I have yet to rate this company and its staff. Allow me to begin by acknowledging that I have been a loyal customer for over a decade. During this time, I have entrusted my vehicles to their care. My Ford Ranger received tire and alignment services, while my Mom's Chevy Impala underwent similar treatment. Additionally, they expertly repaired a severely bent rim on my Mom's Chevy Malibu, caused by a sizable pothole in the city. Their skillful work spared us considerable inconvenience, and they diligently procured the necessary new hub to address the issue. They have also promptly fixed numerous flat tires.I am not alone in my satisfaction; I have referred many friends and their vehicles to this establishment. The consistent quality of service, coupled with excellent customer care, has left me with nothing less than a perfect impression. If you seek an honest, down-to-earth mechanic shop, look no further this is the place to go.

I have been going here for years, and it started as a way to use their financing to raise my credit score. But now I will not go away where else because of the people who work there. The last few times I have worked with Lucas, he has taken care of everything with perfection. He's not trying to sell you what you do not need. He is on top of his game, and I enjoy his expertise.

Very Rude Phone ReceptionFirst, Good Year location in Greenwood, IN, shut down its location after selling me the three year subscription for alignment.I called this location and asked for an appointment and also asked why the Greenwood location is now closed? I could clearly feel his tone changed, and he replied there are other locations you can go to in a very aggressive rude tone!I only bought the subscription cuz it was close to my house, and if the vehicle needed to be dropped, I could easily do so! Now, the person I was speaking to told me it takes more than 3 hours to do an alignment.I want to tell you that I own commercial vehicles, and I've gotten alignment done on those rigs multiple times. It takes an hour if you have an appointment. I feel it's stupid to do business with Good Year now. Even for my commercial vehicles. I'm done with Good Year.

They are always honest and quick and thorough. They explain things in a way anyone can understand. The staff were very kind. While I was waiting, I only had a card but the vending machine TAP scan was not working I didn't have cash he gave me a few bucks.

These people have always been successful for tire service. I have always found them to be ready in case of special situations where to come up-and-over the years. This has been typically where I take my cars,, nowhere else because I trust this place.Using Goodyear. Tire Central here, I can highly recommend.

This is the go to place for any routine vehicle care needs. They actually know what the # �� they are doing. Staff is always great too. Do yourself and your vehicle a favor and let this crew take care your 2nd most expensive asset.

From out of town and driving around Indianapolis, and ended up with a very flat tire due to a bolt. The guys at this Goodyear went above and beyond to get the car back on the road. They were friendly, professional, personable and efficient. 40 minutes and $25 later and we were on our way. Highly recommend!!

I came in at 330 without an appointment for an oil change. They got stated right way. The mechanic came out to show me how dirty my air filter and cabin air filter were. He suggested they needed changed. I agreed. This was the first place that has shown me my filters while getting an oil change. I have gone to.other shops that said they check. But, tire central was the first to actually do it. I definitely will be a repeat customer.

I purchased a new set of tires from somewhere else and was looking to get an alignment. Even though they were busy and I did not get the tires from them, they worked me in. Took my car back and started on it promptly which I really appreciated since it was my day off work and I did not have a way to drop it off so I was waiting. They completed the job quickly and got me on my way so I could enjoy my day. Very professional people and a nice clean shop and waiting area. My first time there and it was a positive experience. They also sell tires and I will check with them next time I am looking to get new tires. I would be happy to recommend them to others.

My air conditioner stopped working on a drive from Pennsylvania to Indianapolis where I was attending a week long event during a hot week in late June. No one likes getting work done on their car out of town, but I was staying at a hotel within walking from this place and I saw it had good Google Reviews, so I figured I'd take a chance rather than drive back 10 hours with no A/C. They couldn't take me the day I called, but said they could do the work in time for me to to get my car back in time to drive to the event (around lunchtime) if I dropped it off first thing the next morning. Fortunately it ended up just needed a freon recharge, but they did not try to sell me any other questionable services while I was there or anything and finished the work in plenty of time for me to pick up my car to make the event. Thumbs up.

Wonderful team! Nice waiting area. They do great work, don't automatically upsell things you don't need, considerate. Update: Just picked up my car from an oil change/rotation. Multiple customers were checked out at the same time, so no long wait. Spotless front area and very nice techs.

Greatest service for a tire center I've ever encountered. Have had numerous issues with my tires and everytime they've got me in and fixed them on short notice. Tristan and his team have a great customer care mentality. A nice and refreshing oddity in the general times of customer service we are in.Got my whole family taking our vehicles here for tires now. Great service all around.

Very fair, very quick, and very welcoming. I would definitely recommend these folks for all of your tire needs. They also service oils and lubes, which seemed reasonably priced as well. Mr. Mohr in particular was very friendly and helpful. His diligent approach and handling of my frantic situation is very commendable and it most certainly does not go unnoticed. I look forward to working with these folks again in the near future.

This Goodyear store in Beechgrove has been servicing my cars for a few years now. Customer service is outstanding. All of the employees are very courteous and professional. They know my name and that makes me feel like I m more than just a customer. When I need service right away they find a way to get me in. The techs listen to what the issues are and then they address them. Simple as that. When I m checking out they will make a suggestion or two for me to pay attention to for future possible service issues. My car has 256K miles. As a Pastor I drive a lot to say the least so I really appreciate their advice. I currently live 25 miles from their store but for me the drive is worth it because of their honesty, curtesy and fair price. One last thing, I ve noticed how they highly respect their female customers with a great deal of professionalism. I highly recommend this Goodyear store to anyone who has a service need for their car or truck.

I have been here twice in the last year and a half. These guys are so nice and helpful, and with reasonable tire prices. I went in both times without an appointment and the wait was not long. I was surprised both times to have a short wait! I would recommend them, it's always nice to deal with someone you trust. I will go back again.

Read these reviews before selecting Tire Central and was definitely pleased with the decision to let them work on our car. We were traveling and the brakes/rotors finally gave up. Took the car in and was immediately helped by Trysten. Great guy and hard working to help us stay safe on the road. Price for new front brake pad set, rotors, and labor was under $400 and took about 2 hours. Based on some other quotes this was a good price. Glad we ended up here and thankful for these guys for getting the car in fairly fast and taking care of us. They are local, but operate under GoodYear s subsidiary. This was also a blessing in disguise because there s a warranty that transfers to any GoodYear in your area. Big shoutout to this locally experienced crew for assisting travelers stay safe at an affordable price. The staff were very professional and the peace of mind was worth every penny.

Scheduled an appointment at 4 to get a tire patched. Guy said 30-40 min no problem. Only I got there and 40 minutes later my vehicle was still in the parking lot. A lady came in needing a tire with no appointment behind me got in right away!!! Took them a hr and a half to patch a nail in my tire with a appointment & not busy. Never will go back after I spend plenty of money with them and they didn t seem to care how long it took..

I've come here for years. The staff is always pleasant, regardless of how busy they are.I bought a set of tires a while back, wanting the same top of the line brand. I was told the manufacturer had altered the formula and the quality was not what it used to be - still good, but not great. I was given the specs printouts of three brands - the brand I wanted, Goodyear and a third. After review, I chose the brand I'd not heard of, and have never been happier with my choice. I also appreciate that the garage is always clean - as far as a garage can be clean. My dad was a master mechanic and always ran a clean shop, and that is important to me.

BEST TIRE SHOP IN INDY! I was completely blown away by my experience at Tire Central & Service. Unfortunately, I have experienced a lot of tire mishaps in the past year and have tried different tire shops resulting in tremendous wait times, installing the wrong size tire etc. NOT HERE. Customer service is their number one priority. The people who work there make you feel like family. I noticed this not only with myself but with everyone who walked in there. You can tell they have a loyal customer base and I can see why. I will ONLY use Tire Central & Service Beech Grove from here on out. I have already recommended numerous friends and family. Please come check them out!! Thank you Tire Central!

Fast, friendly, same day service for power steering repair & to replace trunk lift supports! Great work for reasonable price. Tire Central got me in the day I called. Thanks Tire Central for a great experience!!!(BTW - Another local shop was going to make me wait a week. Ever drive for a week with NO power steering?!? Not cool!!)

Took a tire/wheel off our van that had rapidly lost air. Was told 45 minutes, so I decided to wait. Had it done in <30 minutes, even though they had to patch 3 holes inside. Great service, reasonable price. Will go back again. Thanks!

Tristan and John are true professionals. I hahaven met many of the other guys but they are always helpful and pleasant. I can trust the prices are fair and the work is quality. They are efficient and knowledgeable. In 4 years I have never had an issue with the services provided. Highly recommended.

I love this amazing group of people. They taught me about tire insurance, are always professional, and timely. If they can t get me in they let me know. I ve had my tires serviced at least 6 times In The last 6 years.So for the 4th time this year (my area is undergoing construction), I ve had to visit this group. They are timely, professional, and beyond helpful.Thank you so so much!

I've used this business several times for routine maintenance and repair. I've always received a high level of service from competent and friendly staff. I feel that I have been treated fairly and well, and so long as I continue to live in the area, I'll continue going here when needed.

They always do such a good job. Just recently, I was concerned about my transmission fluid, and they were more than willing to take a look, and in the end found out I need to do work on the transmission. They don't try to con you out of your money, and are honest folks. I HIGHLY recommend!
