My Awesome, Great Experience With Victor at Tom Wood Express-Airport location!Victor did a great job! He was great to work with, very professional, knowledgeable & polite! He did not find any additional issues like I ve had several service facilities do in the past. I highly recommend this location & will most definitely use this location in the future! Thanks Victor - for restoring my faith in auto repair facilities & technicians!

Not impressed. Did the least expensive wash just to get the dust off. Did not get the edges of the windows, and left streaks from the cleaning strips. Very visible to my passengers. Won t be back.3-4 inches wide on windshield and back window.YES. It IS the airport location, near the Shell station. I am unable to respond to your question in the app.

I had a positive experience here. I stopped in about 45 minutes before closing time. This was during some unusually cold winter weather last year--cold enough that few people were out and about, so the place was dead. The guy working was cool and was grateful to have something to do. He quickly took care of my oil change. We talked cars a little while he took care of my transaction. If he offered any other services, it was a low-pressure offer. I know he checked various fluid levels under the hood and topped off my tires (I know I had a slow leak in one tire). Some places will skim over/skip those checks. All in all, it was efficient, prompt, and professional service and I intend to return there--today, actually. I decided to write the review while checking their hours. I originally chose the place because of wanting Mobil 1 oil, which is among the best. This is my new favorite oil change place.

Had a flat tire upon return to Indianapolis Airport, these guys were helpful and filled up tire when I was really in need. They were friendly about it despite it being an unusual situation. Would highly recommend this business.

Quick in and out. Really nice guy without being chatty. Price is great. And there was no up selling. Will def be back next oil change.

This place is professional, honest and informative. They do all mechanical repairs and lube services with reasonable prices. Very recommended
