Increased prices 100% in a 30 day window without notice. Not sure why they think this is a good business practice. Would have never gotten the unit in the first place if I would have know that prices would have DOUBLED in 3 months.Communication is key, would have appreciate more of that from this company.

Fairly easy online purchase. Stopped by a few minutes later and the lock and key set were already in the unit. The Bluetooth gate access worked flawlessly.

I can only give 3 stars since I haven't had much experience with Extraspace. However, I give Billy (The Manager in the office) Five Stars. This guy is very nice, extremely helpful and patient. He explained everything to me clearly, showed me potential units, didn't use any high pressure sales tactics and was overall, extremely nice.Addendum: I changed my review to five stars from 3. This is because I had a recent encounter with another employee of Storage Express. I was really impressed at how he handled the situation. Therefore, 5 stars. They put their money were their mouth is. Happy.

The lady that I spoke with over the phone was very friendly and knowledgeable. I was able to digitally sign my contract the same day without having to go into the office. The storage units are clean. I checked around before deciding to go with this location and these were the most affordable. They also have digital access to open the gate via the app which pretty cool! Perfect size for the items that we needed to store.

How can I say this...Billy is fabulous!! I signed up for a larger storage unit at his location at a great price and had an even better experience with Billy himself. He was extremely friendly, upbeat, and very knowledgeable! He went into great detail about how everything worked at his location and even provided me with a map pointing out the location of my storage unit. I would highly recommend Billy to anyone looking for a storage unit!!!

I rented my unit online and it was super easy. I was able to get in and out of the location with no issues. It was clean and in great condition. Billy called and introduced himself as the Manager and welcomed me to his location and let me know he was available if I had any issues. Would definitely recommend to other people.

The customer service here is phenomenal! I ve never experienced such kind people, they were so fast to get me the best deal they could, explain the entire process, and sincerely thank me for renting with them. 10/10 I will be using this service again.

Billy was great, he's very friendly and personable. Glad I chose ExtraSpace!I was able to complete my rental online and come to view the unit, just paid my fee when I got there. Quick and easy!

Billy has been so Fantastic. He has helped me in the whole process for finding my unit. Answering all my questions. Called to make sure everything is going well and thank me for picking them for my storage needs. Even more important, he is friendly and a joy to talk with.

The units are clean and the hallway in inside is well lit. You can have a padlock or the digital entry for your unit and I prefer the padlock. I ve had a couple issues with the app where I can t get in, but that s the apps fault. Just get the padlock unit to avoid the app if you don t want it. The manager Billy and customer service for the app are very helpful.

I recently was fortunate enough to no longer need my storage unit, and Billy gave me a call to confirm all my closure information. Over the years, he has been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable in whatever I needed. He always goes a step above, and although the unit prices are not cheap, I would use this location again if I ever needed to.

Billy the store manager is so friendly and funny, this site is clean, rent affordable, and location is perfect.Highly recommend storing your things here. Also they have a really cool access system, you can use your phone to activate the gate and storage unit.

Pulled up on a Sunday. Office was closed, however, was able to rent from the outdoor kiosk. Technology is great. Storage Unit was spotless, and lastly, the safety of my belongings seems more secure than my own home! Owner called me the next day to thank me for my business. I told him, no thank you . Such a great experience & made moving 2 states away seem painless. I couldn t recommend this company enough.

Billy was incredibly helpful! I had some issues with an ex and a unit under my name and he gave me all the information I needed and helped me through handling my unit. Great service with cheerfulness and a genuine sincerity!

Absolutely loved my experience with Extra Space storage on 86th street. Billy is the sweetest, he just has the most contagious smile ever! I ve never leased a storage unit before but this place was extra simple to lease one with. I chose the place very last minute because I was in urgent need of one and super glad I did. Thank you so much for the help and wonderful experience!

The card I had for auto pay, I had to get another one and forgot to call and update. Billy saved me with not getting a late fee by calling me before hand. He is very professional and friendly. Thanks Billy

Due to the facility close to me being closed, I called a sister property and was helped by Billy. He was so great! Since I did everything online, he was able to help me get my unit number and gate access code. He was a pleasure to talk to...great customer service! Thank you Mr. Billy

Billy was wonderful. I spoke with him the day prior to me going to view the space and his personality was just infectious. I reserved a 10x 10 unit but wasn t quite sure if the space would be enough and he was more than happy to show me another space. Billy took time to explain to me how the blue tooth locks worked and the price I would need to do to get started.

Our company needed temporary storage so location was key. Was a great choice. Billy Kerchner, Store Manager, was amazing. I never had a phone or codes to get in, and Billy was always willing, with a smile, to open the gates and walk to the unit to unlock. Billy's personality alone, will cause me to always look at ExtraSpace Storage first for any future needs.

Billy was awesome very informative made sure I knew everything that I needed to know about the space that I was going to get and my options even if that meant me going to another location. He made this process go by smoothly thank you this was definitely the highlight of my day considering all I'm done with moving.
