Thanks fellas! Quick service and we're able to get alert lights off my dashboard that have been on for years for no reason. Other places have reset these, said they fixed it, replaced sensors, and finally these guys were able to help. Friendly, fast, efficient!

Wow! Great service. We were in a tight spot and Michael Davis delivered. Really appreciate him and all the staff. I got to say that guy was doing the work of three people while we were there. He was answering phones looking at cars running the register and going in the back. They need to get him some help. Again, fabulous service.

Predatory pricing behavior by the store manager Michael. Tried to charge me $40 to plug a tire. If you read the other reviews, he is charging people less for the same service. I really hope this isn't because I'm Caucasian. Nonetheless, I left and will never return to this location.

I hit a pothole and it blew my tire. I luckily made it to this shop and they took care of me with a quickness! Great store! Great staff! I appreciate you guys!

Michael, the store manager, was very friendly and helpful. He was able to find a perfect solution for my tire issues . Installed 4 tires and performed alignment in record time. Really appreciated all the help to fix things up properly !

I came in last minute with a flat tire the day after Thanksgiving. The guy at the desk was very professional, and they took my car right away. The shop had my tire patched in 15 minutes! Amazing service and really nice people!

The manager was so quick with my repair. He somehow managed to repair (not replace) the screw in my tire in an hour while tending to 2 other customers. Very grateful and impressed. $30! If in a jam, I d highly recommend this TireBarn.

Did not show good service. Made me feel pressured to purchase something I didn t want to purchase. Did not smile or show they liked working and talking with me. Poor customer service. I was angry and disappointed when I left. Refused to service my vehicle for what my original reason for service.

Rude bunch of folks on the phone. Very short, non helpful, quoted me 150 for a single tire to be mounted on a vehicle. Should find someone else to work the desk

I brought my vehicle in with a tire going low, which roadside assistance had already replaced. My tire sensors misidentified the wrong tire, so they found the tire that was losing air, and repaired it. They also reset all of my tire sensors, which my dealer should have done when they rotated my tires two months ago. Jermaine and service guys went above and beyond with their service.

Great service. They have always repaired my punctures for free, in hope that I give them my patronage when I need tires. I can always get a top off on air for free in 5 mins. They have free WiFi while u wait and I am always pleased when I am in need of tires and other services. Love them

Store Manager, Mike, fixed my punctured tire a few weeks ago. Said my tread was getting low, which I knew. He offered, but he didn't oversell me on a new tire that day, which I appreciated it. I said I'd be back in a few weeks to get a whole new set. Yesterday, I came back and got the set. Very pleased. Great tires, great service. Got me in and out efficiently. Keep up the great work!

Low end, off brand tires. Two for $300. Total rip off. Don t go there! Other stores have quality tires for a better price.

Highly recommend, if i could id give it a 5 star reveiw for every time ive been. I've never been here more than 30 minutes and always get my issue resolved.Initial review: Made a same day appointment but when I arrived they did not have my tire in stock. I was told I could go to the Greenfield location same day or come back the next day. Chose to come back the next day and was in and out in no time!Update: had a nail in a tire and came back here to get it looked at and would give another 5 star review if I could. Still the fastest/most efficient tire place I've been!Update 2: had a TPMS issue and they had me in and out in no time with the problem fixed for a fraction of the price that a regular mechanic shop was going to charge.Update 3: Had to go back again for a nail in my tire - fixed in maybe 15 minutes (I was even late for my appointment) and it was FREE with my warranty.

Always buy my tires here. Great price. Great service. Picked up a nail in one tire 18 months after purchase. Fixed it for free. 15 minutes.

My tire light came on, I wasn't in the mood to get stuck. I stopped at Discount Tire about 20 minutes to close, yet they told me the air refill was closed. As a service advisor for 16 years, I had done a lot of business with them. They referred me to the Tire store down the street, who happily to air up my tires. Excellent service!

I ran over about a 5 inch bolt that went straight threw my tire. I tried to plug it myself but because the whole was too big for the regular plugs air was still leaking through the tire. So I took it into Tire Barn on Michigan and Michael Davis hooked me up. Patched up my tire with little to no cost to me. He was very courteous, very professional. I would recommend Tire Barn every time.

The store manager, Michael D., went above and beyond. I have a third party warranty on my tires & he had to go back and forth with them for at least two hours. He made it happen though ! His knowledge was impressive to say the least. His constant communication with me was nothing shorty of satisfying. Highly recommend for knowledgeable staff and amazing customer service.

Excellent customer service! Michael was great and extremely professional and helpful. I got 4 new tires with warranties. Everyone worked hard to make sure I got in and out quickly. I went back two days later n had my bolts tightened. Shout out Michael, the manager for team work, he does everything and makes sure things are done right. Very knowledgeable and professional. N thanks staff.

Two weeks ago I got a set of new tires put on my car at the Michigan Rd location. I just got an oil change and was shown my tire pressure was almost to the max. Normal pressure is 33 with max of 51. One tire pressure was 50 and the others were in the 40s. One good pothole and my tires could have popped and I would have had to go buy replacements.PSA to consumers: Ask to see the tire pressure when getting tires replaced, rotated, or balanced.
