My car was stolen(I have never been in this situation) along with my car being stolen my mothers things had also been stolen in the process and she had passed not to long ago, so the situation was very upsetting. When I found t&t collisions and spoke with Tyron I was sure I came to the right place. Long story short, me and my insurance company was lied to, i kept getting the same speech over and over again, never had the proper updates, didn t feel taken care of and most importantly of all, i waited three months and received my car back half finished, not clean, not painted and things missing and I am not at all satisfied. I m pretty disappointed, I trusted these guys to do right by me and they did the total opposite. I m a kind hearted person and patient and I just wanted to know my car was In the right hands with the proper care and it wasn t. Definitely will never go back and I highly don t recommend and this total experience with this car place was a nightmare.Services: Carburetor cleaning, Tires, Painting, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim

Brought my Ford Edge when it got hit, and they had it good as new within two weeks. It was also washed & vaccumed. Looked like a brand new car again, could never tell that the hit even happened. Thanks to Terone and everyone at T&T.Service: Body & TrimService: Body & Trim

The people at T&T were great!!! They had wonderful customer service. The work on my car was timely and professionaly done. You couldn't tell that my car had ever been in a crash. The paint matched perfectly and my car looked brand new. I would highly recommend this company for collision repair work.

I woke up one morning, to find my truck had been backed into. Of course the person didn't leave a note. I love my truck, and have always been extremely picky about who services my vehicle.T&T Collision appeared on Google reviews. I noticed the ratings, and did some research. They were extremely courteous, and the family owned business was a bonus. They helped me out in ways beyond what a normal shop would do, and made the process a ton easier for me.I was worried about the metallic color not matching, but sure enough when I checked it out, you can't tell any difference. It looks just as good as when it rolled off the showroom floor. I'll be going to them for all my body issues to keep it looking great. Was clean and washed, tires looking great.Thanks to the owners, and special thanks for the technician who came out to check and see if the work met approval, even when the owners had already done so.Service: Body & Trim

My car was broken into window shattered, glass everywhere. Setting up the repair with these folks was a breeze. They were very responsive, answered my questions, were very timely, and had the repair finished faster than estimated.They also cleaned the *entire* inside of my vehicle it s never been cleaner.I will recommend them to others!

Let s start by saying I called yesterday and was told because my car isn t drivable I can send pictures and my vin number to the email provided to me by the receptionist. Never heard back so I called this morning and was told the repairmen hadn t responded but she would resend the email and give them two hours or so. I received a call over two hours only to be told the email wasn't sent and apologized. The receptionist connected me to the rudest mechanic that tried to make me bring my car to them( not drivable) and just let them fix it without an estimate of cost. Where do they do that at? Unless this was a business somewhere you have used before. But, when you are trying to find the best estimates to give to your insurance company how are you going to to make someone use your business? I was really disappointed with this company considering the reviews, but I guess maybe they were bullied to get their auto fixed there. I just don t believe it s a trustworthy business if they tell you one thing and then say another.

T & T Collision is a place that I will recommend for a vehicle body work.The establishment is well run and the staff are very courteous and friendly. Phone calls were answered promptly and relevant information were passed on. There is no wait time when you call and if put on hold after the phone is answered, the wait time is brief.I was kept in the loop by the staff uploading pictures of the progress of the work as it is being performed.The work on the car itself was satisfactory and this even came with a lifetime guarantee. I got rear-ended and T and T Collision helped the process go very smoothly. The inspection was for the quote was very thorough. They handled everything with insurance so I barely had to spend anytime on the phone with insurance. Terone was very helpful and good at keeping us updated throughout the process. They got the repair done quickly and everything was well done. I highly recommend!

After I hit a raccoon on the highway my car needed towed to a shop and both mechanical and body work done. I called so many places that weren t able to even look at my car for 1+ months. T and T arranged a tow for me, worked with my insurance adjuster, and had my car running and looking great in just a few weeks. I'll join the dozens of other reviewers in saying that T&T was phenomenal to work with! I worked with Travis, who was so kind and considerate throughout the whole process, well beyond what was expected or required of him. He worked seamlessly with my insurance and even made sure to get my third-party towing fee covered by my insurance. And of course they did excellent work on my car. I hope I never need them again, but if I do I'm coming straight here!

I do a lot of driving for my job which puts me at risk for a higher accident rate. With that being said I got I. Two different accidents due to wreckless driving on other peoples behalf. My insurance company told me T&T Collision was available to do my repairs if I wanted to. I saw they were pretty far away from my home but I decided to go through them and give them a chance. When I say my expectations were surpassed it s because they truly were. I was worried my car color wouldn t match but when I got my car back I was shocked to see that it looked like it was brand new. My insurance company gave me a headache after another and another and T&T worked with me through it all. Travis and his brother were amazing. They worked with me and my husband through my crazy work schedule and I never worried about their work. They truly went above and beyond what I would ve expected from a shop. Again im truly glad I decided to go to them. I HOPE I don t get in another accident but like I said 80%of my job requires I drive and if I were in this position again, I will more than willingly chose T&T Collision to fix my repairs. Seemed great at first until they completely dodged all my calls, went ahead with unauthorized worked and charged me hundreds more than the estimate before I was allowed to pick up my car. I got an original estimate then needed an extra service for my muffler. I called and left a message prior to them fixing my car that I only wanted my headlight and muffler fixed rather than the entire front end as we originally spoke on and I would like a new estimate. After leaving this message I called three more times and they continued to tell me they would leave a message for the person working on my car. After I never received a call back, my mother finally called and they told her that my car was done and it was $700 more than the exact quote they had originally given. When she asked why they went ahead with the work they lied and said I authorized it because when he said mufflers are typically about $500 I said, okay, I just need a new estimate total when it s looked at, and he took that initial okay as an okay to do the work when clearly it wasn t. He then told my mother that I was the one lying despite there being multiple messages left on their voicemail requesting an updated estimate for total services. Even worse than all of this, I had originally went in for them to look at my car after an accident to find out what all was wrong and instead of looking at the real problems, they just took all my money from the accident to fix things on the outside that weren t necessary and now I am paying out of my own pocket to fix the real issues they never addressed or even looked at. Don t go here unless you know exactly what is wrong with your car and how much it should cost to fix. I took my receipt to another mechanic after I started having more car problems THE DAY I picked it up from here and he gasped at how much I was overcharged.

I was referred by my aunt to come to the shop. From the very first phone conversation with Mr. Travis I was impressed. He assured me he was going to get everything taken care of despite of the business being busier than usual. He made his promise and got my car back right from my accident and it took literally 8 days! The whole process was awesome & I would recommend anyone and I will be back! Thanks a lot for detailing my car !

T&T did my car repair after an accident and their guarantee and commitment gave me peace of mind about everything. I'm an update caller and each time they provided all the needed info and helped me out with my car rental. Overall my direct interactions with Travis & Tara were great. My entire experience from calling to schedule an appointment to picking up my vehicle was a 10/10. Not to mention, the detail on my car. Excellent customer service - had my catalytic converter stolen off my car in Greenwood & went to T & T for the estimate for Insurance & the repair. They got it done much quicker than I expected & even made the pickup process as easy as possible. 10/10 would go back.

This place done an amazing job on my truck! They were professional from the first moment of contact answering all my questions. The owner Travis walked me through each step making sure there was no inconvenience to myself which was so nice considering the accident was not my fault. Once my vehicle was dropped off even with it being the holidays they had it fixed in less than a weeks time. To top it off my car was detailed and cleaned at pick up. Hands down if you need body and paint tnt is the place to go! If you want support a black owned business that s professional and does a great job this is your place.Service: Body & Trim

T&T collision was able to get my car in immediately and even got the repairs done early! I had a front end collision that upon closer inspection needed the radiator replaced, and I appreciated that Doug called me to verify price first before repairing it. My car looks brand new! Quality work at a reasonable price, I would definitely take my car here again (but hopefully won t have to)!

So grateful for this shop and the amazing work they did on our van after a collision. The service was excellent, the work was excellent, and they were really wonderful at communicating with us and our insurance company through the process. We took our van here after a referral from our insurance company adjuster, and they got us in right away. They also finished up the work two weeks faster than another body shop we secured a quote from initially. I would highly recommend this shop!

Travis is one of the most honest business men I ve ever met. He knows what he is doing, he does excellent work, and he clearly takes pride in his work. I had never had such a big job needing done on one of my cars before and Travis took care of it in 2 weeks which was shorter than I expected and the price was very fair. T&T is definitely the place to go! They have earned my business for life! Highly recommend!!!

They charged me $25 for a repair estimate on how much it would be to fix my car. Nobody put my car on a lift & genuinely checked all the damage that could possibly be there. Just eye balled it for 10 minutes or so in the parking lot taking pictures & then charged me $25. There is quite often some internal damage that is not visible to the naked eye, and this would not be detected in a preliminary estimate. Most auto repair shops will not charge you for this kind of preliminary estimate, because it s a fairly simple process and doesn t involve any serious labor. If you re looking for a business that will accept your money & not do a thorough repair estimate this is place for you.

HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Absolutely WONDERFUL customer service and repair! Rarely write reviews and as a busy mom, car repairs aren't usually up high on my to do list. My side view mirror on my Mercedes ML 550 stopped opening/closing and I needed it fixed. As always, MB repairs aren't inexpensive and since this car has a ton of miles/years and has seen better days, we didn't want to sink a ton of $$ into fixing it. They were able to quickly located a salvaged mirror assembly, paint it to match my car perfectly. Travis, his brothers and Bob were so friendly and helpful, making what usually is a dreaded experience in to a EASY fix and great experience! Thank you T & T :)Service: Body & Trim

Being a woman that doesn t know a lot about cars, taking my car in for repairs of any kind, is intimidating and causes me extreme anxiety. But I never ever felt that way, from day one w/ T&T. The slogan is We treat you like family . And I literally felt as if my uncle, brother, cousin, husband or friend was helping me through this process. Once I told Travis that I wanted to use his services, he took care of everything with my insurance.
