The ladies at the front desk were welcoming and helpful. I can t say enough about those in the maintenance/service area. They made sure I was connected with the most knowledgeable team member given my situation. Joe was honest, helpful, and armed me with good information/advice. He stayed after hours to walk me through the condition of my vehicle. 100 percent recommend and will be back for future needs.

I bought my car in June of '23, a used 2019 Subaru Forester Sport. It's been great, nicest car I've ever owned. However, the last few weeks it's felt off... the auto idle start/stop has been acting wonky. It delays starting back up once the brake is released, and the longer I drive (meaning length in trip) the worse it gets. I decided to try to take it in, and was shocked that there was same day availability, unheard of! I think that is because they've started the EXPRESS service, which alleviates people taking up appointments for simple things like oil changes, etc. I spent a total of 1 hour here. I arrived ten minutes early to my appointment and they began right away, testing the battery. They then told me they needed to charge the battery fully to re-test it, which would take some time, took about 50 minutes and they let me know the battery was bad. My partner is a mechanic and we could easily swap it at home (And save some $$) which they were receptive and easy going about and I was on my way with no charge!Because we do my oil changes at home, I had not yet utilized the service department here, and I was so happy with the experience I had. Shout out to Michael and Bo who helped me!

Austin took my phone call when I was checking on a car for sale. He was quick to get information about it to me. I told him I would be in to see the car soon. When I arrived, Austin got the car brought around for us to see. We took a test drive and took time to check out the car. The price bargaining was fair and the whole sales crew were friendly. 4.5 for service with a smile and satisfied customer!

Tom Wood Subaru will have my business for a long time. Dan Ryan in particular was very professional, kind, and helpful. After 3 cars I was interested sold out very quickly he used my past interests to send me info on a trade in. He helped me find a price I could afford and listed all the repairs they would be making to my used 2016 outback. So far I am very happy with my purchase and the work done by Tom Wood.

For anyone out there who is looking for a good sales professional to help you at Tom Wood Subaru, 96th St, we highly recommend Curtis Wade.We first met Curtis 3 years ago when we leased our Forester. He very ably helped us through that process, has helped us several times during the term of the lease, and recently, because we wanted to keep the vehicle, Curtis helped us through the buy out process. He is a gentleman, a good listener, knowledgeable and very professional. We highly recommend Curtis.

I previously owned 2 Subarus, but for the last 17 years was driving a mom mini van. I returned to buy my third Subaru, a 2024 Forester. And was able to find exactly the vehicle and features I wanted and in the color I wanted! I have purchased many vehicles in the last 37 years, and hands down, Mike at Tom Wood was my best experience. He educated me on what the new Subarus can do, let me examine, drive, and ask a hundred questions. He even took me over to service to explain how it worked as this was a concern I had because I don't live close and travel for work. Even the manager came out to thank me and let me know that if I ever had any issues, he could help. I love running errands now and driving because my Subaru is SO much fun to drive!

I never had such an extremely pleasant experience with a car dealership before. Austin Anderson was our sales consultant and we loved him. He was very patient, polite, professional and helpful. We knew which car we wanted to test drive, but we had another brand on mind besides Subaru. After we did the test drive and talked with Austin, we were sure that we wanted Subaru. Austin made the experience very delightful. If only every car consultant is like him! We were also very happy with the donation Tom Wood Subaru makes with every car purchase. I had a recall on my Subaru,so I took it Tom Wood Subaru to get taken care of and they were the best. I had worked all night and had to be back at work later that day. I was looking at no sleep but they got me in took care of the recall and I was home within less than 2 hours. I was able to get the sleep I needed and the peace of mind knowing that they took great care of my car. The staff was very friendly and they made me feel very comfortable .

I just have to share that my experience at Tom Wood Subaru today was extraordinary. Joseph Shanholt, Service Advisor,( I hope I have the correct name, please correct mi I got it wrong) was so kind and helpful. Due to my husband health I was faced with my first time having to deal with taking a vehicle in for repair. Joseph explained everything and went out of his way to help me with an unusual situation. I truly can t thank him, and Subaru enough for what I see as a very special act of kindness!
