This place goes above and beyond! I was passing through the area Monday Afternoon late and they took very good care of me got the parts they needed super fast and stayed late to get me back on the road so I would not have to get a hotel. Well done to everyone there

We have been using Tire Service Plus and Jerry's services for several years. They provide great service at a fair price. Tire Service Plus takes care of 4 vehicles for our family. I would highly recommend Tire Service Plus to anyone needing a vehicle repair or for anyone looking for a new mechanic. They offer a wide variety of repairs all at a fair price. We have recommended Tire Service Plus to friends and co-workers.

After major headache's with my truck I dropped it off here and had it fixed within a few hours. They quoted me a price that was very reasonable and fair. Jerry and his crew did an amazing job and I will be bringing and referring all my friends and family to them.

I've been taking my vehicles to Tire Service Plus since 2007-2008. Jerry and his staff are great! They explain everything thoroughly and they're not attempting to rob you dry. All repairs on my vehicles have been on point and lasting. If you're looking for a good mechanic this place has some of the best in the city and they're honest and fair. You will not be disappointed with the work and they're not keeping your car for days on end. No one else touches my cars and I don't see that changing any time soon.

Rock Solid place. Jerry the owner runs a good ship he's got good technicians. They won't sell you anything you don't need very honest people. Then a customer of him for 15 years and it's very difficult to find a reputable shop.

I love this place. Prior to relocating from Indiana to NC this place works with joes auto sales (where I bought my 06 Chevy impala) they do all the maintenance on their cars. I was visiting from NC on 7/29 and my cars 07 Chrysler Sebring ( cable gear shift broke) I had my car towed to this place and they took really good care of me. Whenever I come to town this will be my go to place for repairs. I love the service they provide and they are affordable!!!!!!! I put my stamp of approval on this place as far as car repairs. This is the best place hands down!Services: Tires, General repairs & maintenance, Wheel alignment, Oil change

Down to earth, common sense excellence at what they do, which is to know everything about how to fix or replace anything on a motor vehicle for a decent price. The only thing I question is calling it "Tire" Service Plus when they know a heck of a lot more than just tires. Five stars given because you can't give six.

I give Jerry and his crew a five star rating because Tire Service Plus gets it done the fastest and their knowledge is second to none! I had two tires mounted and out the door in less than 15 minutes! Jerry and his crew are ready for Indy!

I have lived in Indianapolis for 12 years and I have never walked into a business here that made me feel more like family! Jerry is such a kind soul! He has never ever made me feel taken advantage of EVER! And I have Never been disappointed. I will never take my car to anyone else!!!!

I've taken my car to them since i bought it and they've never done me wrong! So understanding and helpful no matter how many times you bring your vehicle in. Have even convinced others to use them as well! Love this shop and the whole crew!

Absolutely worst place I have ever taken my vehicle to. I scheduled for my SUV to get serviced a week in advanced, had it towed there the night before the appointment just to find out they never scheduled it. Can't tell me when my vehicle will be done, mechanics calling in every day and very unprofessional over the phone. My SUV had the traction control light coming on and and off and every time I drove my vehicle above 5 mph, it caused a loud grinding sound. The woman at the front of the store called me and told me the mechanic has driven my car multiple times since being towed in and could not once get it to repeat what it was doing to me, I told her that it was impossible for the mechanic to not hear the sound and feel the grinding, so she got an attitude and said whatever, we will keep it and look again (issues are a busted from hub and a rear broken axle, yet he claimed to have driven it several times that morning, just a pure lazy and worthless mechanic). I get a call within the hour from the same woman and said that she convinced the mechanic to drive my vehicle and that he found the problem and that it was her idea for him to actually get in to drive it, like really? And then said they couldn't fix my car until the end of the week, and that was last week, and now I get told again this week that it could be the end of this week with no clear time or date when my vehicle will be finished! Worst garage ever. If I could rate less than a 1 star, I would.

I took my vehicle there, and they were honest enough to send me somewhere that would be cheaper than they could do it for. I left my vehicle there instead because of their honest work. Great business. Jerry has a great family, good people.

Very reliable service done quickly at excellent prices Got two tire leaks fixed and tire sensor replaced and it was all completed in under an hour.They'll absolutely continue to have my business.

I drove nearly three hours south and ended up with a screw in my tire. 3 other places said they didnt have time while their ships were empty. These guys got it in and taken care of in less than 15 minutes. Absolutely fantastic!

For about two years now I have taken my vehicles to this location in hopes of getting the quality service that I used to get. Yes, the crew is friendly but there doesn't seem to be much that they want to do anymore. Maybe it's about time they drop the "Plus" from their title. Because now, if your vehicle needs are more than a tire or oil change, good luck.Six months ago, I had my daughter's car towed in to have new brakes. Got the news that her car was beyond repair, it was work the mechanic didn't want to touch, blah blah blah. Took it somewhere else for a 2nd opinion. Well $30 later and she's been rolling ever since.

Awesome shop the mechanics are very knowledgeable and got my Odyssey back on the road fast just like any automotive repair place it cost but it was well worth the price to have my vehicle back on the road and fixed properly with out any surprises they let me know before hand what was going on before hand and how much it would cost very professional and friendly I will recommend them to everyone
