This morning I took my Porsche in for a scheduled oil change and service. I was greeted with a smile and hand shake by the Service Advisor John Castle. As usual, John made me feel right at home. While I was driving home from the dealership I realized that this experience was pretty amazing. John took the time to thoroughly explain the process and items the service techs did to my car. Nothing was rushed and it just made me feel like I was the only customer he had. In today's amazingly rushed and non-personal world, this experience was quite the opposite. I appreciate the opportunity to have worked with John and he needs to be recognized! Much thanks and looking forward to working with John and all the folks at Tom Wood Porsche.

I m a type-A Porsche owner and I spent 40 years operating auto service businesses, so I might be pickier than most about my car s service. The folks at Tom Wood Porsche don t disappoint! Service was delivered as promised, shop was spotless. When I arrived, John came out to greet me and direct me to the correct entrance. When I showed interest in their entry cameras, John gave me the grand tour - his pride shows, and I feel the first contact is critical. From my arrival to my ride away, about ten minutes - that s fast. Later in the day, the phone call about completed work, the explanation of services I might need, the cash out, the review of my invoice none of Porsche s staff felt pushy. Well done and I ll be back. Thanks!

I have had decent experiences with the dealership in the past but my most recent encounter was less than stellar. I enjoy the brand immensely but after this experience I will definitely have second thoughts when it comes to who I spend my hard earned money with in the Indianapolis auto market. It is disheartening when a company does not stand behind their products even though they are still under warranty. I feel unappreciated as a loyal customer and I unfortunately will be forced to take my business elsewhere.

Absolutely top notch service department. John Castle, Tom Kashman, and all the service staff have been incredibly helpful throughout my first experience with a buying, owning, and servicing a beautiful Porsche product. Mr Castle actually helped me quite a bit before I made my purchase (from another dealership no less). Giving me valuable insight and peace of mind to insure I was making an informed decision with my purchase. Wonderful team, facility, and experience. Keep it up!

Excellent service. Worked me in next day. Prompt & knowledgeable about 20000 mile check. Work was explained as well as a video summary. Car was washed and even cleaned winter salt from floor mats. Work done within time frame. Polite and very well done!

The team of Dakoda, Adam, David and Joe define excellence in customer service! As brand ambassadors they have done a great job in continuing in keeping me brand loyal. A new Porsche will sell itself, knowing that it will eventually become a classic and these guys have done their job to give me the confidence that my classic Porsche(s) will be taken care of. Thank you and look forward to placing an order in the future for a new Porsche knowing there is a factory service team to back it up and keep it on the road to enjoy for the next generations to come! I was quite pleased with the courteous and professional interaction with the service advisor.Upon arriving I was immediately greeted by the advisor who reviewed the work to be performed and then directed me to the waiting area as he indicated the work would likely be completed within an hour or so. Actual work took slightly longer, however I was updated as things progressed. Overall I was very satisfied with this experience.

Miscommunication within the dealership, took me over a week to get my appointment scheduled. But, once John Castle was made aware he took care of me within 24 hours and had my problem rectified and service completed. Initial issue was only reason for my four out of five otherwise it would ve been a five.

I recently took my Porsche Macan GTS in for service and had a great experience. The process was smooth, and the staff was friendly and professional. They kept me updated and answered all my questions. My car was well taken care of, and I was impressed by their attention to detail.

Tom Wood Porsche is a customers dream.They are so customer friendly and they listen . John Castle & Dakoda make it easy on the customer in every way. My wife and I have purchased a 2024 911 and a 2022 Cayenne from Tom Wood. The culture at Tom Wood Porsche is a step above everyone else period. The Tom Wood Porsche culture reveals itself with every leader and employee at the dealership. George Wright in Sales and Tom Kashman in service walk the talk.Porsche is a great brand but we have found Tom Wood just accentuates the Porsche brand by making the customer experience feel like you are the most important customer at their dealership. unfortunately Porsche did not exceed my expectations. Had a third party extended warranty that didn't cover the repairs but i still would've loved to get the work done at Porsche. But due to the lack of customer service I decided to take my car elsewhere.Thanks

Tom Wood Porsche is fantastic. I "had" an issue that required an updated/repaired piece of equipment (4G module to connect to Vodafone) in my new 2023 Cayman GTS 4.0. This has been an ongoing issue since the vehicle's arrival in July 2023 that is a "Porsche" issue not a "dealership" issue. The dealership really 'stayed on it' with Porsche, kept me informed and were transparent throughout, and accomplished 'the fix' at no cost to me. Wow!At the same time, the dealership's installation of Porsche's 'historically problematic' dashcam has also been extremely professional and transparent. It is reassuring to know that as I troubleshoot the dashcam app connectivity to my phone with Porsche, Tom Wood Porsche will be there to help. Kudos to Dakoda in service and Kurt the technician. Everyone at the dealership makes me feel like a valued customer and I highly value the 'team-like' relationship I enjoy with them.
