Went there for one new tire and they wanted 175 for one new tire when at pepboys sells a new tire for my car for 60 bucks an same type and brand thats a 100+ profit on one tire. Other than the price gouging its a good place I still had them balance 3 of my tires and did a good job. There is issues with communication there English isn't the best

Needed to get a couple hard to find tires in a hurry and for cheap. The 2 i needed new were over $700. Tire express had them and gave them both to me for 130$ and installed them on my rims. Quick and convenient, no hassle, and friendly to deal with. I will go back for sure.

I pulled up expecting to get my rear tire plugged however the guy who helped me explained that I needed a new tire instead and he was very professional chill and nice about it because I was so stressed out he took good care of me and the tire looked very similar to the one on my car

Looked around and this is the cheapest place on the Eastside to get a used tire -- around $30. The staff is nice and quick but the tires will NOT last more then a week! There are no refunds, no exchanges and no deals. I bought a used tire and woke up to a flat tire because I didn't have the receipt I had to pay a $8 deposit for the new used tire go home and get my receipt and go get my $8 back. One week later, that same tire had a flat.Great place to go if your money is low just know it won't be long before your tire is low

Hidden gem, quality work, great team. I been coming to this spot for over 10-years. Came to get a damaged low profile tire to replaced with the need to repace the other 3 tires in the next 2-3 months. They had 4 matching used Michelin low profile tires with good threads. Bought them. I was in and out in less than 25 minutes. Saved roughly $600 if I were to buy them new. Plus, they put my spare tire back into its compartment. I will be a customer 4-life!

These guys are the best local tire shop whether you need quality used tires, services, plugs, or patches. You name it they always take amazing care of us. Only shop I trust with my vehicles!

Tire Express is a great place when looking for used tires. A used tire was what I was looking for when I went to Tire Express and the experience was excellent. Staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have have a used tire price of $35-$45 and I was quoted at $40, however when I paid I was only charged $35 and it was not by accident at all, they simply just helped me out. They are fast as well, very fast compared to 4 other used tire shops I've used before. Also I do not feel like they are trying to take the most money for the least amount of tire tread, they are there to get me the best deal they can find and that I can afford. Great place I will only go here for a used tire in Indianapolis, Indiana from now on. I will add that when I arrived at tire Express there were 5-6 people in line ahead of me and I was out of there in 20 minutes, very very fast. Job well done.

I brought in a tire to have switched out with a very good non matching tire and wanted to trade the take off tire for mounting and balancing the tire I brought with me that matched the other 3 on the car. The Spanish speaking fellow acted as if he understood, as we went through it 3 times so it was clear what I was asking. After dismounting and remounting the tire I brought in the story started changing. Now it was $18 to balance it. I said I thought we had a deal, then he tells me to speak to others, who confirmed that not only would I need to pay $18 for balancing, they don't take trade in tires for mounting the new ones and it would be an additional $28 to mount the tire. I asked for concession based on the misunderstanding. At least have the tire for free and I would pay the $28 for the mount and dismount. They said no. They were very very rude, saying no and saying their guy wouldn't have made that deal. I wouldn't go here. They aren't interested in helping people, just getting cash and cycling cars in. Acting as if they don't speak English. I do not recommend. Lots of other places around close will switch out a tire for $20.

A good place to do business with, I always get good service with my tires that being getting them patch up or plugs done or when I ask to check tire pressure they do you right and they got fair used tires deals from $30 to $35, it just depends on your car tires is my guess, but will continue to do business with this place.

So they tell me and my sons all the time they have no used tires however they go get a used good one put it on and charge for a new one terrible buisness today I took this photo size I need used

Needed decent used tires, so I called around and Noone had them! I came here because someone recommended it, and they weren't sure of the name, just where it is. So I show up tell them what I need, they have them, get me right in and out the door for a great price.

Such an amazing and painless experience! I was visiting from out of state and popped a tire on a pot hole so I needed a fix ASAP. I called ahead to make sure they had the tire size I was looking for and they did so I came in first thing the next morning.I was in and out in less than 30 mins. Only had to get out of my car to pay. They were super fast, efficient, and professional! Price was extremely competitive as well, especially considering I got two brand new tires. Couldn t recommend them more! 10/10 experience

I needed to replace a tire. The shop I usually go to for tires, didn't have the size I needed. They recommended I go to Tire Express. I had never heard of them, but I went. I came on the lot not knowing how their system worked. There was two lines. I got in the line on the right side facing the building. There was a woman going back and forth helping people in the lines. When it came to me she never came to my car to help me. I was confused because Vehicles that came long after me, were being serviced. She never came to my car. I felt so stupid! I waited for an hour and was NEVER approached for service. I finally drove away bad tire still on my car. Smh! Some experience for a first time customer .... I should say a LAST TIME customer. Bishop K. W. W.

They took care of me immediately. My left rear tire had a nail in it, they replaced my tire and I was off in a jiffy. Quick, Friendly. Reliable service!! Budget friendly worry-free service.

Used or new tires at very reasonable prices, I was driving on the bald tires and they rescued me. Very good prices and very efficient service. I'll go back for more if I need to.

This tire shop sits behind a run down strip mall near 46th and post. While the setting may turn some away, the staff are efficient and the value is good. I've gotten several used tires here for a few vehicles -and the speed of the process (along with great quality) is well worth the visit. Highly recommend.

25 dollars for a my tire, and it's in great condition. When I pulled in there were 10 cars in front of me. Thirty minutes later I was pin my way, and they had me stay in my car the entire time! It was cold and snowing, and they worked with cars in the garage, and out, so they could service customers faster! This was my first time here and I will be back. Also, I paid with my card. I noticed the last review said cash only.

Fast friendly and they was reasonable I went to the tire shop down the street to the yellow tire shop and the guy told me my tire couldn't be plugged I would have to buy a used tire for $35. I told him that's all right I will go someplace else then he told me that he could plug the tire for $10 I said you just told me you could not plug it he said it will be a temporary but you will need another tire. I went to these guys two days later come to find out it's a nail and a screw in my tire my tire was in very good shape they only charged me $12 to put two plugs good job thanks and if I ever need you guys again I will come back and refer you to everybody.

I was advised by 2 of my close friends to come here and I'm so glad I did! The service was great and fast everyone was very friendly! The tires were great also they give you quality tires I was very satisfied with everything!

Went to the shop on Saturday made an appointment for Monday for their mobile service, they never showed up! I called to reschedule for the next day, and I was told that the person over the mobile service is gone for a week on vacation. i asked why was I allowed to make an appointment if no one would be available. The employee then went ahead and took my info down and rescheduled me an appt. For the following day. The next day I call to confirm the appt. And I was put on hold basically until I would just hang up... Long story short they didnt show up AGAIN the next day either.

They are always quick and efficient even when they are very busy. They will bring the hydraulic jack out to your car and will change your tire right there so that you don't have a long wait. They always put your tire in plastic after putting it in water to check for leaks to prevent your car from getting wet.
