I needed an urgent appointment and the wonderful lady on the phone was so sweet and helpful. Everyone there is so kind and hard working. They made sure everything was taken care of. They did such a great job and made me feel safe. They are such a blessing. Thank you all!

I was told I was approved and been waiting for two weeks to get a call back and still. I don t even know what I got approved for. I just call today 10/27/23 and the man who answered the phone just got extremely rude with me. He didn t even give me a chance to get rude first. Very unprofessional, and a waste of time if I was able to I would ve gave them zero stars I would not ever refer them to anyone. That one man did it for the whole entire company.

I would never recommend someone doing business here. I drove all the way up from Louisville to buy an SUV. When I arrived the vehicle was being used by the owner as a personal car. This isn t ideal, but i understand. I would at least expect for the car to be cleared out since they knew I was coming to buy it. We had spoke several times over a few days and a couple times that morning. There was no excuse for me having to help the salesman remove suitcases, carpet cleaners, and bleach bottles from the vehicle. The condition of the car was literally disgusting and it smelled sour. Fortunately, it was in sound mechanical condition.Now the REAL issue I bought this car literally 3 months ago and had to call at least 8 times to get my title processed and sent to me. It took so long that the owner (who avoided me for weeks) finally had to send me an additional temp tag; which came unlamented so I couldn t even use it. I m not exactly sure what the issue could ve been other than gross neglect. Because once I started calling daily, things started happening. I went from dealing with the clerk, to the salesman (Hilton), to being immediately transferred to the owner (Brian). I was always respectful but I think they could tell my patience was long gone. My biggest issue was that I was told my title had been processed at least 3 times. It wasn t until I called the BMV and was told it hadn t even been started that I became irritated.I m no stranger to buying cars and I ve NEVER had an experience like this! I waited until I got my title and registration before giving this overdue review. DO BUSINESS AT YOUR OWN RISK

If I could give them a negative star I would. Please DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE THEY ARE A BUNCH OF SCAMMERS AND THEY ARE GHETTO. The cars are messed up and all they want is your money. JERMEY is a horrible sales agent he just wants your money and he fakes like he is busy all the time. PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR TIME OR YOUR MONEY AT THIS PLACE

They sell you vehicles with a bad engine or transmission and make it a big point to purchase "carshield" because they selling it as is but the car went out after 3 weeks of having it and they wont do nothing about it
