will be back!

Tru hooked me up with new rims and tires and running boards. All the stuff arrived when George said it would in great condition and quality. Loving the new look of my ride. Price on everything was probably the best I came across and delivery time played a major role in my decision to go with Tru. Keep doing what your doing.

He might be busy but try asking and working with Jorge the owner. He will go out of his way to help you find and get what you need at a fair price. He drives his staff with the same mentality he has. I got blown off by a rude employee once and it was corrected right away.Its just a much better experience if you can work with him. His Shop has been helping me buy the correct parts & supplies I needed to build a 1000hp BBC the last few years. They mainly deal with tuner cars and imports but helped me out a lot with this American build also A+

These guys are awesome. I worked with 3 different sales people while there and all of them were excellent. I felt like they bent over backwards to get me what I wanted. They have earned a life-long customer here!

Great place. Great staff. Good business. One day I came in just to check it out. It was my first time there and I had heard about the store from a couple of my friends. I really didn t plan on buying anything but I walked out with a set of coilovers and set of wheels and tires. I believe the employee s name who attended me was Sullivan Albright. Very good guy, he explained to me how they do a credit program and how if I pay it off before 6 months it s at no interest. The guy helped me sign up and made the overall experience amazing. The guy went out of his way to let me know that my coilovers had arrived. They even let me borrow some tools to put the wheels on before I left. Truly amazing experience and I will continue shopping with them.

Fantastic customer service! After some confusion with me ordering the wrong parts they were quick to reply and very helpful with me getting them returned and then exchanged for the right parts. Then to top it all off instead of going back on what they said they took a loss on the new parts to fulfill a promise they had made. Most companies would rather loose your business than take a loss on something. Again, fantastic customer service and i will definitely be coming back in the future.

Went in to hopefully make my wife s car look better, wait for 30 min for someone to help as they are dealing with a thief, my car gets hit in the parking lot by likely the exact same guy they chase out the door!! SMH. I call, you will here back from us in 24 hrs that was 3 days ago. Communication/customer service, rough .

I get it, it's busy season. But our interaction wasn't pleasant.Update: they ship products pretty fast, which is a good thing. But make sure you're certain of your purchase. They ended up doing real well to accommodate me, as I bought a product from them through amazon. In doing so I wasn't aware of their policies as I though it would be handled as an amazon transactions. Point of the matter is, these guys aren't bad, they'll take care of you.

Jorge gave me a great price on my coilovers, and quick shipping. He takes care of his customers and is involved in ensuring they receive excellent customer service by keeping small issues small. I will continue shopping here in the future for my other vehicles, and highly recommend this store for avid enthusiasts.

Love this place. I come and mosey around and just like to look and see what they have sometimes. I always feel welcome and the customer service from the top to bottom is great. Doesnt matter if your spending 20 dollars or 2000 Jorge treats you the same and will spend the time to actually listen and help. Highly recommend.

We had weather tech floor mats my girlfriend ordered for xmas and she ordered for the wrong model car. It was over the 30 day return policy . I called and spoke to a gentleman named George. He was so helpful and kind and he didn't even mention that the purchase was over 30 days. A true business man with the old business values on how to grow your business. It's so great to see there are business people still around with these values. Thanks George so much for the help.

I'd you need ANYTHING truck or car related these guys can get you it at a better price than ONLINE! The staff is kind and knowledgeable. I was very impressed with there customer service. Highly recommend!!

A friend of mine purchased a car here very recently. The salesman, Jorge, talked up the Mazda that was purchased, a lot. The employees that put the wheels on never tightened them sufficiently and the front left wheel flew off while it was being driven at 50 mph. This could have been a deadly accident due to ignorance on this company's end. Highly recommend never doing business with Jorge.

Ordered wheels when they came they were the wrong bolt pattern, not sure how that was mixed up. But the customer service team here was fast, courteous, and professional. They got right on fixing the problem. I would recommend this place if you need to upgrade your ride!!

Bought a set of 5zigens, one was bent. They closed shop as I was literally test fitting them. Had to drive back home as they we re closed. I was offered $500 for a $1200 set that I didn t want, given the bent wheel. I tried having it straightened at the place I was referred to and still doesn t ride nice. I am very displeased with their service.
