Devon and his team were a great help today! Super friendly and quick service. They even gave my three year old juice and fruit snacks before we left. Definitely my new favorite location and will be back!

So so happy with the guys over at this new location! I wanted to stop quick on my way to work, and they were so quick and efficient! They welcomed me first thing in the morning, with a smile on each of their faces, which made a great start to my day. Will definitely be back to this one. Thanks so much JONAH, DAEDAE, DEVIN!

Service was fast! I got an oil change, coolant flush, new wipers, and an air filter in less than 20 min. You also get a water and a take 5 Reece s right when you pull up and you don t even have to leave your car for the service. Employees don t get commission for services recommended and most have been or still are mechanics themselves. I drive a ton for work and Jonah, the general manager, helped talk me through maintenance timelines for services they don t even offer. Highly recommend!

Despite what initially seemed like a convenient and pleasant oil change, it quickly escalated into a nightmare that resulted in the total loss of my beloved 1991 Jeep Cherokee Briarwood.Everything seemed fine after the oil change, until the next day when I noticed an unusual oil leak. Thinking it was a minor issue, I postponed dealing with it due to the urgency of my upcoming move. However, within days, my car's oil pressure plummeted to zero while driving, signaling a grave problem. Returning to Take 5, I learned that a careless mistake during the previous oil change had led to a catastrophic leak of 5 quarts of oil, potentially endangering my engine.Despite their friendly demeanor and apologetic gestures, Take 5's attempts to rectify the situation only exacerbated the damage. Their warranty, supposedly covering such mishaps, was promptly nullified, citing my failure to immediately report the issue and my decision to drive the car afterward. This response was not only disheartening but also highlighted the glaring inadequacies of their customer service and warranty policies.What stings the most is the loss of a vehicle that held sentimental value beyond measure. My Jeep was more than just a car; it was a project I'd invested six years of passion and effort into. The fact that its demise can be traced back to a single negligent act during a routine oil change is nothing short of devastating.Reflecting on this ordeal, I can't help but wonder if I fell victim to the inexperience of a newly established location. Perhaps the technician who worked on my car was still in the learning phase, lacking the expertise required for such crucial tasks.To anyone considering Take 5 for their automotive needs, my advice is simple: beware. Should any post-service issues arise, don't make the mistake of driving away. Instead, immediately report it to avoid the risk of voided warranties and further damage. As for me, I'm left grappling with the aftermath of a simple oil change gone disastrously wrong. Thanks for nothing, Take 5.
