Looking for some gaskets all other auto parts stores was a week out they was able to get it in one business day couldn't ask for anything better thank you counter help even stopped her lunch to help me friendly people

My husband got parts he needed for a late model car, that his regular auto parts store didn't carry. He said Speedway's prices were better, so he's going to start coming here all the time. The lady at the counter was very nice too. Good prices, good experience.

Worked there for eleven years . Great folks , with 40 + years serving the community and surrounding areas .Professional parts specialist with an average of 15 years experience or more .competitive prices and quality parts.

Very friendly and professional employees that are very very knowledgeable even if you don't know the name of the part you want you describe it to them or what it does and they will find it

Knowledgeable staff isnt always the most friendly but you know what theyre knowledgable. They know cars and trucks better than any parts counter in town who cares if you wanna cry about how they didnt smile at you they know their stuff they dont need to smile at you. All these people with bad comments need kleenex and jesus. This is the best parts counter in indy they oress bearings and are very smart.

I called SAP about a part availability. However, what I received was a 10 minute full-service phone call. The gentleman on the phone was super helpful and researched my issue right here on the phone. Looked up the part needed from our research and saved me $300+ in labor on a $10 part I thought needed replaced on my 2010 Silverado.IMPECCABLE CUSTOMER SERVICE!Ye'awl earned a loyal customer today!

The associates at Speedway Auto Parts are so welcoming and kind. I'm not incredibly car savvy but know the basics, so when I discovered that my car wouldn't start before work, I called around to find a battery that I could install asap. Speedway Auto Parts had the best price for my battery and were very quick to get me the part when I arrived. Though they don't offer installations, one associate let me borrow his personal socket wrench set so I could swap the battery myself and they recycled my dead battery without additional fees.Though I wasn't experiencing major car troubles, discovering a dead battery as you're leaving for work will surely stress just about anyone out. The simple kindness, understanding and encouragement that I received from the associates at Speedway Auto Parts was tremendously appreciated!

Annoyed. Tried to find some bolts to mount and engine to a stand. In the middle of me explaining what I'm wanting to do the woman was talking to someone about who was married to who and dismissively referred me to the hardware store. Not a good first impression and I'd be hard pressed to choose this place to do business with.

Called Greg and said I d be there a few minutes late after close and he said that s fine he d let me in. Drove 20 minutes for me to stand at the door and him look at me shaking his head. Tried calling the store multiple times right in front of him and he just laughed and looked at the phone! Do not go to the one in Indy!!!

One of the last non chain stores around. The counter staff know cars and trucks. They sell better parts than the chains do. Bought a Deka battery for my 13 Ford Escape. It's the wife's car so she gets the best.

They stole my money and dont honor there receipt...I was told they remember me purchasing the product due to the special order and I have the receipt.. The mechanic that ordered the part didnt need it and put in a box in which speedway doesnt honor yet they know it's there product and its unused..thieves never will I due business there...be careful crooks

Disappointing, I bought a caliper from them and it did not fit my car, an hour job became 3 days, went back and they found another caliper and replaced it. Also did not fit my car. He claimed it was a logging error on the manufacturer s end. WOW!
