We were in Indy yesterday for a job interview for my son. That went great but when we left, we went a couple blocks and car started overheating. I tried to do what I knew but typed in closest auto parts store. Well thank God it lead me to these guys. We first looked for a part til he realized it was more work than any one person could do. It needed a garage and mechanics. He called three garages for us and found one. Then he called a wrecker service and got us hooked up there. Also located a radiator for car so garage would know where to get. And all the while still waiting on customers. So in the world today where it s great to be from a small town cause big cities are too impersonal and busy, this big city auto parts store sure made me feel the small town feeling. Great guys who care about customers. Thank you!

Nice lil shop. I only needed couple things but they did have them for a fair price and the counter man got everything ready for me. I'd recommend this lil shop to anyone in the area. It's nice to get hood service. It's something I truly appreciate

Great employees. Very helpful but don't always have what u need. The guy that helped me even took the effort to get on Amazon to help find the part i needed!!

Second time coming here with the same poor customer service. You walk in & wait in line for a few minutes & dont get acknowledged. Horrible place. I spent my money elsewhere!

Great place to go they are very convienent. To go to but the prices are a little higher than autozone but if you want someone that knows what they are talking about then you should skip autozone and come here

16 street and Washington both delivers on service and prices. If I had questions most of the time they get answered as well.
