Writing this on behalf of my mom, she had some services recently done and asked that they check the front lights of her car, they did it unwillingly since the appointment was for an oil change, but it was done. Later when it got dark out she noticed the bulb was off and checked it only to see it hanging out. So basically they checked it and didn't put it back in place correctly. Also this time around they didn't put the sticker for the next oil change that they always put. She was very upset at the treatment and I told her I would find somewhere else to do those services.I've also been there before myself and instead of being helped I've just been told in an annoying tone to go somewhere else. I understand that sometimes certain services for some models of cars can't be done there, but there is always a nice way to say it, which this place lacks each time I have gone and each time my mom has gone. I've changed where I service my car, and now my mom will do the same as well. Kindness is key!Services: Electrical, Oil change

Quick Lane is closed,. You now have to schedule appointments through regular service department for an oil change. They could at least update the Tom Wood website. Wasted 45 minutes driving there and back.

Super speedy while-you-wait vehicle service at an affordable price.They get busy fast - I recommend arriving by about 7:45am to beat the rush.My car's steering wheel was a little dirty / gritty afterwards, would have been nice if it could have been kept cleaner. Other than that, great experience. I'll be back.
