Shane Myers and Dane Shilling from Tom Wood Porsche saved my trip. My GTS is NC registered and while visiting my daughter at Purdue, I ran into an issue with my front tires. With a busy schedule, they bent backwards and took my car and delivered it even before I needed it to head back to NC on Monday. There are Porsche dealers and then there is Tom Wood Porsche. Shane and Dane, I am forever grateful to you guys for helping me out. Thank you all.

I recently purchased a Caymen S from Paul he was kind, informative, straightforward and most importantly he did not play salesman games. Brad the financial guy handled my situation professionally he also was direct and helped me understand all of the dynamics of my deal and did not push any extras. He explained them showed the benifits and also explained they are optional. My trade was valued fairly against real market numbers and I am absolutely stunned at the professionalism of Tom Wood Porsche... They are equal to only one other dealer I have dealt with on my 53 years.

The experience I had at Porsche Indianapolis was extremely rewarding! The manager(Ross) found the car I was looking for at an affordable price. The salesman(Jeff) was extremely knowledgeable about the car that I purchased and made my entire experience that much more enjoyable! I would definitely recommend this dealership and working with Jeff & Ross!!

THINK TWICE BEFORE BUYING HERE!!!!!I bought a used car from here a month ago. Last week the car started smoking. I had to have it towed and get a diagnostics. Come to find out the alternator went out due to oil leaking on it. And the suspension needs replaced (as well as a list of many other things). So I called and told Porsche what happened. The person I spoke with definitely knew what had happened and wasn t surprised at all! They told me I bought it as is and they won t do anything to help except tell me where to get cheaper service. I understand I bought it as is but it has only been a month. You guys need to take responsibility. You sold me this car with a lot of problems. Taking advantage of people especially on this economy is not cool! I know someone who works at another Tom Wood and he said where he works they would have at least helped with the majority of repair cost. You guys really messed up and screwed me over. BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!!!!!

Top notch vehicle & customer service. Dakota & Dave in service very helpful. Shane in parts has been super knowledgeable on the multiple occasions I ve had questions on merch or replacement parts. A gentleman in a suit (didn t get his name) even stopped what he was doing to make sure I was taken care of. SUPREME dealership & the reason I buy Porsche!!

Laid back, no pressured sales. They were very honest about everything. They even put the car on a lift and let us talk to service manager about the car and any potential repairs. Had a PPI and it revealed the same things the dealer already divulged. Would definitely buy here again!

They got a customer for life. Found a good deal on a vehicle, for my parents. Had the pleasure of having Paul help us out. Had a nice test drive and decided to pull the trigger on it. The process was easy and everyone offered us water, beverages, and snacks. There is also a beautiful 64' Porsche, on the show room. Love the green paint! Lastly, after closing the deal, I joking asked for a free Porsche hat. Without missing a step, Brad said no problem. The small things like that will make me loyal to a company down the road.

Rather than leave a negative review for another Porsche dealer (who has abysmal customer service) I ve decided to leave a positive review for Tom Wood Porsche. Even though we couldn t put a deal together for my trade the folks at Tom Wood Porsche (Jeff Wold) were very responsive (email, personal call) and professional. Great customer service at Tom Wood Porsche hopefully we can work a deal in the future

Paul is excellent to work with. I am very happy with my experience at Tom Wood Porsche thus far. They told me 18-24 months for my car, and 6 months later I am taking delivery. Talk about under promise and over deliver. Also, I was out of town when my car showed up and they had no problem storing it IN THE SHOWROOM for three weeks to make sure it stayed pristine. Everything has been extremely painless and transparent. People wouldn't hate dealerships so much if every dealer was like this one.

Asked to have a key made. I m told it will be $600 all in, which I paid. For some reason they ship it to my house not programmed, which is useless to me. They claimed they contacted me to get it programmed but there is no record of them doing so via email, or phone. Not a competent or professional company. Would not recommend.

1st time Porsche Owner. 1st time Service customer. Great experience! Dakoda went thru service detail prior to drop off and after. Arranged drop off and pick for me at the dealership. Repairs done on time! Can t ask for more . Completely met my expectations!

I was made aware of 3 simple issues related to my 992 and scheduled service at Tom Wood Porsche. Appointments were readily available. I dropped my car the evening before. Good communication after issues addressed. Figuring out after hours pick up required 3 calls on my part to make sure the car was available when I would arrive. No problems with the service itself it just seems the pickup logistics tend to be my issue.

Me and my wife Karen had the Best experience ever. Jhon made sure we knew everything about the Porsche. even made sure I knew how to pronounce it right lol It truly showed me that I wasn t just any other customer. I felt like they really cared about my opinion and how they treated me and my wife. By far the best customer service I ve ever received at a dealership. It feels good to know that he took time out of his day to show us around the entire dealership. Showed us commercials even let me sit inside of the demo Porsche that was on the showroom floor. called this place to purchase a 21 911 and after I tell them I m ready to make the payment on it. They make me wait 2 hours before they tell me meanwhile they had someone else come in and buy it after I had already told them to call me and take the payment. Great job!

Customer service has been the absolute worst. This was our first time purchasing a Porsche and we will not be doing so again. Here, you expect top notch service, but you can't even get a phone call.- We were waiting for a car to come in and get a text message that it had. We both replied to the text and called the number on the card the sales rep, Paul, had given us. No response. After 2 days, we call the main line. Turns out this was an automated message. Paul was on vacation and apparently not responding to texts or voicemails. 1) this is Porsche, they shouldn't be relying on automated follow-up. 2) If you're not going to answer your phone on vacation, then don't send messages, let your customers know, and give the info to someone else to follow-up.- After purchase, we were supposed to get a ceramic coating on the car that they would call and schedule. 2 weeks go by and no call. I then had to follow-up 3 times over the next two weeks because every time I called, I was promised I'd get a call back for someone to schedule, but they never did. Finally, I had to refuse to hang up the phone until I spoke with someone about getting the service scheduled.- They also owe me a key. They had lost the second key and said they would order me a replacement. 3 months later and still no key. I've called 4 times. Every time, I've been told that my rep Paul AND the manager, Ross, would call me back shortly. On our last call, I pointed out that they had promised this numerous times and never followed up. I was assured I'd receive a call back that day. It's been over a week since that call and I'm still waiting.I can get better service at a McDonald's than I've received from Porsche. Go somewhere else.

I visited Tom Wood Porsche on February 18, just to see if it was even possible to still get an allocation for a 718 Cayman GTS 4.0. The sales adviser, Paul, said he could still put in an order, but I might have to wait up to a year to get the car. I put down a deposit and settled in for what I expected would be a long wait.Paul called me just a few weeks later and said he had an allocation for me, that I could order to my requested specs, just the way I wanted it.Today just 130 days after my first visit to the dealership I took delivery of this built-to-order beauty!The entire team at Tom Wood Porsche made this process much, much smoother than I ever could have imagined, and they went above & beyond to ensure that my wife and I were fully satisfied at every step. Our experience could not have been better!

We had a wonderful experience at Tom Wood Porsche because of our salesman Jeff Wold. We ordered a Porsche in May of 2023. Jeff said it would take approximately five-six months to build. He was spot on and kept us updated throughout the entire process. I highly recommend Jeff, not only for his knowledge in the auto field, but also for his kindness, flexibility and prompt responses to any questions we had throughout this process. Thank you Tom Wood Porshe for hiring such a quality young man!

Sold me a lemon!! Yes I m a customer that purchased a 2020 taycan back in October from TOM WOOD PORSCHE. I ve been able to drive it for a total of a month. Cars been in the shop three times for suspension issues and twice for battery failures.VERY BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

This experience of buying a used car from this dealership has not been the best. My temporary tags expire on December 26th and it's December 24th. With the holidays happening I'm positive I will not have my license plate by the 26th. For this to be a luxury dealership, the service has not been that great. Brad expressed that he would send me the tracking number of the overnight package to S.C. DMV but i haven't received anything. 3 days later, I'm still waiting on the tracking number for the paperwork being sent to S.C. The excuse i received was that Porsche had a hard time getting the title from BMW.

John Castle did a fantastic job getting my car taken care of. Even being short handed he was able to give top notch service. No doubt, Tom Wood Porsche will get all my service work!Update, 1/22/2019Another fantastic job by John Castle and his crew! Every time I'm in for service or repairs, I feel like I'm the only customer they have. Obviously, I'm not. My annual service is due soon and I wouldn't consider going anywhere else. These guys make me feel as special to them as my GT3 is special to me!!Update, 11/20/2020It sure is nice to know I have the the best Service Advisor in town, John Castle!!! You can find him at Tom Wood Porsche. I have unreasonable requests at times due to track event schedules. John never fails to figure out a way to make things happen! I keep my car super clean but somehow I think it's cleaner after they're done.

I enjoyed my recent service at Tom Wood Porsche. In particular, Dakoda and Joe in the service department were helpful and professional. They kept me apprised about service being done, costs and time. I didn t realize my brakes needed service, but they were quick to call me once the problem was discovered.I expect high quality service that matches my passion for driving a Porsche. Tom Wood Porsche is the only place I ll take my car for service.

The Service and Parts departments at Tom Wood Porsche are the total meaning of excellence!!! I incurred an air bag fault on my 911 996 while swapping the radio out. And they were able to reset the fault code in a matter of moments and restore my dream car to excellent shape. David Aarons and Shane Myers made the experience with my 2004 911 Carrera cabriolet an awesome one and this will be the location that I go to for all of my Porsches needs. Thank you Tom Wood Porsche!!!!
