Me and my husband will continue to come back for service. Great customer service. Manager very polite and understanding. Really takes the time to explain everything to you and gives a great deal. The mechanic who changed our tire was great and fast. I'm glad they had our particular brand of tire in stock.

The guys I worked with were all super helpful. The man who installs brakes was very candid on availability which saved me time and helped me plan my visit appropriately and I appreciate that a lot since my day time is limited. There was a manager that helped advise me on some tires- I am short on cash due to the holidays and was looking to go cheapest but we had a quick cost benefit risk analysis chat and settled on a better tire that will last me longer- which I appreciate because I live on the near east side where the roads are awful and just can t afford to keep buying tires

Absolutely love this place! They are always so friendly and welcoming. I been twice, once for my tires to be replaced and now for my brakes and rotors to be replaced and both times been an amazing experience. Hell they even offered me some pizza they just picked up as I waited for my brakes and rotors to be changed. Highly recommend going here. I don t see myself going any where else to have my car worked on except to this tirebarn

Stopped in and asked about tires for my Kia K5 and got quoted right away and was told differences and what they had in stock . I was able to look at each set of tires and went back next day for install and I was in and out within 45 mins for a set of Michelin tires for a great price . 2nd vehicle by the way as well . I will be taking my 3rd vehicle to them as well.

I've been going to Belle Tire down the street for years and decided to stop into Tire Barn for a quote. The numbers were nearly identical, but the service Tom gave me was better than I've ever gotten anywhere else. I ended up buying the same tires for my 4runner than he has on his Tacoma and I couldn't be happier.

I had a flat tire at 4:15 on a Sunday. I called and they got me in and out by 4:45. Great service and friendly staff. Will definitely go back.

These folks deserve a shout-out for dealing with my neurodivergant... butt. Tom, the front facing attendant, David the Mechanic, and Jessie, another front facing attendant. (Not sure about the job titles). Not only did I have to make repeated visits due to my own scheduling issues, but they were patient beyond the call when it came to answering my questions, taking notes, and working with my audio processing issues.

I got a flat tire on the way home yesterday and was towed to this Tire Barn location. Sergio was the first to come out and help me. I let him know what happened and that I might need to leave my car overnight because I had to get to Fishers for my son's last football game. Sergio immediately jumped in, walked around my car, got the specs he needed, and personally put a new tire on my car so I could get to the game in time. I was blown away. They were very busy, but he wanted to be sure I didn't miss that game. I honestly can't thank him enough. That's not just customer service, but someone who cares. I will be driving down to this location from now on for service. Thank you again Sergio. I got to the game on time!

Dropped off my snowblower rims at 10:00am to have new tires put on. I was told they could do it no problem. Came back at 4:00pm and they still weren't done. The fellow behind the counter asked a technician if they were ready and he replied no not yet I need a extra pair of hands on this. The fellow behind the counter said ok and told me it would be about 45 minutes. Waited a hour then was told sorry we could do them. We have one new tire on but can't get it to seal. He handed me the rims and tires and said sorry. I looked at the rim they mounted the new tire on and it was damaged. I pointed it out and was told sorry there is nothing we can do for that. Lost another customer!!! Don't care if they were giving tires away, still won't be back.

Stopped with a low tire on my ambulance ended up not knowing how to get to the valve stem and tried removing the rim to add air but couldn't figure out how to take tire off drove away on a all the way flattened tire by time they was done

I was just leaving for the holidays out of town when my tire sensor light came on warning me to a low air issue on a tire and it was losing sir fairly quickly. I was about six miles from Tire Barn but managed to arrive there before losing all air in the tire. Even without an appointment, I was still taken in order and was back on the road again within an hour's time. I did have road hazard warranty protection as they always offer on tires and was charged zero for the repair. I drove almost a thousand miles on the tire repair even in a snowstorm without any issues whatsoever with the tire repair. The only reason for not giving five stars is two valve stem be caps was not replaced on two of my four tires. Place was overall clean and all staff was curteous and professional in all services.

Tire Barn team were friendly and efficient when I rolled up 4:20 on a Saturday to get my flat replaced w tire spec I had to order myself and get mounted. Out by 4:55 and safely rollin my Prius again.

Tom was amazing ! As a young female we always are hesitant to ask places to do any work on our car because most of us don t have much knowledge, but I felt apart of the tire barn family from start to finish at this location! Highly recommended!

Took care of a problem tire from Belle Tire, that Belle couldn't fix. Glad that I chose Tire Barn who got me in and out without any wait time.

I m so thankful for the employees at the Tire Barn store east Washington st #1113. My husband and I were parked on a small hill at a restaurant near their store and our car wouldn t start because low on gas it was just enough of a hill that kept our car from starting so I just walked over to their store because I didn t have many options told them about my situation and praise Jesus without hesitation 4 of the employees walked with me back to our car and pushed us up to level ground so we could get the car started. We re so grateful for those sweet caring employees. With all the hatefulness in the world it s awesome to have people working together to help others no matter our differences. June 30th, 13:40Just got off the phone with who I believe he said his name is Tom. All I did was ask him a question if they sold used tires and he said no. I asked if he knew if any places that did sell used tires and he said they are are up and down Washington Street with a sarcastic sound in voice like he was upset I asked him another question.Look if you can t talk to people, put them back into the shop doing tires and not answering phones. I will definitely not EVER come here and will tell everyone I know about this place. It s a shame that times have changed this much. I remember when a potential customer was respected. He doesn t know, I could ve came back and bought a whole set of tires from them but that doesn t matter does it. Tire Barn has enough business. You don t need word of mouth do you?

The young man that waited on me was great! He had a wonderful personality and very helpful. I do have one concern though. After I got home with my car, someone pointed out that the tires on my car are Michelin and TB put a Cooper tire on it. I'd like to exchange it, if possible. No one mentioned that I had Michelin tires on and they were putting an odd tire on it. I think I should have made that decision.

My low tire pressure light came on randomly and could not find any other place open. They are open on Sunday! They helped me within 5 minutes of arriving. Topped off my tires with more air as needed. I also asked questions about my tires and the sensors in them. The worker was helpful in telling me about why the light kept coming on. No one else ever told me this information. I love to be knowledgeable about my car and know how to handle the problems. So incredibly helpful.

Unless you want to be yelled at by a grown man, attacked by a dog, and things thrown at your car, DO NOT GO HERE. They accuse of theft even if you have a receipt. Workers are super unprofessional.

I arrived at 10:34 and was checked out at 11:43. I felt these guys did a great job running an effective and efficient service center. The guys in the store even came out to help the guys in the bays when there weren't any customers inside! Seems like a great group of people! Thank you all...it takes a great team to run something like this place. We've been coming to you for 25+ years for good reason!

Why I keep returning to Tire Barn: I called a couple of local places (closer to my home) and despite repeated attempts, no one ever answered the phone. Called Tire Barn; No, they didn't have the tire but would order it and the expected time till I had a new tire installed would be about 2.5 hours. They were wrong - from the time I pulled in till I was heading out with a new tire, it was an hour and 20 minutes. Fast, dependable and always there when I need them. Help keep this place in business!
