Great service & very friendly staff! I only needed tire repair & was so relieved to not be charged for this as money very tight right now. Drew took great care of me & was very outgoing! Enjoyed chatting w/ him. I will definitely be returning for any future needs!

The guys there were so nice and polite. The service was more and better than I expected. I will go to them for new tires or any other service they offer. I ll definitely be a return customer.

These guys/girls are great. They love telling me no and then delivering. Told me needed a few days to fix rim, do all four tires, alignment and oil change at drop off at 9 AM. They called me back at 3PM to pick up the car.

Used my car for the first time after an oil change and noticed an oil leak under the car. Never had that before. See pic. First one shows parked in garage (pic was taken for body work). Second shows the oil leak

I have brought two vehicles here and they have been able to take care of me in a timely manner. They are communicative when finding issues and providing solutions. Sam is good to work with and very reasonable. I recommend giving them them a chance.

Requested appointment for new tires on website and it said the store would be in touch, called store for next two (2) days during business hours to check availability but couldn t get a hold of anyone and on one call waited on hold for over 25 minutes, store never reached out to schedule or give details still don t have tires. Still haven t heard back. Not going to just drop in because people like to upsell. It seems they have time to respond to google reviews but not answer the phone. Made appointment with big O today and dropping off tomorrow.Cannot recommend Tire Discounters

I went in at 5pm with a popped tire that needed to be replaced. The team had a lot of work already lined up in the shop but they took the time to show me some compassion and squeeze me in to replace my tire same day. I couldn t be more grateful to everyone working this evening! Everyone in the shop was incredibly friendly and I ll definitely go back for all of my future tire needs!

I was stuck in a horrible spot with a flat tire and in the middle of a snowstorm!!The crew (especially drew) was amazing, they fixed me up and had me on my way in no time. They were extremely nice and understanding. I will definitely be going back!thank you so much!!

With being in Indianapolis, I have had some bad luck with potholes. I have brought my car here 3-4 times over the course of 2 years, and every single time every worker has been unbelievably professional and polite. On top of that, they have given me great discounts and saved me hundreds of dollar's. If I could give this location 6 stars I would. Highly recommend bringing any car to this establishment.

Took in a loose spare tire on a corroded aluminum wheel that was leaking from the bead. I asked if they could clean and reseal the bead. They assured me they could easily accomplish this, the price was a little high but I didn't want to mess with it myself so I agreed and left the wheel there. 4 hours later they called to let me know they couldn't get the bead to seal and that the tire is somehow now damaged on the bead causing the leak. They offered me a new tire for $200, I declined. When I got there to pick it up, I found the bead of the wheel not cleaned at all, just gobs of bead sealer slopped all over. The tire had fresh installation damage on a non-critical to sealing surface, 100% reusable. It was clear that they hadn't tried to do it the right way, "damaged" my tire, and then had the nerve to attempt to upsell me. I took my wheel and tire back, cleaned and clear coated the wheel bead, and installed the tire myself with no issues. Sealed easily once cleaned properly. I'm giving them a second star because they were at least friendly and didn't charge me for wasting my time. I won't be back or recommend them though.

Unfortunately I have had a few tire issues in the last few years. Samantha has help me everytime. She is very friendly and very knowledgeable and the best to work with. They gets you In and out with very little down time and the jobs have always been done right by the fokes in the back. Don't hesitate to call these guys!!

Sam took the time to explain to me why they shouldn t install the tires I was wanting due to mechanical problems. She then went a step further and gave me a couple of options to get the repairs done. I ll definitely return when I need tires again!

My husband limped one of our office cars into Tire Discounters with a very low tire. They checked it and replaced the valve stem and didn't even charge him! They gained our tire business!

I drive a little further just to go here they let my dog come in and hang out one time I was getting a flat replacement ..I never forgot that. Very cool people!!

Went in to get my rim fixed, they told me all four of my tires are bad so they can't fix the rim I would have to buy 4 new tires and pay 500 then they would fix the rim. I will never be back. And btw the tires were not bald.

Man, I tried so hard to like this place but it just was not happening. I went in looking for tires and wheels for my truck. Knowing I was going to be spending a good chunk of change on new ones, and with little automotive knowledge, I needed someone that would help me make an informed decision on what wheels and tires to purchase.The first day I went in there, Steve helped me out (the tire and wheel salesman), and told me that I would have to do a lot of the heavy work on the wheels (in terms of picking them out)- okay, no problem. He told me I needed to pick out three that I liked as some may not be available for a while- okay, no problem I go on tire discounters website and look for the wheel brands they carry. I spend two hours looking through all the wheels they offer. I pick out six that I like (prices not listed and price was a decent part of what wheels I would get).I return the next day with my list, and Steve says he would call about them, and call me back that evening with prices and arrival time. A week goes by, and I finally get a phone call/voicemail saying he needs to talk with me about the wheels. I stop in the store as I live five minutes away, and he goes I can only get one of these wheels on the paper. We don t carry any of the other wheels you have listed. I said, that s weird, these are all the wheel brands that you list you carry on your website. The other worker chimes in that he should call the corporate guy in charge of wheels . Steve tells me he will get back to me the next day.A week goes by, and no call. I stop in again. I ve been meaning to call you. I called the wheel guy and he told me I need to reach out to the tire distributors directly. I ll get back to you by tomorrow with information. That was a week and a half ago, and received no phone call from Steve with information.For a guy that is considered the wheel and tire guy and didn t know the wheels that are offered on his own company website is wild to me.I so wanted to like the store because Steve was super helpful the first day I went in, and somewhat helped explain what I was needing (hence the two star from a positive first experience on day one) but the lack of customer service and initiative to make a sale pushed me to find another store in Greenwood (who was able to help me out from start to finish in thirty minutes with finding wheels and tires that were in stock and made a large sale).

Steve and Josh very kindly gave my car a check when my tire light came on 100 miles into a long road trip. They got us in right away and we were back on the road in less than half an hour (thankfully no major issue was detected). Thank you guys so much for giving us peace of mind for our many miles ahead!

This is where I will always take my cars in the future. They have provided great service each time I ve had to bring a company vehicle to them. Recently, I had an issue with a leak in a tire on my personal vehicle. My tires are new and covered by road hazard through one of TD s competitors, who I purchased the tires from. I took the car to two of their competitor s shops. The competitor was too busy to repair my tire and only offered for me to leave it overnight. If you are like me, overnight is not a good option with only one vehicle.I decided to take it to Tire Discounter since they have been good with my company car. TD couldn t get me in, but they were able to get me an appointment the next day. I opted for the day after because of other appointments. I took my car in just before my appointment time. Because they were down a crew member, it took a little longer than they wanted. I never mentioned the time, nor was I concerned about how long it took. I was grateful they could get me in. To my surprise they discounted the service because of how long it took. Tire Discounters has won my business and this review.

I worked with Destiny, the Service Manager on a set of tires and alignment. She was very patient and professional. I expressed my needs and she steered me to the right set of tires at a highly competitive cost. No high pressure to upsell. Very happy with my first experience and will be looking into other services they offer. I would highly recommend them.

Went there for an oil change and tire rotation with a scheduled appointment and had no issues. The staff was very courteous and updated us about my car s service at regular intervals, which I found very helpful and reassuring to know that everything is going as planned and on-time. This location is also new and they didn t pressure or try to sell me anything other than what I was already in for. To the management: you are very lucky to have such a great team, try not to loose them! To all: highly recommend this place!
