James at Thompson Auto did a good job at helping me figure out what was wrong with my Pontiac vibe and did a great job fixing and explaining the problems it was having and showed me personally on my car thanks for your guy's help I look forward to working with you guys in the future on more projects sorry it took a little to leave this review but I'm happy I've made a relationship with you guys thanks again for your help.

I had my truck towed to Thompsons auto & Diesel repair,I met the owner,I will tell you,he and his staff of technicians are on the top of the mountain, in a class all of there own,I will be back here in the future,a professional,honest,trustworthy,shop is very hard to find,well I will tell you one thing for sure,this shop is as "Tina Turner" would say,"Simply" the "Best" better than all the rest,is the honest to God truth,very professional, very honest,very ,very,professional,I cannot emphasize this enough,he will not sell you something that you do not need,I feel like that I have known "James" owner,for 30 plus years,he is very respectful,very skilled,with how he conduct business,His technicians, are in a league all if there own,therefore ,I must say that my respect is well given,I will be back in the future.Thank you,to "James Thompson" And his staff at Thompson's Auto & Diesel repair llc located at 3709 Madison Ave Indianapolis, In 46227,they can do it all,very reasonably priced..My hats off to these hard working professionals

Thompson s Auto did a fantastic job rebuilding the front end of my truck and putting shocks on the back, while they had it they completely checked the truck over they found a leak and diagnosed it finding a leak in my lower radiator hose. They stayed in contact with me throughout the whole process. I will definitely be bringing all my future work to them.

James and his team are all like the family you wish you had. My mom and I have known him and his team for A LONG TIME. Years. From being strangers to being friends all thru his business.... he is someone you can place your trust in. We have been in some horrible situations with vehicles, financially, and life in general-- and he has literally helped us when we needed a home by getting an available home on the property he manages ready before winter hit for us. A fantastic person to do business with and know. He has been a blessing in our lives as a honest mechanic, and great friend.

One of the most trustworthy and reliable shops on the southside. Not only do they handle all of the companies fleet I manage but they also handle any and all of my personal vehicle needs and family. Is a father son duo that are honest and will not nickel and dime you to death or upcharge and make it to where you have to keep bringing the vehicle back. They fix the problems the first time and do a fantastic job doing so. Thank you guys for such an amazing service. Also thank you as well for being so knowledgeable on all areas diesel or gasoline. I will never go anywhere else but here.
