I really appreciate the hospitality that I received right when I walked in the door. I had my 10 month old with me, and without hesitation the staff was helpful and welcoming. Shout out to Dave in service for helping guide me through the process. Super helpful and is willing to help work with our family through this transmission process. Definitely recommend!!!

My Jeep sustained suspension damage from a collision. The back passenger-side wheel absorbed the entire impact of the collision. I decided on Tom O'Brien Jeep collision center as my repair choice. They did a spectacular job. I can't tell a bit of difference in drive quality. The service from Mike, Nate and Shannon was excellent. They even fought a mini battle with the insurance company for a new wheel. The wheel had some cosmetic damage but could potentially have been compromised somewhat structurally. Given that the Jeep is new, they felt that the wheel should be replaced and I am very thankful for that. Would highly recommend to anyone!

Steven in the service center was phenomenal! He went above and beyond to help resolve my issue.I spoke to Kevin first and he wasn t bad just didn t solve my problem and gave little interest in trying to, so he transferred me to the Greenwood location and I had the same experience. Then I called back to the Indianapolis location and Steven picked up and handled the issue professionally, with courtesy, and solved the problem like it wasn t an issue at all.You should hire more employees like Steven!

This was my first time going to Tom O Brien and I can t get over how amazing everyone was! Preston has great customer service and was sure that I had all the info I needed and also gave timely updates. He made me feel comfortable and I knew my car was in good hands! We took a chance on buying from this dealership. Indianapolis is not local for us. However, we found a Jeep Compass in our price range, so we bought it. It s been ok so far. We did ask for a second key fob, though, and the salesman said he would get one for us. We called a month later to ask about it, but we had to leave a message to have someone call. It s been over a week, and no one has called. I would not recommend this dealership unless you can go in personally to get items that they said they would get for you.

Service Sales and Techs were all around good. My advisor Steven was very communicative and professional. The two women in the administrative / check out office could use a lesson in customer service. I couldn t have been a bigger interruption to their day.

My Grand Caravan s transmission was failing and we were planning on using the van to drive 7 hours to the Smokies. Of course with a failing transmission we couldn t depend on the can getting us there safely. However, the folks at Tom O Brien worked me into their busy shop, provided me a loaner car, and had the entire transmission fixed in a couple days. I know that I am very fortunate that all this worked out, but it really comes down to the wonderful people at Tom O Brien. Also, my van was a Tom O Brien certified pre-owned vehicle so their warranty covered all the work except for the deductible. I now have an experience on why buying a used car from a dealership (a reputable one such as this one) pays off. Thank you to the whole crew that saved our road trip vacation.

Absolutely horrible experience with Tom O Brien s service department. The worst I ve ever had at any dealer. I took my Wrangler in for 2 recalls after scheduling for that service and they claimed they didn t have the necessary parts. So, I scheduled a second time several weeks later. This time I called the parts department to ensure the parts would be there. Was told my vehicle was ready only to discover by looking at my invoice that the recalls were again not completed - saying that they didn t have the parts! Upon checking they realized they indeed did have the parts so I left the car to come back for a third time. The icing on the cake was going to the payment counter where the staff member was looking down at her phone and asked me can I help you ? I waited a few seconds for her to look up at me before I answered.Unfortunately this experience is what I ve come to expect at this Chrysler service department. They are closest to my house so I ve given them a few chances over the years, only to have terrible service over and over. Never again!

I have had my vehicles serviced here for several years. I appreciate the offering of warm drinks and water in the cozy waiting area. The text updates while waiting are also nice. I have always encountered friendly employees and recieved great service!

Chuck was so helpful and knowledgeable in our search for a Jeep Wrangler! There are too many dealerships with pushy salespeople that I refuse to even step foot on the lot, but not here. Everyone was extremely friendly and we felt absolutely no pressure. We are so happy we chose Tom OBrien!

Unfortunately, my experience on the quality of customer service has declined at this location in the past year or so. It seems the entire service staff has turned over. It s almost impossible to make an appointment or ever reach a service advisor to get updates on a vehicle or information as needed. I was supposed to be contacted once my part came in which never happened. My voicemails are not returned and I had to chase down the information myself and then call five times to get an appointment.sevice here is not what it used to be.

If you happen to be in the market for the absolute bottom of the barrel in customer service look no further folks!! Please.... go ahead and try and call Tom O'brien's service center. This service department is so bad they will not answer the phone or return messages. They make you actually drive up there in person so they can tell you they haven't even looked at your vehicle even though it has been there a month. They promise it will be next and they will keep you updated. They most certainly will not. As a matter of fact (that's right you guessed it) You will have to drive up there again and again because they refuse to use phones, emails, telegraphs or smoke signals. Nothing. You will want to avoid this location if they are servicing your only mode of transportation as they will have it forever and you wont be able to go over there once a month and get updates. I can't believe it has been this bad this long. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of here at all times.

The Serviceman, Preson gave us red carpet service. He came to us when we got out of our vichele. He listened to our reasons for coming in today. He followed up with us shortly after dropped off our truck with what additional services we needed. He promised us good service and he delivered! Go Preson. Just received an oil change on my 2014 Ram 1500 Big Horn Truck at Tom O Brien Ram on 96th St in Indianapolis. Staff couldn t have been more professional and took care of everything. Oil change done in less than 1 hour. Always a good experience at this location.

I can t believe you would send this survey to anyone. My car set out there for a week without being worked on, that s right was not touched. This was after waiting 3 weeks for an appointment. On top of that, I made over 40 phone calls to the service department without anyone ever answering any of the 40 calls. I don t know how you stay in business. They could have worked on the check engine lights that were on, could have done the oil change and tire rotation I asked for or the new key fob programmed or the brake issues that they slam in without touching the brakes. But no they didn t work on a single thing. So I came and got it. Some of these are safety issues which in my opinion leaves you wide open for liability.The saddest thing I have ever seen. Don t buy a car here unless you are going to get it serviced somewhere else.no one even tried to explain anything.Does the owner know this is going on? Or does he even care? I doubt it.

My wife and I were out just looking for our next vehicle. Tom O Brien was our first stop. We did have two models we wanted to explore. After looking around for a bit we went on a test drive. At the end of the afternoon we left with our third Jeep. We love our new Wrangler 4xe!
