This is my second motorcycle purchase from Tom Wood. Both times they were friendly and helpful. They worked with me on my trade in, and gave me something we could both be happy with. The purchase process was smooth, and I m loving my new GS.

Wow! This place is awesome. We bought two BMWs and touring gear from head to toe. Everyone here was professional, knowledgeable, and helpful. We tried on multiple jackets, pants, gloves, helmets, and boots. Carson was patient and helped us get just the right fit. Josh explained all of the paperwork and patiently answered our questions about the extended warranties, licensing, etc. Then, Trent and Curt gave us a tutorial on how to operate the high tech machines. Our excitement was like children on Christmas morning. The staff at the dealership was genuinely excited for us, too. The whole experience was great fun. The quality of the motorcycles and gear is self-evident.

Had a great experience here. The staff is friendly and helpful. I originally came in to do some research on a model that intwrestsd me and ended up getting something different but even more satisfying. They have a great selection and are ready to work with you. I would highly recommend anyone looking for something powersports related to check out Tom Wood!

The team was super attentive to all our needs. We selected two BMW motorcycles, and lots of gear. Curt, Trent, Josh, and Carson made sure we had everything we needed. Great experience. Highly recommend.

They were very prompt and helpful .And friendly . And knew what needed to be done. And did it right .I had brought them the rear tire to be fixed .The previous place I had them put a tube in pinched it , and after I paid them and brought it home the tire was flat like 10,15 minutes from my son riding it.

Tom Wood worked with me to understand the implications of a service bulletin and was able to determine the right course of action and save me significant amount of money. I m planning a long trip to Alaska and their service has been spot on to make sure my bike is running in tiptop condition.

Dropped off my Yamaha r7 for seasonal service, very quick and kept good communication through process. Showroom is amazing. Price was cheaper than alot of the other shops in the area. Will be returning!

Dealerships are never fun. Everyone was really nice, but takes forever. I had pre communicated my arrival time but still had to wait over an hour with no place to sit or set down my stuff for over an hour. Dealers like to throw hidden costs at you, I had gone in expecting a price and it ended up being higher with unexpected charges. They also took my driver's license and failed to give it back so I had to worry about that until they confirmed they still had it and then I had the inconvenience of having to go back the next day to retrieve it. I don't know why I don't buy private party every time.

On Friday, 2/09/2024, I purchased and had installed a set of tires on my motorcycle. I worked with Carson in Parts and Todd in Service, both were professional and friendly. I was treated like a valued customer, a rare quality in today's world. I appreciate the staff at Tom Wood Powersports Indy and happily recommend their Parts and Service departments.

Brought my 2016 BMW R1200RS in for its winter servicing and a tire change. Great service and a quick turnaround by Todd and his crew. They get an A in my book.

Todd was personal, engaging and responsive to my needs. Chis possessed similar qualities and addressed all of my concerns. Adam was able to explain the technical aspects of the repairs in terminology suitable to my level of understanding. I am grateful.

The service department was fantastic working me in short notice for a new rear tire (nail puncture) the morning before a motorcycle trip. Todd was great and so customer focused, many thanks to the technician for making it happen!!

They worked with me patiently throughout the buying process which had its challenges because I am in another state. Jodi at the front desk was always polish and helpful no matter how many times I called. They made sure my chosen shipper was competent and the Was of the expected quality when it arrived.

Very pleasant people. Brought my bike here to get an oil change, took longer than anticipated, but the place had plenty to keep me entertained with. I'll come back here for future maintenance or purchases.

These people are amazing! I was on a trip over the Labor Day weekend and discovered that I urgently needed to get a new rear tire. By some divine luck, I stopped near this location to try and get this work done. Despite it being 15 minutes before closing on a Saturday, Michael offered to stay late in order to help me.I cannot tell you how relieved I was that they did this. I was hundreds of miles away from home and hundreds of miles away from where I planned to be that night at the worst time of day to ask for a walk-in service appointment. They saved me big time. Michael even let me watch him work so I could try and learn what needs to be done in the event I end up in a situation where they will only change the tire if it's not mounted. If you're in the area (i.e. the state), you absolutely should stop by if you've got a make they work on. If you don't have a bike they can service, go there and sell your bike then get a new (or pre-owned) bike so that they can be your service dealer. They are that good.Props to Chris from Parts as well for staying late for checking out. He's a really cool guy and has some good stories.

Trent and the guys were awesome! I haven't owned a bike in 30 years and they were very helpful picking out the right one and made the process quick and easy. If I upgrade, I will go back to them for a new bike. Good selection of helmets also.... Update... I traded in the first bike I bought from Trent and Curt and bought a BMW. These guys are just awesome. Really work hard to get everything right for each person. Just walking around the showroom shows you how hard they work for their customers. Will be back when I upgraded again!

I want to thank Todd and Mike for their skill, patience, and thoughtfulness in diagnosing and fixing a very strange and troublesome intermittent electrical fault on my BMW R1200R. They did a great job and were a pleasure to work with!

Truly awesome customer service even though they were super busy and understaffed. They have been nothing but nice and stayed past closing hours twice for me. They saw an issue on the used bike I was buying and didn't hesitate to purchase a brand new OEM part from KTM free of charge for me. Trenton was a really down to earth guy and so was the shop manager Chris.

These guys are fantastic to work with. We did a trade on a new Honda Pioneer 700 and really like it. They were very busy when we were there but took the time to really go over the features and gave us fair trade in value. Definitely would buy from them again.

Great service from start to finish. The team listen to my concerns, addressed them in a manner that was important to me. They even went above and beyond when I had a question about my communication device on my bike. Kudos to the team for taking time to resolve an issue and service my bike. The service manager was great.

Great staff. Small dealership with a down home attitude. These guys are riders and know their stuff. Prices are very competitive. Used bike prices are very good and all are inspectes and serviced before hitting the show room floor. It's a bit of a challenge to get to because of the construction at Keystine, but worth the trouble.
