I would like to take this opportunity to express my sincere gratitude to Cedric and Steve for their outstanding service and customer care. I was probably one of their most difficult customers to deal with (not by choice, but due to my complicated request). However, they were both incredibly patient and understanding, and they went above and beyond to ensure that all of my needs were met. I typically shop around for my tire needs, but I always end up back at Tire Discounters because I know that I can count on them to provide me with the best possible service. I would highly recommend Tire Discounters to anyone looking for a tire shop that offers excellent service and competitive prices.I would also like to add that I was very impressed with the Uber service that Tire Discounters offers. They were able to provide me with a ride to my house and back to the shop when my vehicle was being serviced, which was a great convenience for me.Thank you again, Cedric and Steve, for your outstanding service. I will definitely be back!

I m a new car owner/driver, so any car maintenance can be intimidating to me. BUT, everyone here was very welcoming and helpful. They didn t make me feel stupid at all, and explained things in a clear, and kind way. Jenny helped me make an appt and communicated with me about what was wrong and how to fix it. I will DEFINITELY be coming back for any future maintenance. 10/10 recommend !! <3 :)

can't say enough good things about these folks. Came in today needing an alignment, unfortunately I was suspecting my car needed more then that. Theses guys were amazing. No hassle and didn't jack me around with a bunch of extra b.s. like some shops do. Ethan and Cedric were both amazing and made sure they got me taken care of quickly and back on the road. And they are half the price of Firestone and pep boys who both quoted me over 1000 for tie rods. We will be coming here for all of our future needs. Thank u guys so much.

Cedric (the general manage) made my day but first off being very professional over the phone when making my appointment. Upon arrival, he was just as profession in person as he was over the phone. He was very generous in giving me a complimentary tire rotation after only buying 2 tires (instead of 4). This small deed has made me make commitment to allowing Tire Discounters in Avon to be my "go to" place for car maintenance. He was very honest and I didn't feel like I was getting pushed for upsells on things not necessary. Thanks Cedric for knowing how to run a store! I highly recommend.

I thought they were just in time for me to see the rust underneath my vehicle.I found that I can only sacrifice my buying the 2010 Chevy equinox as a Suoopy s auto sale on massestuccus and Arlington and 34 th Street.My sacrifice is to pay my monthly for a time and then buy or trade in for another vehicle. Stay away from SNOOPY S AUTO SALES unless you re credit is weak. Then one can pay the monthly for a time and build up one s credit scores, letting the junk car go for another vehicle.Use Snoopy s auto as a credit score builder.Nevertheless, I m driving to a better opportunity.Tire Discounters pointed out to me how to survive without being angry about the underneath the tires and suspension and rusted wheels and parts of this vehicle.

BE CAREFUL with these people! They are ok for an oil change BUT then again they don't check your fluids , they don't do a thorough job and for repairs they like to play guessing games! I payed nearly $500 dollars for a repair that Cedric guaranteed was going to fix my current problem. Cedric called me back and said that the car was fixed and that they also "took my car for a test drive" and that it "ran like new" They are a bunch of liars. They never did because the next morning my car was worse and when they took a look again this time they said it was the transmission and that I had to go somewhere else for that!!! WTHECK!? If there was more than 1 issue with my car IT WOULD BE NICE IF I WAS GIVEN A HEADS UP INSTEAD OF "FIXING SOMETHING" THAT DID NOT FIX MY CURRENT PROBLEM!! I still question the "issue" they so called "fixed". They will take your money any way they can!!! I do not recommend this place.

I went in for an oil change and because my engine light had turned on. They got me in very fast and were very helpful when explaining what was wrong with my car. I have been to other places before that have tried to add on a bunch of other services but not here! Also they had free coffee and cold bottled water in their waiting area. I will definitely be returning. Thank you so much Tire Discounters!

This location is great! Didn t try to sell me stuff I didn t need. A simple patch was all I needed and all I was sold. Justin at the counter was very professional and got me in timely. Cedric showed me the issue and made the repair quickly! Great customer service and honest work. Hard to find those things nowadays! Keep up the great work y all! Highly recommend this location! Fair, good value, and great work!

First time at this store today. I met with Justin and Cedric-both were very customer service oriented and did a great job. Oil Change was the best and cheapest in town. Will be back!

This place is amazing ! Cedric , the manager of the Avon location , was extremely helpful to us as soon as we walked in the door. He gave us all our options that worked with our budget and his recommendation was great and fair. The building itself is beautiful with a spacious waiting area with coffee and bottled water available along with a TV. They did great work at a great price and didn't take forever doing it. I was highly impressed with their friendly customer service and they will definitely be my 1st choice if I need work done again!

Shopping was easy but the service needs some work. When my tires were replaced they did not inspect the spare tire as requested. Honestly this was an opportunity for up selling and would have been a win win situation but seems the communication is not great and it was in the notes of the quote. The job in of itself was good, the alignment spot on. Just wish they d pay attention to all details.

I heard about the free alignment by tire discounters and was intrigued that that was included with a set of new four tires. I went into the location on Rockville road and met the most wonderful man named Cedric who was so amazing that it is worth noting. I was able to get a discount by comparing another tire stores price for the same tires, I was able to use the free service, they picked up my car at my workplace replace the tires and did the alignment then return my car back to the same parking spot at my workplace. To finalize this amazing experience included in my paperwork was a discount for $70 rebate for the tires I had just purchased! I'm telling all my friends about this tire store because I really believe they are the best one in town.

I was told to come to your location in Avon! I almost did not because it is 40 minutes on the other side of town. I AM SO GLAD I DID! An amazing experience! I was greeted when walking in the door by several people. Excellent customer service, friendly employees, and reasonably priced. I met the manager Cedric right before I left and understood why your location is GREAT! I have been in business for quite some time specifically sales and I knew when I was waiting that the manager had to be amazing because it usually comes from the top down. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST!!!THANK YOU!!!P.S. I hope he hears about this compliment

Came in there about 3 weeks ago for an alignment, after I left it was still pulling to the left. I came in there today and now their trying to charge me 900 dollars to replace something that should've been inspected the first time. I do not recommend this place at all. My alignment is now worse than before I came in smh. I feel ripped off.

I brought my car for (4) new tires and front-end alignment. The desk clerk was friendly and helpful. They did install the tires I selected and properly torqued the lug nuts. Everything else was thoroughly bungled. I don't recommend this shop to anyone.I was scheduled for 11:00 Friday. They errored and entered me in their Saturday schedule.They tried to sell me tie rods I didn't need.They tried to impress me with technical facts about suspensions that are blatantly untrue.They inflated the tires to 45 psi to "seat" them. That's dangerously too high and violates the tire manufacturer's requirement. Then, they forgot deflate them to a safe pressure. That would have been extremely dangerous if I hadn't checked them when I got home.Their own alignment report showed that they hadn't completed the front-end alignment.When I returned to complain, they tried to charge me extra to complete the job. When I refused, they put the car on the alignment machine and showed me that it was in spec. I handed them a copy of their original report, which had dramatically different measurements. They couldn't explain why the measurement "changed". Obviously, they had jiggered the measurements until they showed what they wanted.I have 50 years of experience hot rodding cars. I KNOW how cars work and how to repair them. Because of that, I know when service is so bad that it's either incompetence or dishonestly.

Services were good. Charged for warranty on two tires when I'm from out of town and the nearest store is 196 miles from home. Didnt even ask me if I wanted it. Wasn't informed until charges were already on the card.

I came in last minute with my brakes squealing and grinding metal against metal, they were so atrocious the staff already knew what I needed before I said it.Cedric, Isaiah, and Amanda took care of it even after they had officially closed. They went above and beyond to provide professional customer service and a job well done. I could not recommend bringing your business anywhere else but there. They are great at what they do, and they take their time to make sure you re on your way with a smile and a functioning vehicle. Bring your car here!

Pricing was good, service was decent. Cigarettes were stolen from my car though... Half a pack. I had em before I went in. Realized I didn't have them while I was waiting for my car to be fixed.Almost raised hell over it, but what's the point of playing he said, she said.Pretty sure I know who did it since he wouldn't look at me when he drove my car around.Edit: this was last year around this time I believe... Also, in response to your response lol, it's just cigarettes. No reason to submit a complaint and cost someone their job over a year later. Maybe your guy was down on his luck... Idk... It's done and over with.

Great customer service by the Avon store especially by Cedric. Outstanding!!! The car drop off and courtesy ride home while my vehicle was being serviced was top notch! Never seen any tire store in Indy have this type of service. TOM C. Was great as well. They earned my business and I will not be going any of the other tire shops in Indy, Avon, or Plainfield going forward. Tire Discounters is a truly 5 star business. Thank you!!

It was my first time coming and they took care of me. Very professional and helpful. Very clean place to wait on your car. Thanks to the 3 guys who kept me comfortable and happy. You did a good job!. You even kept me posted on every lil thing you did to my car . I recommend this place to everyone.

Not satisfied and this place will lie to you they had my truck for 2 days to do brake job,then they told me I needed brake calibers, wheel bearing and struts quoted for 3,164 and I agreed to that and they would have it done that day so dropped it off at 8 am they didn't finish it so kept it the next day and would be done by noon well I left there at 7 that night and they were supposed to do the allinment (which never got done when I bought the tires from them 6 months ago) so they told me they would do it and never did said I didn't need it now after leaving there my steering wheel is not straight and also tried to charge me 4000 dollars never will I go here again they will lie to you, then when heading to work Saturday my brakes where metal to metal and had to allinment done at different store, then after a couple of days was driving to work pulling my trailer lugnuts broke off 3 of them so had to go to different store and they had to replace 6 of them studs were broke off they also told me I needed control arm which first store told me the same thing and charged me 700 dollars it was never replaced so they took care of it at the 3rd store and did another allinment, could have been bad if I wouldn't have seen it, all together I have missed 5 days of work because of there bad service, I have tried to call someone from corporate office but all they have is a answer voice-mail to leave message and no one will call you back worse service I have ever had to deal with
