Tom Wood Ford Service department has been nothing but helpful to me. First, they always have coffee ready there. Second, Lexie is always polite, friendly, and professional. Plus, all of the service staff have a good sense of humor. While no one wants to be in a situation that requires service to your vehicle, when service is required, there is no better Ford service department than Tom Wood Ford s Service department. Lexie is on top of it, always providing top notch customer service!

I want to start by saying that Chad and the team at Tom Wood were amazing.To give some back story I have a 2022 Mach E GT. Lots of known issues for the first two years, some issues not so known my vehicle has been to EVERY Ford dealer in the city (except Capital City Ford) to have my issue fixed. Between bad service and none at all, I wanted to sell this vehicle and never buy another Ford again.Don Hines was probably the worst interaction of then all, no help, passed the blame, everything. Come to find out it was a simple fixed that I had been requesting for over a year Chad and the team at Tom Wood Ford fixed my vehicle promptly and provided me with a loaner. I d like to add that this was the most pain free experience I ve had this entire time. Thank you again Tom Wood.

Unlike other dealership service shops, I was able to call and get a same-day Saturday appointment for some routine vehicle service, which was really helpful and appreciated. Staff here was helpful, the work and all costs were transparent and communicated well, and they even hooked me up with a Lyft over to the mall and back while I waited. Overall, a great service experience.

I have had multiple experiences with Tom Wood Ford service center. Most of my experiences have been with Collin and he is great! He kept me up to date with all my repairs, costs, and timelines. He was able to answer all of my questions in a precise and respectful manner. I have always been aware of what to expect and what the next steps are. It is greatly appreciated.

Low tire warning came on, pulled into a service bay. The young man could not have been more helpful very polite. Fix the problem and send us on our way.

Completely unprofessional and almost left me stranded on the highway. I took in my truck for a transmission recall, they fixed the recall and did extra work that they charged me for. I went to pick up my daughters the next day and my truck over heated due to 0 antifreeze in the radiator, that's right none. They drained my radiator along with my transmission and forgot to fill it back up when they were finished. I emailed the manager and have yet to get a response.

awful experience. we had an appointment and that was just to check it in, apparently. so a week and a half later, they finally checked out our transmission and other issues and quoted us an exorbitant amount. then they fixed a minor recall (which we didn t need, as we can not afford to fix and keep this car at those prices) and kept the car there for another week and a half.save your time and money. don t go here.

We had an an appt for an oil change and wheel alignment. They signed us in promptly and while signing us in, I mentioned we had a recall but the receptionist said we couldn't get in until Feb 2023. He asked what the recall was and told us they could do it that same day. They arranged for a Lyft driver to take us back to our home to wait til the car was finished. I rec'd a text a few hours later saying while they were doing the wheel alignment, they noticed our brake pads were needing replacement so we agreed for the service. It added quite a lot to the bill, but the car is 2017 and we never had that work done so we figured the car needed the job done. When the car was finished, they called Lyft again to pick us up and take us to pick up the car. I would highly recommend Tom Wood Ford service. I will have my car serviced there again, and I will be aware if they 'notice' any other high ticket work that needs to be done. This is the first time going to Tom Wood and I will return.

Sharing my experience from Tom wood Ford. So first off I buy a truck only if they fix the few problems It had. I wait 3 days to get the truck I go to pick it up and absolutely nothing got fixed. wasn t to happy about that, I go and get the problems fixed with my own money. A month goes by and my transmission blows. I get it towed in 3 weeks go by and they are just starting on it. they break the wiring harness for my transmission and are gonna make me pay the 600$ for the wire harness they BROKE. Said the truck was too dirty and rusty so it s my problem.Service: Transmission replacement

Very disappointed with how the service team acts here. Unprofessional, and it s not just one person so far. When you re told you d be getting an update on what s needed but never get that call. So you call. That s not a big deal. Called left a VM for the rep. Didn t call back. So I just called the service number. Rep answered. I share my concerns and frustration about the lack of communication and it s been three days. At some point I need it back or a rental. He expressed he can t do anything because he s not the rep for my truck. That s understandable. So I say ok and he says I will get with your rep and tell him to call you. I say ok, then he just hangs up. Hopefully we can resolve the issue, but at this time I don t plan to bring my truck back to them in the future and will no longer recommend the dealership. Customer service is your job. Do better. Your sales reps are nothing very professional, but can t say the same about your service reps.

Bought my car from Ford months ago and was not told that my car came with autostart. I scheduled a service to have autostart put on my car (roughly $600 with parts and labor) only to show up and have Chad show me that my car came with autostart. Chad not only saved me incredible time and money, but he took time out of his schedule to walk me through different features of my car I was not aware of when sold to me. Incredible help and great service!!

QUID PRO QUOI took my truck to them to fix a tire vibration under warranty. I was told by Jeremy they would replace my tires only if I gave them a 5 star review. The truck had 3000 miles and was under the bumper to bumper warranty. I had them change my tires. The next day I took my truck through the car wash and I notices some black marks on my wheels. The marks were from the dealer not installing the wheels on the balancer properly. They did not tell me they damaged my wheels but left it for me to find. They said they would refinish my wheels but only tried to buff the marks out of the wheels which removed the clear coat. It took over a year and an email to the cooperate office to get my wheels replaced.It seems all they care about is getting your money into their pockets.Service: Tires

My car stopped working and was towed to a local body shop on the southside. The body shop couldn't figure out the issue and told me I should call a local dealership. I called around and the earliest date the closest dealerships could even see my car was 3+ weeks out. I called Tom Woods Ford Service and talked with Korey. He was able to get my car on their schedule within 48-hours. He provided feedback every step of the way and was thorough in explaining the services my car would need repaired. Korey was professional and gave helpful insight for the causes of the issue and next steps. I really appreciated the text notifications I received with photos of my car issues that needed repair and a written and verbal explanation for each item. Korey was upfront and went above and beyond to provide a great customer service experience in what was a stressful week of car ownership. Even with living across town and several Ford dealerships in between, I would highly recommend and would definitely use again!

Reviews say it all. A scheduled appointment means they might actually look at it in 3 days (not in our case). Second time this has happened despite assurances after the first incident. Although they are right down the street, I'm driving to Fishers or Michigan Rd.

Had my Expedition door locks fixed. Dang cold! Service was GREAT. I razed the dude (Cory) that looks like Wentz, he had a great sense of humor. They got me a Lyft so getting back to the office was no biggie.Sadly, the wife said no to my snap of the super sweet Mustang

Way overpriced for maintenance, they will send you a repair estimate as your car is in service and charge you double at the counter.
