First time visiting take 5 and will not be my last. I was very pleased with my service. They were very knowledgeable in what I needed. They offered me water whole I waited. They checked all my levels and checked my air pressure in my tires. I was very pleased with my service and encourage people to check out take 5 on west 38th street or near you. You won't be disappointed

The gentlemen that worked Sunday ( April 14th) were efficient, diligent and amazing workers. They apologized and told me that it would be a wait due to being understaffed. I still decided to wait. They did a great job!

By far the BEST and most convenient car service experience I have ever had. As someone who doesn't know much about cars or car maintenance, I felt completely supported and valued as a customer. I will be returning for all of my car service needs from here on out.

My technician was super! He knew it was top off time and helped a ton by replacing that pesky rear wiper blade on my car. The atmosphere was light and breezy but the team stuck to thier work and my service was completed really quickly. I look forward to returning to this location when it's time for a complete oil change. Great job guys!

The guy who did my oil change I think his name was Matthew was wonderful, he was very quick and polite with everything he did. Would definitely come here again for my next oil change.

Perfect service. I rated it a 5 because they were very quick and thorough with being informative on what s being on and updated on my car. Would have them 10 stars but they didn t have any Take 5 chocolate candies with the service

Marcus was excellent to work with. He explained oil selection that would bode best for an upcoming road trip. Also, he and Carl were very quick and friendly!I ll definitely be coming back given the superior customer service and close proximity to me.

Awesome, professional, and friendly team at this location! I was under the impression I needed an oil change and the guys here were straight forward and honest. Told me I didn t need an oil change and it still looked good from when I had it changed previously. This location has definitely earned a returning customer! Thank you guys!

Experience was great. There were 3 guys who worked with me and they were all super sweet. Reese and Jalen were two of their names. They gave me a water to drink, did my oil change, filled all my liquids, and even cleaned my windshield! I will most likely be coming back in the future.

Star was absolutely the best! Carl and Jalen were great as well. I love when I go into a business establishment and they have 5 star customer service. The process from start to finish was easy and pleasurable. I would definitely recommend this location!

I tried a new location today. W 38th st and had another great experience. The customer service was over the top as always. The staff is great with informing you of everything they re doing. Big Reese was excellent at making sure the service was timely!!

Highly Recommend! I stopped in early morning before work for an oil change and Marcus had me in and out in a timely fashion! He greeted me with water and a take 5 i usually go to the one in Avon and they NEVER do that. He even took the time to tell me how to reset my oil change life inside the dash cluster. Marcus for president 2024!

Great Service Great Employees Maurice was Terrific and helped me change out my engine air filter cabin filter and wiper blades and I even opted in for the coolant exchange that he offered me my vehicle is now running better than ever with the coolant exchange no more and the heat blows even better. Give this place a try and ask for Maurice aka Big Reese you won t be disappointed!!!
